I live in San Antonio, Texas but whenever I come into El Paso, Sabertooth is a restaurant I always visit. I have the same thing, veggie street tacos! Vegetarian options: Don t remember them all because I always choose the same thing because it s so tasty. Dietary restrictions: I am Hebrew Yahuden, so pork is not an option.

Trash. We absolutely LOVED this place. The food is amazing for the most part, however I m not sure that I will come back. Yesterday I ordered a classic burger, and while I m waiting for my food I notice that the cooks start talking amongst themselves about making the wrong burger for someone. Well, here comes the waitress with a jalapeño bacon burger and insisted that it is what I ordered she really tried to gaslight me. THEN she tells me that if I keep the burger, despite it being their error, I will be charged for the original burger I ordered AND the jalapeño burger that I did not order, or I could send it back and Wait even longer for what I originally ordered. My partner was already done with his food and I had to sit there awkwardly waiting for my food to finish cooking. This place is a joke. Customer service is absolute trash. What sense does that policy make- to make an error on a customer s order and then CHARGE the customer for your error AND their original order? trashhhhhhhh. BASURA.

Tonights visit to the restaurant left me quite disappointed due to the service I received. I ordered a burger that was listed on the menu as including Beyond Meat. However, when I received it, the patty was noticeably overcooked and tough. When I politely brought this up to the server, there seemed to be some confusion. He insisted that the burger now came with falafel instead of Beyond Meat and appeared irritated when I mentioned the discrepancy. This was unexpected since the menu still listed Beyond Meat, and it would have been helpful to know about the change when ordering. Additionally, the server mentioned that the burnt appearance was how falafel is typically prepared. However, as a vegetarian, Im familiar with falafel and it should not be charred to that extent. After requesting an alternative dish, I encountered further irritations and felt dismissed, which ultimately led to a very uncomfortable dining experience and I left the restaurant in tears. While the kitchen staff was understanding and apologized for the confusion, the interaction with the server overshadowed my visit. I used to frequent this restaurant when I lived in El Paso, but after tonight, Im unsure if Ill return. This was not the level of service I had come to expect during previous visits.

Drank next door and we asked the bartenders to watch our food while we went outside to smoke. The sabertooth server threw our food away, after I had paid for it, even tho it was half way done. Manager said they couldn t do anything and the bartenders said we never asked them to watch our food. The server didn t even offer to make up for it in any way

The great: Sevice, absolutely phenomenal The good: the venue. Cool little bar setup with multiple patios, bars, indoor/outdoor The mid: the food. We got the Philly cheesesteak with fries, wings, and pork tacos. - Wings: 7.3, they were crispy and hot, the buffalo sauce was weak though in flavor and heat, but the Wife loved the lemon pepper. 12 wings for $14 is great value. - Pork tacos: 5.0, sauce and tortilla were good but the pork was dry - cheesesteak: 4.2, little meat weird gravyesque cheese sauce, weak ungrilled bun - fries: 0.5, they were cold, they weren t crisp, but they were homemade Probably a great place for a late night meal with some drinks with friends, but please don t come here purely for food unless it s for the wings.

If I could give this place more stars I would! I loved the customer service. Very fast and very nice! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I ordered the apricot Siracha burger and it was phenomenal. Cooks were working very hard and so were the servers overall EVERYTHING was amazing. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place.

Awful tacos. Price extremely expensive for what they serve as quality and don t make me go into the quantity which was almost nothing. The service was really bad from the sabertooth whereas the anchor and blue was really good. The people from sabertooth don t care about don t care about the clients and also if you ask for a glass of water they give you tap one. Which at least if they are going to do that, they should filter it first. It tastes awful. They should change the administration or the owner should care more about the clients.

Oh God. The food was fantastic! Its a nice small place, delightful. Open kitchen so you can see everything as your food is prepped. The guys in the kitchen kept a good hustle throughout the visit even when they slowed down they were on the move, keeping things things cleaned up and organized. Very impressed.

I went here with my boyfriend to try it for the first time. Reviews seemed good. Unfortunately, we were completely ignored. None of the workers acknowledged our presence. We stayed for about 10 minutes then had to go to a different restaurant. So disappointing. We ve decided we ll give it another try in the future and maybe I can write a better review.

The burgers here are the move! Aside from the customer service and environment, the food speaks for itself. I suggest the Apricot Burger. The meat quality is definitely the defining factor for these burgers. The fries are also insanely good, with them warm and seasoned enough and a good portion. Will definitely visit again! Great food at a good price. We tries the veggie nachos, green pozole and quinoa letticd wraps; it was delicious to the last bite. Update from 4 years after first try. The menu is completely changed. Only veggie option i saw was the falafel sandwich. I didnt try it but the disco fries and bar nachos were tasty. It seems they did a complete change of the food. I didnt try a main course as the serving sizes were very large for the appetizers which makes sense if youre sharing. Overall it was ok i kind of want to 0ut 4 stars but i think i went in with a set mind set and didnt get it so Im just being petty.

Three friends of mine and I went to eat here, but the waiter informed us that they were short staffed and there was only one chef and he had a bunch of orders already and if we could wait a bit before taking our order. We were totally fine with it so we did. It actually wasnt too long and after we put in our orders, the food came out rather quickly! And not only that, it was absolutely delicious! We were all very impressed with the chef! I wish we would have thanked him so here it is now: Thank you so much Lone Chef for an amazing meal! We had a great time and left completely stuffed. Host/waitress was eating when we came in. Weird but easy to look past. Staff was friendly. From the not knowing if they had enough lemonade for both our- my husband and myself- to being out of lettuce for wraps, I wasnt blown away. My husbands veggie bowl with steak was good. Filling but not over filling. My jalapeno bacon Burger was well done and delicious. However it lacked flavor. The sauce overpowered and canceled out the taste of the jalapeno and the bacon. Love this cute little spot next to Hope and Anchor. The saber tooth side is super small but you can t get service while in the patio or inside at Hope and Anchor. Personally wouldn t order the steak tacos, not because they aren t good, but solely because their steak tacos are only steak and tortilla. Compared to other taco options on their menu, the steak option is the most simple and perfect for picky eaters! My favorite is the fish tacos! The sauce is yummy and all the toppings really pull everything together! If you re on the fence about wether to get 3 or 5, just get the 5 you will not be disappointed. Love the poutine fries made with fresh cut potatoes! The Mac and cheese is really good and made with penne pasta which is an interesting choice but the cheesiness is on point !

Update: Went back at a different time of day on Taco Thursday. All of the Instagram posts state $2 tacos and the server informed us it was also $2 tacos, no disclaimers or stipulations are posted on their posts nor was anything stated by the server. Went to order and we were told we couldnt actually order individual flavors of tacos for $2, but had to order tacos in packs of 3 or 5 all the same kind. This seems like false advertisement on their part as it isnt actually $2 tacos but a DISCOUNT on their taco packs ie 3 for $8 becomes 3 for $6 and 5 for $12 becomes 5 for $10. This needs to be stated by their servers and their posts as it feels like false information. Maybe offer a pack with multiple taco flavors? We were also disappointed in the quality of our tacos this time around. The meat tasted like plastic. Server wasnt as friendly as the previous visit. Burgers were decent and fries are always good though. Friendly staff, fast service and the food was good. My family is already asking when they can go back for tacos and fries!

Delicious food, the restaurant is a bit small but who cares just eat. I still remember the 1st time I met sabertooth, it was magical. All their dishes are amazing and you can order the food from next door pet-friendly bar, what else can you ask for.

Holy hell. This place is fantastic! Very cool vibe, kind of fun that you can watch the chefs cook in real time (and they keep up quite nicely)! They make dishes as simple as disco fries or fish tacos absolutely packed with flavor and creative touches. Def check this one out.

What can I say? The food here is uniquely delicious. I love the fish tacos,the quinoa wraps and the vegetarian tacos were amazing. This place is cozy and is great to come with just a friend or two. There is one bigger table to fit up to 8 people. I also like the customer service. Overall is a great little gem

I went there for the first time with my friends to get sometacos. The environment was nice but the service is horrible!! When we came and sat outsideI noticed how rude waiter acted. Particularly when he talking to my friend. They took a while to come to ask what we wanted and as soon as he came he said You need something ? and just before he came my friends were talking about how bad their service is and wondering why they re like that and one of my homies didn t even order because he got turned off by how they treated us.

Both my husband and I love the food! And never had a problem till now. First of all as we walk, and boy if looks could kill! We did not receive a greeting other than, what would you have to drink. So we must of been there maybe 10/15 minutes and still nobody bothered to take our order. I will say this, we waited long enough for us to notice how disgusting and dirty the restaurant is, from the bathroom up to the dining area!! Every single light fixture, decor and ventilation system, were all caked on with grease and uber amounts of dirt and lint. Then I started imagining all of that junk falling on my food and drinks. Never again we walked out!!!!! What the F*** happened to you Sabertooth!!!!
