Was there to watch football on Sunday. They open at 11am was there at 10:45. Finally got in at 11:07. The football games are not on TV screens we waited for an hour before they finally got someone that knows the tvs to fix problem. Total inconvenience to the paying customers. After all was done somebody acting like a manager with a red Pollo was going around telling people everything was OK. It wasnt customers were complaining about the tvs. And all he would say is were good. In other words were not doing anything for the customers like discount food or even a apology would have been nice. He acted like he owned the building. I wont be going back.

Food is always solid but came here on a Saturday at 11pm (closing hours online show 1pm) and the bartender(s) seemed very bothered that we even showed. The whole crew was cleaning the restaurant as if they closed in 15 min or something. Very weird vibe Edit: initially gave 2 stars but apparently the menu items recently have suffered from skimpflation (so bummed, this place used to be great)

I enjoy supporting local businesses. Service is a bit slow in the outside area in Northeast. The appetizers ( calamari ect. Has a very peppery breading that my Grandkids cant eat). The beer could be a little colder. We really enjoy having a Shack on our side of town.

We had an amazing time at Jeffersons 40th Class Reunion celebration on the patio last night! Joe, the manager and all the servers and staff were wonderful and made sure everything ran smoothly! The food and drinks were great, and the DJ had us dancing all night! If youre planning a big celebration, The Shack is ideal!

We waited for our chicken strips for 50 minutes and never did a manager come to check up on us. The young lady at the bar was constantly checking on our food but the manager seemed to be careless about the confusion happening in the kitchen. When I approached the manager to ask him to please cancel the order and to just Chek me out he grabbed my credit card and walked towards the cashier and cashed me out. He never went to the kitchen to check up on the food himself nor did he ask if there was something he could do to make the situation better, he didnt even apologized for the delay. He just sent the check back with the server and never saw him again. The place was maybe 60 % full so its not even like he had a full house. Im not upset at the fact that the food was never delivered but more about the mediocrity and carelessness of the manager on duty.

3 people arrived for dinner, we ordered 1 beer, water and soft drinks and a combo of 20 wings. The TERRIBLE waitress! It took him 30 minutes to bring our drinks, when our order arrived, it arrived wrong....and he still dared to say that was what we had ordered. We asked for the bill and he charged us for everything...obviously we asked to speak to the manager, who WAS NOT ATTENTIVE TO ANYONES SERVICE nor did he give any solution. On a Friday night, with that service and attitude...I will not return nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

The waitress had to come back to our table 5 times because the first four draft beers I tried to order they were out of. The were just four different common draft beers off of their menu. In the end it took 20 minutes longer to receive my first drink compared to the rest of my party.

Didnt know it was like hooters outfits and thats the first thing imma mention because I brought my mom. She was a good sport about it though. The calamari appetizer didnt have much flavor but the sauces were good once added. I got the spicy lemon pepper wings traditional of course and they were really flavorful and cooked through. They had flavor into the chicken and not just on the outside. Ido recommend their wings. The ranch was good and didnt taste fake or over creamy. The fries were okay nothing special. The service was a little slow for me and had to wait a couple times before our waitress would show up and it wasnt busy. Its a decent atmosphere during lunch and the food was out fast.

Victoria was our waitress at the bar, she was absolutely lovely and super nice. We havent had such great service anywhere in a long time. She made amazing bloody Marys and even added extra dressing on the rim per request. She was happy and so kind. After we paid she even stopped by to give us water without us even asking. Upon entering establishment, i wasnt approached by any hostess so I decided to sit at bar. It seemed lacking in staff. Though all servers, and management, should acknowledge with service to customers entering (10 ft rule of business). After a few minutes I was final served by Iris, who gave prompt and great service before missing out on any lunch specials. She kept attention to all customers that sat at the bar and even made conversation with myself (which is overlooked in other bar & grills). I will return and with their hiring event I look forward to future service, good, food, and specials with a smile.

Jaime.., anyone!! Someone needs to tell these servers that if they are looking for a thirty percent or greater tip they need to socialize with the clientele. I came on a Monday and it was very dead. My server (Bianca) only came by to ask if I was okay. No socializing just all business; therefore, the 18 percent tip was warranted. Management needs to pull these servers aside and instill that if they want an awesome tip, some measure of socialization or flirtation needs to occur... If they think theyre entitled, think again!!

Our first time here and I was actually very impressed by the freshness of (most) the food. We ordered the sampler, kids Mac and cheese, monte cristo sandwich and the tejano salad. The sampler was freshly made and tasted very good! The mushrooms were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The mozzarella sticks were fresh as well, super gooey on the inside, very stringy and crispy outside and the pickles were very tasty and fresh! The monte cristo was good as well. The salad was extremely underwhelming the chicken was not grilled it was cubed chicken, canned beans and corn and it was NOT mixed greens, just romaine lettuce it was not good. But I blame myself, why did I order a salad at a wing place?

Ive been a patron for roughly a year now. The food and vibes are great however things drastically changed when Alyssa came off the bar. Not to downplay the other bartenders but the service isnt the same. I would come to watch the sports but the warm welcome and outstanding service Alyssa provided kept me coming back. Try the Poppers!!! Whoa, amazing and the size of them were huge! Service was great both times we went. We are from San Antonio visiting family. I had the lemon pepper wings and hubby had the build your burger. Beer was cold. For him the only thing he didnt like was the fact they ask you how you want your meat cooked and he said medium rare but it came out well. If I could give it 0 starts I would! Service wa horrible from the beginning. It took our waitress a full 17 mins to come greet us, another 5 to get our drink order and the food took 25 mins. When speaking with the manager he was careless and said his girls are tired and give them a break. So I did, I broke her off with a 0 dollar tip. First off, know this is a hooters type restaurant. This was something that I was not expecting. Second, the food is good, definitely scratches the wing itch. Fried pickles were great! Plenty of TVs, outdoor seating. The service in the second half of my visit left a lot to be desired. I truly had thought my bartender had clocked out. These bartenders definitely have their regulars and chat them up and check on them more frequently than newcomers. $30 for pickles and a wing combo seems a bit steep but I guess that s the inflation everyone s humming about. All that being said, I d come back with some friends to drink and watch games.

Kya our server was awesome. Being our first visit she professionally reviewed the menu and gave us great recommendations for dinner and appetizers. Kya worked efficiently and kept many tables managed at more than full speed as I noted during our stay. She is a true professional that kept us all happy. She is a true asset to this establishment.

It was a little loud when we walked in however, the manager did lower the volume at our request. Our first servant seemed a little overwhelmed, but Lauren stepped in and our experience was great!!!! Attentive, always smiling and made sure we were taken care off. She s a keeper!!! Thank you Laren!
