Small red head girl & guy with locs keep touching on each other with the gloves on an then touching the food. They are poking each other. Grabbing each other with the gloves on. Not something to be doing while working or doing in front of customers. That is disgusting. They arent changing out gloves when touching each other an then the food.

I went through the drive thru to pick up my meal and headed home, only to find my order was incorrect. Not only was my burger wrong, but I also received less than half of the fries I paid for. I decided to call the restaurant to sort things out and approached the situation with a friendly attitude. When a lady answered the phone, I politely asked to speak to the manager. She curtly responded, What do you want? I reiterated my request, to which she again replied, What do you want? I then asked if she was the manager, and she rudely confirmed, Yeah! I explained the issues with my order, and her only solution was to come back for a free fry. While I understand that fast food service can be hit or miss, I believe that politeness should be reciprocated. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of that expectation.

Food was cold. Management was not willing to make it right until he heard me getting upset. I refused the replacement and will be calling corporate office on Monday. Very very disappointed. My son uses door dash and the quality of the food is better than what we got. Don t know if I will be going back!

Gave me a good burger but I m pissed they ain t give my my damn bbq sauce and I m not even from this town I m visiting so I m expecting a nice experience as it s my first time at this Wendy s but instead of nice, I got terrible. This place has such bad customer service and management. They are very impatient and dont know how to explain or understand the offers on the app. Also Ive been going and they havent had frosty but the orange flavor only and no Cinnabon. I believe a new item should always be in stock! Wasted my time going for nothing. Had nothing of what I wanted to order.

3 out of the 4 times I have gone through the drive-thru on my way to work over the last 2 weeks, I was left sitting at the speaker with no one ever answering to take my order. Everything about our visit to Wendys was great except for the atmosphere. I guess I was so used to Wendys always being packed that seeing it almost empty, reminded me of better days. Before COVID. And I tell ya, I miss those days. I guess we all do. Lets just hope & pray for a return to better days. And remember to wash your hands after a visit to the toilet. Parking: Plenty of free & handicap parking. Kid-friendliness: My nephews had some kid meals which they enjoyed very much. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are plenty wide for any wheelchair to pass thru with ease.

Stop going to this place, HR should really be going to talk to each staff members in here. The manger Cesar treats his employees like they are nobodys and his staff of managers in charge like Ana bullies the kids that are working. Im not a fan of Wendys. Their food leaves a weird taste in my mouth and it feels very much like fake meat even tho they claim other wise. Its not this locations fault that the food is mid, their fries are alright and the staff were exceptional being attentive and getting my order correct. Im also not a fan of what theyre going to do with their food prices going forward so thats another reason why I dont see myself returning to any Wendys location anytime soon.

The inside of Wendys is exactly as seen in their sites pictures. Bland, unwelcoming... not a place I would go out to eat with friends or family. What happened to the inviting environment they used to have. I get the upgrade, even modern concept, but why lose the warm feeling that symbolizes Wendy...youre never too old nor too young for that old fashioned, warm, welcoming feeling ambience.

This Wendys never disappoints. Its always clean and foods always comes out quickly. Cashiers are nice and friendly. The drink station is always clean and well stocked. Restrooms clean and organized. Plenty of parking spaces. They have good specials so food there is not expensive

This place is really hit or miss. Some days it s great other days the staff practically throws your food in the car. The day I m leaving this review I had a chicken club sandwich w on the BOTTOM of my bun, mayo oozing all over the place & the most nasty burned sugar cookie ever. So gross. Then again, I ve come to this place before & had decent food. I wouldn t go out of my way to eat here but if you re in the area this is a toss up if you like surprises Parking: This location is near a strip mall & Walmart. There s plenty of parking all around. Came to this specific Wendys for the first time yesterday with my girls to try the Beef Pub burger. The only thing that tasted good was the strawberry lemonade. The fries were nasty, and the burgers tasted old and made us sick. We noticed the 2 slices of bacon they added were practically raw! Disgusting! Im not one to call and complain about the food but i definitely should have. We just ended up throwing out the rest of our unfinished burgers in the trash. Such a disappointment.

Very slow service, Atleast the man from the front wasnt even trying to order, there was a very long line of cars outside so I decided to order inside. The older man with gray hair was just taking his time and talking with the other employees, he would take a minute talking and then order, and then he will take another minute talking and laughing, it didnt even seem like he was truly busy doing the actual work. By the time that I was going to be next, the whole drive through has already finished, and so I went outside to order at the drive though and they already had the order ready by the next minute or two. Horrible service, Im not usually someone who leaves reviews.
