By far, this is one of the best places to have dinner in El Paso! The vibe of this place is amazing and I was amazed at the interior design of the place! Not only was the inside amazing, but so was the food! I ordered the NY Strip Steak and it was, by far, the best steak that I ve ever had! The steak was so tender, juicy, and flavorful! I would recommend this place for a night out in El Paso or for the perfect date night! Update (9/30/2024): This place is still by far one of the best places to have a meal in El Paso! This time I went in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and it still impressed me a lot (and it also impressed my friend)! The food is pricey, but it is so worth it as the food is still very flavorful and scrumptious! Would still recommend even after 3.5 years after I posted the original review! Parking: When the Fountains are busy with activity, it s hard to find a spot near this place or near the lot. There s still plenty of space though in the garage!

The best thing about this place was service and atmosphere. Amanda was excellent. They were all very nice. Wine like every where has gotten ridiculous. Meomi red is typically 18.00 a bottle A 5oz pour here is 18.00. . Truly highway robbery. Not likely to come back because of food and wine. Appetizers: meatballs, sliders and chicken satay. Sliders and meatballs were so overcooked for my taste. Chicken was cooked perfectly and tender but got only a really small one for 3.00. Manager was pleasant as well.

Avocado rolls were amazing - food was delicious as usual lunch special was a great deal and the chicken sandwich I had was so good and the ciabatta bread was so chewy and soft at the same time. The lemongrass clam chowder was amazing - the flavors were so well balanced, I basically licked the bowl clean. The manager on duty, Nicole, was so friendly and attentive to every table there. She made it a point to show us the restaurant week menu - can t wait to go back and try it! Love this location - so clean and such a great atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

When we visit El Paso Kona is always on our list of places to go. Their happy hour is amazing. Tonight we sat at the bar and Anthony was amazing. This was my first dining in at Kona Grill.. It was for my father s birthday with an intimate table of 4.. Unfortunately, the service was not it for me. The water refills were with not one single ice cube.. and I got about 4 refills waiting for an ice cube to fall out of the pitcher.. instead, I got a cup full of melted ice. lol. We got some drinks.. beer and I got a Patio Bubbles. Too bad I didn t have my Boba straw because every time I sipped I had to move around my straw from the pieces of fruit getting stuck. It was still good though. Very light. The appetizer came out fast.. but, our waiter brought our salad at the SAME exact time as our main plate The salad should always be first. Our dirty plates stayed in the middle of the table until I called for him that they are (noticeably) ready to be removed from our table. Btw, the restaurant was not busy at all. I did mention to him it was my father s birthday but moments after we had our main plate cleared, he right away brought an unlit candle and put it just on the table and left to the kitchen to grab the dessert lol. I saw the server walk out with the birthday dessert and lit candle earlier when we got there, sooo .. I guess I was thinking it would be the same thing. It seemed like he was in a hurry to get us out. I won t mention his name because I don t want to put anyone on blast but if you read this, you know lol.. You just have to pay attention to details like that. Especially in a place like this. One love

I placed a togo order at the host stand with a woman, where I m pretty sure I was overcharged, when a tall manager was called over by her I expected my order would be made correctly and i would be charged correctly. instead i just got overcharged and my food came out completely wrong. Definitely won t be going back. The kids bento box meals are decent. But the sushi is 0/10. I got the Fire Dragon roll, and it was extremely poorly balanced in flavor. You might as well slap a wad of rice around a raw jalapeno and call it the fire dragon roll. The only thing you could taste of the entire dish was the excessive chunks of raw jalapeno. You re better off buying sad grocery store sushi. At least it would taste better and be half to a third of the cost. Service was mediocre. Our cups were frequently empty and waiting to be refilled. Server didn t bother to ask how the food was, and instead just asked if she could remove the plate of inedible sushi and other trash from the table. Confident my daughter would have had a more enjoyable birthday lunch with the family at Whataburger. Kid-friendliness: Was nice that they had the little chopstick clip for kids who haven t mastered using chopsticks yet but wanted to try them with their bento box meal.

Great atmosphere, excellent service and very good food and cocktails. Had sushi, was very good. Right in the middle of Fountains of Farrah. Kona Grill is a great place to get dinner and then go do something around the fountains.

I had an incredible dining experience thanks to our waiter, Adam. His exceptional service and friendly demeanor made the evening memorable. Adams menu knowledge and thoughtful recommendations were spot on, and his attention to detail was impeccable. He struck the perfect balance of being attentive without hovering, ensuring our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. Adam truly made our meal outstanding, and I highly recommend requesting him if you visit. 10/10 service!

The Food was ok, 3 stars about. The kicker was the price. 20 dollars for a 12 dollar burger and 9 dollars for premium soda, which is just like a 2 dollar soda. Its not the best place to stop for food.

I hadnt been to this location in a several years. The atmosphere looks updated and very pleasant. I remembered how yummy the food was from when I was last there, so I decided thats where I wanted my gals to take me for my birthday. However, the menu has mostly changed, but not for the better. The selection was limited and then when you found something that was tempting to eat, the price was above average pricing. I settled for the Asian salad and added shrimp to it. Big mistake! The plate looked like a big bowl of coleslaw. I felt so bad when I also noticed the whole table got chicken burgers. I didnt want to look unappreciated because my friends were buying, so I ate the most unpleasant salad ever! I felt embarrassed. Please change the menu and those outrageous prices. Ill do my research next time before heading to this restaurant, but I just went based off memory. Unfortunately, this is how Ill remember them for now.
