Spent a little time last weekend waiting for an appointment. Patio is dog friendly. Only one person working but it was early on a Saturday afternoon. He was busy but took good care of me. Offered a bowl of water for the pup, but we had our own. Sorry for only pics of the pup.

Great place for a chill vibe thats pretty lowkey yet popular at the same time. Theres a indoor and outdoor bar counter with plenty of seats inside and outside. Restrooms, propane heaters outside, a cool fish pond. The top top out of the atmosphere is the restauraunt right next store. Its all connected together its called sabretooth. They close early is the only issue but it makes sense since most of their food is made by chefs.

The food is from Sabertooth, connected to Hope and Anchor, and is very delicious. Personally, Hope and Anchor is a place for a younger crowd. Its too loud for my boyfriend and me, but the atmosphere is awesome, and the bartenders are very friendly and attentive.

Love everything about this place. Everyone should feel comfortable, great music, great beer/cider/spirits and great food from Sabertooth. Will go back!.... July 2023 update - Same... a great bar with a really good restaurant partner next to it. Asher and the team are a tight group who make a hard business look easy. Very friendly staff, great variety of drinks and specials, and the place truly feels like home! I first stumbled upon Hope and Anchor a year ago and fell in love with the aesthetic, the vibes, and the restaurant next door (Sabertooth) was one of the reasons I ve decided to come back. They are also very involved in supporting our local community and they are a safe bar to hangout and to make new friends.

This is a pretty popular bar in El Paso. Its a patio bar. It does have a restaurant called Sabertooth attached and an inside area of the bar. The prices are right and the atmosphere is very mellow.

This bar is one of my favorite after hours places to chill and relax. The patronage is eclectic but compatible. The drinks are well-made, the beers are cold, and the food from Sabretooth next door, conveniently delivered, is fabulous. The next time you do not know where to go out for good time, try Hope & Anchor. I will bet that you will become part of the fan base, too.

I ve never had the food here but have stopped for drinks. This place has a very relaxed atmosphere but it s fun. The bartenders are fast and attentive. There s plenty of seating inside and out. It s a good place to have some drinks with friends in a chill environment.

This place seems to be a great inviting community for people who want to relax and sip on good drinks in a laid back atmosphere. The bartenders were friendly and knew their stuff. The clients where low key and just enjoyed the great atmosphere. I will definitely come here again to wind down after work and enjoy the sunset as the temperature cool off a few degrees.

Great craft beer selection. If they don t have the specific beer or style you re looking for bartenders are knowledgeable and can offer a greatly comparable alternative. Whether coming in a large party or with a couple friends it s always a great time. Noticed some comments saying table service was lacking. If you re want table service go to a restaurant. When at a bar you should order at the bar. They re BARtenders not TABLEtenders.

Came during lunch hour this Saturday, and had a great time. The food is so satisfying, and the selection on tap is never disappointing. Came with my family and our server Gina kept us happy even with a very busy patio. They are kid friendly before 7pm as well as dog friendly. Will definitely be returning again!!

Paws down the best dog friendly bar in town. The outside patio is super spacious for ferocious tail wagging and the bartenders and staff are all top notch! I like this place! The vibe is really chill. Their drinks are alright, kind of pricey for the quality, but I go for their house made liquors. I love getting their house made tequilas over ice to sip on. My favorite part is the patio, especially in the summer! They team up with Sabertooth, which is right next door, to provide food which is pretty good! Nothing mind blowing, but good for bar food. I definitely suggest trying it out!
