That lady is a real fraud, she takes money from relatives in detention and doesnt help them and then she doesnt answer the phones or return the call and she doesnt exist because he never talks to her or sees her face. Its all a lie, mind you.

Dont even think about telling this lady, she is a scammer and will steal your money and they wont respond to you. She only collects the money and doesnt do her job. My friend has been detained for three months without a crime or anything and I did not send her papers to the director and she does not even take calls to our families. It is a shame and must be reported

The service is very good but the truth is I feel like it turns out that we deposited 1000 dollars with these lawyers but my brother left that same day that I made the deposit so obviously the lawyers did nothing I asked for a refund from them But they told me that this is not the case It is possible because they have provided the address for my brother to leave and that is why they cannot return the 1000 dollars when at first I canceled their services and they told me that they were going to return the money to me in the form of a. I check but now it tells me not anymore because they have already provided the address and it is not possible to return such money in reality things should not be like this I feel scammed!!!

I have never left a comment on Google, but today I had to leave one to help other. Please do not use this firm, they just take your money and pretend they going to take the case seriously and make all these promises but once they get paid, they ignore your calls and never keep you posted about your love one case. We were in desperate need, thought she was going to take our case seriously, but we were truly wrong. They will happily answer all your calls when you are about to Zelle or deposit the amount onto their account. But afterward, they are too busy and never return any call. They wouldnt even know any update about your loved one and sadly you will know more information from them and/or the ICE website then this lawyer. They are scammer. They wont even refund the money or have the decency to return at least half of it. They even chuckle on the other end when we ask for it. All we wanted was truthful answer and not false hope. Even if the case had a bad outcome, we wanted the truth. Their money hungry. We took the bait and regret taking it. Please do your research before going to them. Peace and love yall. Let see what excuses they going to respond to this comment.

Do not use this firm. All she will do is take your money. A good attorney follows up with their clients and answers their calls. She just takes the money and you never hear from her again. We were trying to get information for my family members case. Supposedly she submitted an appeal and that appeal doesnt show up anywhere. They ended up blocking my number.

Do not hire this lawyer, she is a SCAM, my family, with great sacrifice, sought the money for her to represent my husbands case and she never did anything, we were investigating and she never did anything and we did not even know her voice, they always took care of us assistants we asked them for proof to know that they were working on the case and they never did not provide it. This law firm here is a total SCAM. They prey on vulnerable immigrants. They specialize in probate/estate, employment law, NOT immigration law. What replicable law firm doesnt have a legitimate website only a facebook page? Please do your homework. They took my loved ones money and claimed to have submitted an appeal. They never returned an answer to the client, kept saying they would visit the client, and never did. They took the payment and disappeared. When paperwork was requested by fax 5 different occasions, they lied and claimed they sent it all 5 times. I will post this message all over social media until I get $750.00 worth of satisfaction. If you experienced something similar, please dont hesitate to report them to the Texas bar. They should be shut down for taking advantage of honest people looking for a better life. .

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would do it, I dont usually leave any reviews but I dont want people to get scam as I did, we hired the lawyer to do an appeal on my cousins case, the only time she spoke directly to us was when she charged us $1,000 dollars, after that she dissappear, when we called asking for information they said the appeal was made on December 23th, but they did not provide any proof on this; my cousin has been move from place to place and the lawyer has never contacted us with any information, I called ICE for an update about this appeal and they told me that It doesnt exist any appeal on my cousins case, when I called this office again to confirm this they told me the appeal was submitted on December 29th which doesnt make sense because again ICE says it doesnt exist, Ive been sending emails to this office asking for proof and no one has ever get back to me, now I called every time I call them it goes straight to voice mail, again what a scam.

They have behaved very irresponsible with my family member held in Huston Processing center when they moved her Del Valle detention center they did not tell me she had COVID and the lawyer does not even come close to communicating by phone with the detainee and leaves a message to the assistants and The lawyer never answers. The detainee calls them and they dont answer. The lawyer can call but she never has. Dont be offended, but the truth is.

This law firm is a black hole. You can easily go in but hard to get out. The lawyer is always out. Nobody knows where she is. Staffs are unresponsive. Looks like they are selling fish and vegetables. A little unhappy with this law firm. While it is true that in my specific case they managed to get me out of detention by doing their job well, but the problems began when I left detention. When you call the office the treatment is not the best. I have had to call from other phones to have my calls answered. Since April 17, I have been trying to get my asylum documents sent to me and it has been impossible. Its always a different answer. If you want to use this firm, I advise you to contact Miss Tostado directly, who personally seems like a very good lawyer, but read your contract carefully to be sure that you will continue to have her services once you leave if you pay the asylum in full, in my case. I had to pay for another lawyer when I left because apparently the asylum contract which I paid in full was only if I was detained.
