Unfortunately, it is very hard to need a place to stay to pay your money for 24 hours and only after 10 hours will they take you out, otherwise they will charge you extra money, and the conditions are terrible, only those who need it have to come to This place charged us 80 dollars for the air in the room it doesnt work, if you act stupid you cant bathe with the soap they put in the room and on top of that they arent even nice to the clients, Im really not such a person especially, I am only outraged by such a lack of humanity Rooms: I already said everything above, thank you

Horrible hotel, look for other options, the air conditioning does not work, they do not have shampoo or conditioner, the room is dirty, they do not have Kleenex which is essential, there is no hot water, the bathroom is disgusting, the worst place to stay although be it one night, in short they do not provide maintenance and do not clean it daily, the room is very suffocating with these terrible conditions, according to them they do not speak in Spanish but it is clearly seen that they do it with these intentions, I repeat, LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION This hotel is a scam Rooms: Dirty!!!! I went to throw away my money and left angry, starting with the fact that the man at the reception treated me terribly, number two they charged me an extra charge that they never justified and that they never mentioned in the app (it was issued), there was no parking, and when I finally entered The room smelled excessively of cigarettes, there were cockroaches, the shower didnt work, the air conditioning made a horrible noise that kept me from sleeping, they want advice, DONT GO!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I WOULD NEVER RETURN!!! TERRIBLE HOTEL!!! Noteworthy details: A disgusting hotel

Extremely expensive. Guy that attended me seemed to have woken up and was somewhat short with me. It wasn t very clean and the door latch didn t seem to latch 100. Like I didn t feel secure. But I was in a pinch and needed to rest my head for a couple of hours so I had to make it work.

Smoking rooms available. They keep up with the pool, so you can swim. The service of the workers is nice they leave you alone if you dont want to be bothered. The only thing is that some of the TVs arent programed to the remote. And the fans in restrooms dont work Ive tried three separate rooms

Bad service and bad treatment, maybe because we were Mexicans, hot water never came out, the one at the reservation said he didnt speak Spanish and its like they rent this hotel for other purposes. The shared rooms never let us sleep until the morning, they stopped their party, now Im going to have a bad day. Staying awake without bathing, I clarify, we are at 9 degrees Celsius.

The rooms were nice, it was clean, the pool was clean when we got there they forgot to turn the AC on but did when I asked. We were on the 2nd floor. By 9am they turned off our AC by the time we left at 11 it was so hot we couldn t stand being in there!

Being 18 years old and staying at this place for one night is not worth it as there was roaches and damages in the door and wall when I spoke to staff about that they basically didn t care and proceeded to tell me I can get a refund so I basically did a dispute with my bank, I stayed here feb 8th - 9th, Some person from there called me today and got very rude and disrespectful with me telling me that a pay back my dispute in seven days or I would be arrested, then proceeded to tell me I should have checked out and went somewhere else instead of staying the night but where would I go? When I tried to negotiate with him and tell him they pay back the money in cash he therefore got a attitude with me and hostility started to be in his voice so I hung up. Spent over $300 there and am never going back.

I dont usually give reviews, but this time I have to. Do not rent a room in this hotel, it is the worst hotel, we rented a room per 2 nights,when we entered the room smelled pure humidity, like rotten, full of flies coming out of the bathroom sink, the tub with hair and soap , spiders on the head of the bed, Filthy stained walls, disgusting. I went to the office to see if they can change us to another room, they sent me to another one the something,I even showed the receptionist the problem in the rooms. I asked them to return my money because I could not stay in a room under those conditions, I was paying for it was not for free. They kept 1/4 % of the money I paid, the worst place ever,down the street was a motel 6, I got a room there, 100% better .

Lets begin with what they mentioned they offered. Breakfast, a working pool and a tv. None of the amenities were offered. The tv was broken. The pool was green which they allowed guest to swim. There is a young employee (male with dread locks) that was just rude. There was stains on the sheets and chairs. Cleaning staff is very kind and the guy that checked me in, the only good thing. Nothing like the pictures and description.

I made a reservation ahead of time to not have to be looking for a room when I arrived , when I arrived lobby was closed I had to confirm my reservation through a drive through window , Hotel was not even half way full , prices were above fair not a holiday and no breakfast included for almost 100 dollars a night , I advised them that my other half has really bad knees and that she can not climb stairs , they told they could accommodate me with no issues , she told me would be 15 dollars extra for downstairs, I told her that the hotel was dead and that there was no real reason for the up charge , it was the same kind of room nothing special about it , I told her I was not okay with the up charge and she said okay sir , she charged me the rate that booking.com gave me , so I was like this lady has a heart she understands my situation, I signed a credit card receipt which was the total of the original Booking.com without the up charge and the room was down stairs , we were like bless her heart for understanding, well before the night was up I happened to check my online banking acct , guess what I found ?! The up charge fee on a separate transaction, SHE never told me she was gonna proceed with the up charge cause I told her I was not okay with it , I didn t go and call her out on it , I was like maybe it s a charge that is gonna fall off , maybe she made a mistake , I ll give her the benefit of the doubt , this was on Saturday, today Sunday it not pending anymore and it cleared and the up charge fee is on my account ! I ve tried calling and no response back , beware of these people ruining there hotel like it was some kind of back door hotel or something, the room was also not even worth the 100 dollars a night paint falling off the walls the tub was in horrible shape we didn t even wanna shower in it , ice machine was advertised that they had one , nope no ice machine , hotel did not serve it s purpose of being convenient and staying in budget for a overnighter , stay away guys , DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

This is a party hotel! Horrible hotel for a family, brought my babies here to swim but the pool was so dirty you couldnt see the bottom. The room smelled old and dirty and was extremely hot when we arrived, it didnt get any better till night time. No remote for the cable box, the TV in the sitting area was from 1999 didnt even work just taking up space. You get a king size bed and only 3 flat pillows?? Also online said breakfast included but they dont have breakfast! For $30 more you can get a nicer room in a different hotel.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. The room was super spacious, The bathroom was clean and updated and the beds were comfy. There was a convenience store beside the property we were able to get some travel items from. forgot to mention about the pool, It was nice and clean, my kids had a good time. I Stayed here for the fourth time and it continues to be one of my favorite hotel in Edinburg. I will not hesitate to stay here again

We booked online which said price was 50.00 a night , we just wanted to rent a hotel close to a family gathering so we wouldnt have to drive home at 2:00 in the morning. but when we choose the room , it didnt give us an option to see the total price before summiting the credit card information, and yes they charged 15.00 resort fee and $30.00 misc. fees oh yeah our total cost was 98.00 dollars for this one star hotel!!!!!!!!! we called to complain to the number on website but to no avail they said there was no refund to cancel! I do not recommend this hotel at all, smelled and was not worth my 98.00 dollars.

Stayed for two nights. The room was very clean and quite large. There was no carpet in the room which was a huge plus for me! Hotel carpet kinda grosses me out. There was a microwave and mini fridge as stated on website. Easy check in and check out. Staff were very friendly. The grounds where well maintained and the swimming pool was clean. I got a room at 2am closer to almost 3am the employer in the front desk was nice enough to get us the King size 1 bed we wanted and offered to change the turing in time to 12 noon intead. I was pleased with that so i didnt complain when i went into the room the top bed cover had like bread crumbs, I guess room service had a snack when cleaning the room. I made no big deal since I checked the rest of the sheets and where clean. The next morning I had room service knocking on the door since they where not aware the room was going to get turned in at 12..10min later at 11:20 the water was shut off ...when I called the front desk they stated that the room had to be turned in at 11 when I explained they said that they where going to check on it and the water was shut off becuase they where fixing a leak ...I called them again less then 10min and asked how long the repair was going to take because my husband was in the shower when they did the shut off, I got the same respond let me check on that...5min later I got a call that the water was back on. As I was leaving i went and put the iron back on the hook I notice a little cockroach walking on the wall. I was beyond upset on the cleanliness of the room, & the service except with the customer service the front desk employer displayed at night when providing the room. Will defiantly nor be returning to hotel again not worth the money you pay for their room!

Best price in town.!!! Our Room is super comfy & clean. I slept like an angel on the bed... Really sweet and polite girl at front desk. I will continue to stay here every time im in town.

I come to Edinburg once a month and I always get a room here. The rooms are very clean and well worth the price. Majority of the staff is nice. The beds are fairly comfortable. The pool is always open and clean. Only negative is they will not give u extra towels until youve given them back the dirty ones. Will b returning soon.

Very dissatisfied! In every way possible. No internet, TV off and on, pillows like tiny feathers, not even a decent reliable breakfast, and no concern for customers. Hghly recommend you find another choice.

Nice, everything good with the stay. Clean room. Easy check in. Only problem was the kids playing in the pool at midnight. Dont think they have a time the pool closes. But, having driving for 2 days. I want to sleep.

Needed a room at 6:00a.m. for an extended day and the staff worked with me when all the other hotels wanted me to wait at least 4 hours to get a room ready .The free continental breakfast was just another perk thanks Texas Inn and suites
