I m from NJ and always hesitant to get bagels outside of NJ/NY. I tried Bagelology for the first time today and I m blown away. The bagels are incredible!! Closest I ve had to back east by far. I came in on my way to work last week to grab a bagel have been here a few times and it is great. But I stopped by and I wanted a plain bagel with cream cheese and the guy told me the FC Dallas bagel is a plain bagel so I said okay and I ordered that well then I ate it and it tasted normal like their plain bagel. Later that day in the late afternoon to evening it was time to use the restroom and I nearly thought I needed to go to the emergency room before I realized it was just that they used way to much red dye. I do not recommend the FC Dallas bagel with the amount of dye they are using in it.

I stopped by today and got the go-getter sandwhich and a half dozen bagels. I was happy with the variety of bagel flavors there were to pick from, but my sandwhich was very bland. Most of the flavor came from the scallion cream cheese which doesnt come on the sandwich by default. I thought it was just ok, might be back if Im really craving a blueberry bagel.

Bagelology is amazing! Their sandwiches are packed generously with eggs and cheese definitely not skimping on the filling. I tried their iced coffee with lavender flavoring on a recommendation from an employee, and it was delightful. The atmosphere is welcoming, the employees are kind, and the prices are reasonable. Not NYC bagel. Bagels have air pockets and are not thick/dense/chewy enough.. the bagel sandwich menu looks nice and they are reasonably priced while the staff are friendly and efficient. But ultimately, we went for the bagels and they were definitely not worth the 40min drive and a wait.

I usually hit this place up once a week and typically it is excellent. But watch them make your order- they weren t even very busy but the cashier inputting my order was not listening. I know it s personal preference but I like my order to be a bagel sliced and toasted with cream cheeelse on the side- mainly because they usually put way too much cream cheese. However, today, after correcting them on the correct flavor of cream cheese- I got my order after about 10 mins of waiting- cream cheese very thinly spread and on an untoasted bagel. Again, personal preference but your employees need to listen to the orders. Hope this isn t a sign like so many other places where the employees just do not care!

Always a line but worth the wait! They work fast and prompt and are always friendly. First time my husband visited we talked with people in the line and there was a guy that said he was from New York and these bagels were closest to what it s like to home. We were excited to try. I usually get the BEC on the jalepeno cheddar and I love the kick in the bagel. My husband usually gets a lox. The French toast bagel is soo delicious perfect sweet treat. I am also a fan of the chocolate chip cookies and their cinnamon rolls.

These days it s quite rare to find a small business close to your home that makes something that hits the spot. Bagelogy is that rare gem. They have all kinds of bagels that are fresh of the oven. Across the board this is a great place to have New York style bagels. Let s start with the main item, bagels. They are what you would expect from the best bagel shops in New York. They are fresh, made with great ingredients, and have no preservatives. The bagels have a nice crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavor is perfectly balanced. Next key ingredient is atmosphere. The shop is clean, well decorated, and buzzing with customers. It nails the perfect bagel shop vibe. Final ingredient to a great business is customer service. The staff greets you with a smile. They are courteous, fast, and helpful. It is great to finally have great bagel options in Dallas and Bagelology is right there at the top of the list. My family is from Brooklyn and they approve of this NY style bagel shop! I came visiting from Chicago and these are some of the best bagels I ve had! The Zaatar bagel with olive cream cheese is so nostalgic and unique, their Go-getter on a poppy bagel is delicious (they also offer chicken sausage instead of pork), and their Lox in Space bagel is amazing although it was a tad too much cream cheese! I felt like the prices were reasonable and the staff were great. We ordered some coffees that lacked flavor and the waitress took them back and made them perfectly. I bought come bagels to bring home with me but I will certainly be thinking about this place until the next time I can come down for a visit!

Delicious bagels!! Recommend the french toast bagel with honey walnut spread and the kick starter sandwich on the cheddar jalapeno bagel. Its a small place inside so dont expect a quiet place to sit if you go over the weekend, but there is some outside seating. Even with being busy (line almost out the door) they were still friendly and got the orders out quickly. Will definitely go back!!

The Lox and Bam on an Everything bagel are my favs. The staff is friendly, and they have several menu options - absolutely something for everyone. Unfortunately, the inside area is tiny. Bagels here were really fresh and tasted great! I would suggest that anyone looking to order for your first time to do the pre-order because the line was out the door. I think the next time I order I will request that the onion onion bagels get bagged separately. It made all the other bagels have a slight onion flavor so that would be my only feedback.

Today was my first time to visit Bagelology! It was definitely a treat and felt as if I was visiting a very popular place in NYC. The best vibe and feel as long as youre not closterphobic. It was definitely packed, but everyone was kind especially the staff. I order the Lox in Space on a garlic bagel with a hot latte and it was- DELICIOUS. The best part was the staff on how quickly they were working and with such limited space the people kept pouring in and were just as kind. I would highly recommend ordering ahead to pick up your order. The bagel was soft and the indredients were fresh. If you havent been, what are you waiting for?- Trust me I asked myself the same question! :-) Youre definitely in for a treat! Parking: I would recommend parking on the side of TMobile to make it easier to find a place and leave.

I haven t been to NY but if that s what a NY bagel is supposed to taste like this place nailed it. The bagels are outta space. We have been here 3 times now and I just this morning tried the pre order and it s hassle free and easy so by the time I got there I just grabbed my bag and went back home. Not gonna lie-I already placed my order for tomorrow morning for pickup. It s a small shop, not much space to sit and eat and relax as it is fairly busy most of the time but there s outside seating when it s nice outside. We always do pickup and take home anyway. Definitely give it a try, you won t be disappointed. If you don t order ahead bring some wait time as it can get busy but it just speaks for the quality of food. This location has some amazing bagels and even better bagel sandwiches. The BEC sandwich that includes walnut spread on a French Toast bagel is undefeated. Although the inside leaves more to be desired for seating, the line develops quickly and sometimes leads to a crowded interior. As for the bagels, I am more of a softer bagel person and that is the only takeaway from being an ideal sandwich experience for myself. I will continue to return as this place is hard to beat....

I wanted to try this new place I saw on Instagram. I like how they have unique cream cheese spreads other than the common choices you see. I just ordered some for the clinic and they loved them. The only complaint I had with 13 bagels they should have placed them in a sturdy box and organized them by flavors and not all in one big paper bag. These days its all about instagrammable presentation, lol. Some flavors like onion, garlic and cheese-jalapeno got on the other sweet or plain bagels and you can taste it. I didnt like the whole clinic having to dig in the bag to find what flavor they wanted. Other than that great place for bagels and bagel sandwiches!

A little bit of a wait but because this place seems quite popular. So many people coming in and out consistently. I got the kickstarter and an egg & cheese with cream cheese. Both super good! The egg and cheese with cream cheese was something I would get when I worked in NY and absolutely love this combo, so for me, this sandwich was better. Really good sized sandwiches. I read the owners actually spent some time in NY and learned from bagel makers there so I thought that was cool. Definitely a good tasting bagel.

This place used to be godsend. I remember the lines were out the door on most days and you would never have a place to sit. It was the talk of the town and everyone was head over heels. Here we are, back again after a long time and we ordered ahead to avoid any lines. The app we ordered through even told us that our food would be ready at 10:10. We arrived at 9:55 and walked into a pretty empty store with dozens of to-go bags - people ordering online just like us. The catch here is that our order was sitting there ready at 9:55. So when did they make it? And why weren t we notified? And why so early? We could ve came here earlier or ordered later if we knew this was going to happen. There were bags sitting there that had pickup times of 11:20!!! GROSS. You can see where this is going. Our toasted bagels were hard, inedible, cold, soggy, and completely disgusting. We wasted 40 minutes driving here, wasted $10-15 on our food, wasted $10 on toll and gas, and now leaving home for another 40 minutes drive back. EDIT: I see your response. You could ve written my name correctly first of all. I do understand that I could ve gone inside and notified you guys and potentially got a remake - but I was on a time crunch and have a baby, and your weekends are so busy that it would ve taken some time. Please understand that not everyone has that kind of time, which is why we ordered ahead in hopes that it would be fresh. I don t see an incentive for me to come back, but who knows. I know you are a small business but I think feedback/criticism is important. I can always change it if things change. Lastly, please just try to stick to the time window that you are committing to, I believe a customer deserves at least that. EDIT #2: I appreciate you finding our order and refunding us. Thanks

This place is a go-to in the Frisco/Little Elm area. It is one of the first proper bagel joints to open up in the neighborhood, and it doesnt disappoint. I have been fortunate to come here on multiple occasions (why wouldnt you with fresh bagels, friendly staff, and really great menu/smear options), and every time I have stopped by it has been PACKED. The footprint of this cafe isnt huge, its actually really cozy and has two tables to sit indoors, so be mindful that you may be waiting awhile because of the queue and because of how fresh everything is made. Highly recommend the salmon lox on an egg bagel OR to get a Kickstarter on an egg bagel. Really, anything on their egg bagel! Im biased but I think its such a good quality flavor!

Very great food, 10 out of 10, would come again. Great and personalized service. Local offerings of sodas, organic coffee, organic sugar for the coffee. Clearly labeled vegetarian options. Great accessibility and easy parking. Operators are incredibly welcoming. Yum yum tum tum on the bagel sandwiches. My family and I had the Tam Tam, Lox in Space, B E C, and the tuna, and honestly, we had to stop ourselves from getting seconds!

Cant gate-keep this... the Bagels are delightful and very on-brand with the NY style they claim. Bagel sandwiches have plentiful ingredients that are dually tasty. The service is good/friendly but on the slower side once you order, however, the quality is apparent and worth a wait. Seating is virtually non-existent (only about 3 four-top tables inside, and the same out front of the store). We have returned here multiple times over the past month, and been impressed each time with the food!

First time here. We ordered breakfast BAM bagel and a sesame bagel with vegetable cream cheese. These bagels were so fresh and delicious. They kept cooking them and bringing the bagels out. It was a C tier bagel at best. The shop is super cute, drip coffee has a good flavor, the bagel and spread options are vast. Bagel itself is dense and unlike a New York bagel, flavored cream cheeses (veggie and pistachio) had little to no flavor. The toppings on the 3 different sandwiches tried were all somehow very oily. This is a NY style Bagels place. As a person fond of Bagels I liked what they have on the menu. I went there on Saturday and the place was packed. I had to wait for almost 20-30 mins to get my order placed. Bagels are good and the Jalapeno Cheddar cream cheese was ok. This place makes Jalapeno Cheddar bagels now and they are super yum. Update: This place is a hit and has long lines over the weekend. I request them to put a cold water dispenser inside for the folks who are thirsty and waiting.

I get a Bacon Egg & Cheese on a toasted Everything Bagel with a hash brown added to it. My wife and I went to New York recently and had some fantastic bagels. Bagelolgy has been on our radar since it s opened but today we finally got a chance to try it. The lady behind the counter helped with sharing some suggestions. We got the B.E.C and the Go-getter. Both sandwiches were amazing. And to top everything off it s Halal! Hands down the best bagel I ve ever had! Portions are huge. Half a bagel and both my wife and I were full. This place is next to our kids school so we will be stopping by soon. Highly recommend it! Friendly stall. Clean place. Amazing food.
