I wanted to post more pictures but i went during the lunch rush so I had get what picture i could out of respect of the guests. I am a huge salad person. My husband calls me the extra lady because I love extra toppings, extra dressing. You are able to customize your own salad. One helpful tip, since its busy during lunch, is try to decide what type of a salad your are craving, that way youre not too overwhelmed. The toppings are a great selection, I believe it is over or 100 toppings to choose from. Cold chicken, warm chicken, chicken salad and many more options for protein. You can even ask them to chop your salad.. and my favorite part: the dressings! Ugh they are to die for, they taste perfectly homemade. Soups and wraps are available as well. They charge you by weight. So grateful this place is here in the valley. Very clean too.

Clean and plenty of seating. It s weigh by the lb so honestly you ll end up with a 20$+ salad. Unless it s all or mainly organic selection I can see why, but with canned selection of products and normal salad options not something I would consider to come back for. Even the salad dressing is weighted even if you ask for it on the side.

It was my first time here, the girl in the front was so helpful she walked me through the steps and what they serve . I made my salad and omg I loved it so much !!! The ranch is chefs kiss ! I will definitely be coming here everyday

they re advertised as FRESH but it s not fresh. their beans, garbanzo, corn, edamame, etc are CANNED, which that s not FRESH AT ALL! I was really looking forward finally for a healthy place in the valley, and canned food surely is not healthy. For the pricing I was expecting more quality. Overall it was alright wouldn t go back and pay that much money for canned food.

Excellent option to eat healthy! Today I had the opportunity to visit them and I was truly fascinated, I hope one day they will have one in Brownsville. Since a girl arrived, she explained to us that you serve salads, toppings and protein or meats from the bar and at the end they weigh your plate and charge you based on the weight of your plate, my plate was super served, with extra dressing and a lemonade for $15, very good price, excellent atmosphere and super clean

Very chill. I was happy with the variety of what you could put on your salad. However, they could bump up their rating by adding more protein choices like salmon; my personal fav on every salad. Kid-friendliness: Employees are super welcoming.

First let me say the staff is awesome!!! Second, the food is ultra fresh and delish!!! The crawfish pepper jack soup is really good!!! Try it for the 1st time today. Really fresh and good ingredients to make your own salad. If you dont like how the salad came out, you only have yourself to blame. Might consider taking ur salad to go, during this lunch day, all tables were in use. And when you reach the end of the line where you put that salad dressing, you ask to have the salad tossed, chopped or turn into a wrap. I did not know that until we ask one of the employees.

We stopped in yesterday evening. There are so many options for your salads and all were delicious. It is a great healthy option for takeout . The staff were friendly and greeted us when we walked in. I like that fact that they provide gloves to wear when using the tongs to keep everyone healthy and sanitary. Place is clean and comfortable.

What a breath of fresh air, we are so happy to finally have a salad bar worth the money, but most importantly the safety precautions they have taken by asking the customers to wear a glove while serving their salads is a major plus for us. Thank you to the owners Lucho, Miss Sylvia and their wonderful staff for thinking of our safety first. We make it out there at least twice a week, and the food is always fresh and delicious, oh I can t forget the lemonade, the lemonade is great!!! Here s another 5 stars!!

The food was good . My experience not so much. My first time there. I was scolded for not wearing a glove when serving myself which i didnt know i needed one. I wasnt explained how it worked.. I served myself like I would of at any salad bar. But when i got to the end. They weigh your salad bowl and soup bowl. My tab was 25 bucks which to me is pricey for a salad. The food was great dont get me wrong
