I frequent this HEB location and had a great experience at the deli counter. JR was attentive and friendly! He made sure I didnt need anything else from the deli. I also appreciate the alcohol selection, great choices and always stocked! I have consistently good experiences at HEB on freddy/McColl. For this reason, it is my favorite location.

Ive been doing curbside at this heb since the pandemic started. Sometimes I go twice in a day. At first, the foods were HEB quality. Now I order bowls of fruit that are always already spoiled! All my fruit is old. I ordered a small grape bowl and out of every grape, there were three spoiled grapes. I also ordered a fruit bowl. Are you kidding me? The watermelon was mush and the strawberries inside were globby! I also ordered a separate set of strawberries, and yep, about half the strawberries were mush and the other half are under ripe. I am so over the produce at this location. I think so many people frequent this heb and need better produce for the price!

I dont like it that they keep putting more and more of their store brands and not name brands. What about us that dont want store brands? Why isnt there at least a few of the name brand items? When are the name brands going to be stocked?? And another thing, why can you only get $50.00 cash?? Does HEB not have enough money? Do they not have enough money for people to be able to get more money?? Curious. Or maybe they just dont care about the customers and their needs. I see more and more store brands and not name brands. They do have fresh produce, though. And, another complaint, why dont they stock Fleishman margarine? I think they ran the other grocery stores out of town because they dont pay union wages??!! I do appreciate they have plenty of checkers unlike Walmart.

Custom ordered a Black Forest cake from the bakery, and the first try was just a sheet cake with cherries on top. Went back that afternoon and talked to Eliza, and she truly went above and beyond. They had a gorgeous Black Forest ready for me the next day, and I will not be getting cakes anywhere else from now on!

They have craft singles now! Woo-hoo!!! Whats not to love about this store. Always well-stocked, great staple ingredients as well as fancy options, the staff is awesome and always helpful (shout out to Chris Moreno!), and this location has one of the best craft beer selections compared to other HEB locations nearby. Not only that - they just added singles to their shelf! Im definitely going to stop by more often here!

I do appreciate the curb side people they do an amazing job but lately several times on my curbside order I have been missing items. It s happening too many times also the last flower arrangement ordered for delivery from this HEB was really bad with old and broken flowers. It was so upsetting to see. In all honesty it broke my heart it was for my mom.

Ronnie (877395 at 4:16pm 5-5-24) from Western Union informed me that I could only do ONE Transaction per visit which makes no sense. I never had this issues at other Western Unions! I belive she was being bias and lazy to say the least. Rude customer service. I even asked if my husband could get the money order with his ID and she said NO!

This is a great store to shop at! I usually use their curbside service but yesterday tried going inside. It was great! So many options in a lot of their areas. Their seafood counter, prices and service were fantastic! For example, the large shrimp were almost a dollar cheaper than their frozen large shrimp. I will try to go in more often rather using the curbside all the time.

I typically love this HEB but recently the customer service hasn t been great. We always get our fish from the fresh market and my spouse waited there for more than 10 minutes while staff members ignored us. I had to confront someone before she finally came to assist. Then when my mother asked for help with an item in another area they responded that they couldn t help her because it wasn t their department. No offer to find someone who could help and no suggestion as to how she could find someone in that department. Very disappointed.

Just wanted to leave a positive review for a young man that works at the deli. His name Sergio Rodriguez. He was super helpful and patient with me. In regards with all my questions I had for an order I wanted to place for some meats and cheese. At the end I took a couple of his recommendations on some deli meats which were really delicious. He also was able to shred the meat and make thick cuts of cheese which was something I never was offered before. Totally impressed with him and HEB in general. Keep up the good work guys!

Dont use their curbside. They give you broken eggs rotten fruit. You call them they let you know you have to go in and exchange them. You still have to shop for your items and exchange it on top of the trip you already took over there. This defeats the purpose of curbside.

Bad location for the curbside parking on such a busy street like Trenton with one way in and out. And if your not aware of it and it s your first time doing curbside you will have a hard time finding it without going inside as the only directions to it are on the street leaving the store on Trenton.
