Good food, great service and great atmosphere. Went there for lunch today and the staff was soooo proactive. From walking up to the cashier, all the way to when we left. They definitely were well staffed in the front of the house and the back of the house and the manager was helping everyone out. When we got there the cashier was proactive about taking our order. He said he whenever we were ready we could go up to that specific register to order. And was very helpful with our order. When we got our food, the manager and someone else asked if we wanted refills. And when we were leaving someone else asked if we wanted refills as well and took our plates off our table before we even left. Will definitely be back bc the customer service was great.

Good customer service.. I did not notice they gave me wrong meal I ordered probably I was so hungry! All of a sudden the guy brought the right meal in a box to go! I was surprised how honest they are. Definitely will always come back to this place. My hats off to the guy, I forgot to ask his name, very humble to accept his mistake I am grateful!

The place is still the Bomb. We been going there to eat for quite some time now. I told the young lady to surprise me. And not to tell me what it is until its served. Well she picked the sandwich Crunchy Jalapeño or something like that. BOY O BOY was that good. Seems like every time I go. I tell them to surprise Mr. And havent had a bad samich yet. The Atmosphere is outstanding, until couples come in with their little people, (kids) .

Love the French dip sandwich. We were there when it wasnt very busy, and the music felt very loud so it wasnt comfortable. The volume is probably set for when they are very busy and everything else is loud too. The BLT sandwich was good.

I work close by to McAlister s M-F so lunch is always a no brained for me, the food is always fresh and delicious! I always get my Tea Pass and get my tea daily at the pick up window, all the employees are so nice and pretty much already recognize me and know who I am. :) Very friendly staff and environment all around! And their tea is always 10/10!!!!

After a rough day, I stopped to get a soup and salad. I needed a special order, so the cashier called the manager over, and she was super helpful. Nobody made me feel like I was being a pain. Absolutely everybody was so pleasant and friendly. It was great to get home with a good meal and a pleasant experience. I should stop there more often!

NEVER and I mean NEVER order through drive through . You will never get the food you ordered. We just payed $80 to have more than half our food missing. This is not the 1st time it happens. In fact, its the 4th. We stopped buying food from this Edinburg location almost a year ago and it STILL IS HORRIBLE. Lesson learned, never go to this location again.

Food was excellent. I ordered the savanna chopped salad and peach iced tea. Delicious and quite a large serving. I only dressed half and took the rest home for dinner. Yum!! Only 4 stars because the service was not so excellent. My order was wrong and when corrected still came with the wrong dressing. Im also not happy that I am expected to tip when I place my order. Why am I tipping for someone to take my order? And then my order was wrong!
