We got two beef and shrimp teriyaki bowls which were okay, a gumbo, plain wings, and a chicken teriyaki. The gumbo and wings were my favorite and the fries were actually seasoned. It was empty when we went and the food took a while but thats because its made to order.

Placed an order via GrubHub for combo fried rice and garlic parm wings. The wings are plain.Called the store and spoke to the Manager Angel, he told me to contact GrubHub. He said he saw the person making the wings put garlic parm on them. I offered to bring the wings back to the restaurant so he could see there was no garlic parm on the wings that were delivered to me and he was incessant on me contacting GrubHub, which I did. The wings were garbage and so was the fried rice. The fried rice taste like it has cut up hot dogs in it . All I wanted was what I paid for and they couldnt provide that.

I really don t do reviews, but I had to do one this time.. Food was delicious, but what really made my day was the cashier. Since I walked in the cashier had a smile and I felt welcome. She was very nice and very helpful as it was my first time coming in. I ve been to other restaurants and now days it s hard to find someone with a welcoming personality. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family and I ll be coming back next time I work in this area.

update on my review. Super appreciative that Eddy reached out to to make this right. We have always enjoyed this place and the food has always been good. Just seemed we went on a very busy day but we will.always continue to go back. Thank you. very disappointed this. We have ordered many times from here but today it was total disappointment. I ordered online at about 7:24pm it said order would be ready at 7:45. I got a call from restaurant telling me it would be more like 30 to 35 minutes which I was ok with- what I was not ok with was that I went to pick it up close to 8pm and I didnt get my order until past 8:30 over an hour after I ordered. Not only that but when I got home and looked.at my order no way did I get 3 lbs of shrimp. SMH- I weighed the shrimp and it was more like a little over a pound

We visited here 2 yrs ago and absolutely loved it! WOW what a difference 2 yrs can make. Service was slow and the server was not the most pleasant. We ordered the lobster tail (25.00 pp), corn on the cob, hush puppies and fries. Our wait time was over 40 min. We were the only ones in the restaurant, shortly after 5 more customers came in. They seem to have taken priority on the take out orders. Our meal wasnt even served all together, fries came then hushbabies and then the lobster tail. Lobster tails were overcooked on top of the long wait time. The server is what lost our business. We can overlook a little inconsistencie on food but this day and age service should be everything. If the mgr./owner cares about his/her business I would hope they would comment on my review. The picture attached shows how unappealing our meal was.

This was my first time actually going in. This place was recommended by my most discerning family member. And sure enough they did not disappoint. 2nd time here. The first time wasnt too bad but this time was horrible. The fried shrimp they use is like the nonsense they serve at a buffet. Not fresh and not what Id expect from a seafood restaurant. Flat and smashed shrimp. The fries were hard and DRY. The serving was pretty small too. My daughters crab legs looked yummy but she said they were really greasy so she couldnt finish them. Wont be returning.

I wanted to try a new seafood place and decided to give this faculty a try . I read the reviews first and must all were good. I ordered the special 1 with the rocking sauce and a cup of gumbo. Let me tell you, it was so good I was making a mess eating it! Unlike the other reviews, the sauce dud not taste like tomato sauce and it was spicy just the way I like it and yes the shrimp were deveined. When leaving we got a to go container for the gumbo and rice. My husband put the rice in first then the gumbo on top. The manager came to ask how we were doing and saw how my husband packed the leftover soup. He said oh that s wrong, I says why and he said the rice will absorb all the liquid from the soup and you won t have soup. He said to give him a few minutes and he would fix it. He totally made us a new batch of rice putting it in a box and a whole new container of gumbo! It was so nice of him to do that and spoke volumes of how he cared about his food and customers!! We will definitely be going back!!!

This is my second time trying this place. My first visit, We ordered the special #1 & #5. The only thing we were pleased with was the snow crab, corn, potatoes & rockin sauce. The shrimp & crawfish was so mushy and tasted old. Like it was sitting in old water for days. Huge disappointment & waste of money. So I decided to give it another try because the staff is SUPER friendly and the place is very clean and cozy inside. For my 2nd visit, I ordered the shrimp teriyaki noodles, noodles were delicious but again the darn shrimp was mushy and tasted horrible. SoI ate only the noodles. I think maybe they are using leftover shrimp from previous day(s). I picked up my order before 1pm and there is no excuse to have shrimp that is not fresh. Owner/Manager if you are reading this PLEASE make sure your establishment is providing fresh food at all times, my goodness this is seafood (we can get sick from this) and were paying bucks for this food. I know the cost of food has gone up, but dont risk your customers and their health. In the future, I will give your place one more try because of the other reviews and friendly staff and I know your food has 5 star potential. I want to leave 5 stars, I love seafood cmon no time for slacking.

Stopped in for dinner this evening with my son, his fiance and my nine year old granddaughter. It is rare for us to all enjoy our food but we did this evening. My son and granddaughter had the fish. Got the snow crab and sausage bundle while my fiancé got the catfish platter. We ordered curbside pickup and they had our order ready to go within 15 minutes of it having been placed. Decent but expensive. Portions are unhealthy. Staff wasnt attentive. Individual meals only come with fries and hush puppies only.* If you want decent sides (e.g. corn and potato), you have to purchase them a la carte or get a family meal. The staff tried to talk me into getting what they claim is an individual meal. But it is actually small family size w/o enough sides. Honestly the end result of ordering and consuming 1lbs of fish in 1 sitting is permanent liver damage . * Staff wasnt attentive during my visit. I told them it was my first time and asked for options for 1 person. They directed me to unhealthy portion sizes. Ordered take out, but we didnt make it home, just ended up eating the food in our car! Everything has so much flavor, and just enough spice. The jambalaya and gumbo were legitimately better than some of the places Ive tried in New Orleans (and I truly believed nothing could be better than New Orleans) the clam chowder was rich, comforting, and so full of flavor. I was craving some seafood and was about to head out to a spot I had in mind. But as I was driving by, I saw this place and looked at the menu. First hand, this is affordable than most places Ive seen. The establishment is clean and menu is clear and visible to read. The clerks at the register were friendly and greeted. Very patient with me while I was deciding. Got my food (Special 5) and my goodness, it did not disappoint! Every thing was cook as it should be and flavor was there. I think what I appreciate the most was there was an associate sitting at the entrance looks as she was on her break and she was still courteous to greet when I came in. In addition, after I got my food she also checked in on my table to see if we were doing alright. Definitely will go back!

Good first impression. My husband chose this spot on a whim. We were in the area and were ready for lunch. We enjoyed our food. We both chose the Special 1, I think is how it was worded. He chose the garlic butter, no spice. I had the same selection but with the rocking crab sauce, medium spice. Both were good, however mine wasnt exactly what I expected, but still tasty. It had a tomato taste. Totally unexpected. I would try the seafood boil again, but opt for another sauce. The service was good and friendly and the food came out hot and quickly. We had no complaints.

Great abundance of food and flavor. The workers here are very humble and happy to serve. They work hard and they have great attitudes. I wish I had tipped because everyone deserved it here. Our seafood platter was very delicious and it hit did the trick. All the meat in them legs came out Wonderfully and the shrimp was absolutely yummy! We also got the teriyaki bowl and that was also delicious. Great work by all here. I hope this place will strive and do well because I will keep coming back!

First time trying this place out and I am so glad they replaced the Wing Stop that use to be there. The place was clean and very comfortable (temperature wise). The food was great! The crawfish queso and chips are my appetizer recommendation! I had the chicken/beef noodle. They are not shy with the servings and the food taste great! I am definitely trying this place again because everything on the menu looks tempting!

(Takeout order) Been wanting to try this place out and was hopeful, but probably wont be returning. Try it just once and maybe youll have better experience. Had the shrimp Po boy. Some good flavors, but the shrimp was chewy. Almost rubbery like texture. Either left out on the heat lamp too long or overcooked or both. Ordered clam chowder. They charged for it then said they didnt have enough clam to make the chowder so had to refund. Cant say we didnt give it a shot, but would rather go to another local spot.

1st impression: Clean premises, nice industrial/rustic decor. As soon as we walked in we were greated by the young lady at the register, she was polite and welcoming. We ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings, boil special 6: shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes with the hot Cajun seasoning, and the gumbo. The food was prepared promptly and brought to our table piping hot. We began with the wings and they didnt disappoint, they were cryspy and incredibly not greasy. The gumbo was full of sausage and shrimp and served with a cup of white rice, it was delicious as well. Then the boil was just perfect, the amount of spice and flavor, just delicious. We were glad to go to this place and look forward to coming back again.

The food was horrible. I got lemon pepper chicken that was too salty and taste like lemons, and who doesnt know how to make combination rice. For the price the serving size was bad, will never ever go back NEVER

Just got a to go order and wow !! I got the Special 1 spicy and it was delicious ! As well as the King Crab was amazing. Juicy and thickest meat I ve had in Dallas area . Will only be going here from now on favorite sea food !

The food is very delicious, I think it will become one of my favorite places! The only thing I didnt like was the person who served me. I liked that she explained the menu better and I asked her several questions and she had no interest in my doubts since it is a new place, she should explain better and be interested in what they sell and be I will save it to the client.

SO... Im normally not the type to leave reviews unless something hits me negatively or positively (feel free to look at my past ones). But this place left such a good impression I absolutely HAD to drop a few words. First off, Im a seafood lover through and through. I love crab, mussels, shrimp,etc. You name it. Ive been to every seafood/crab joint in the Grand Prairie/Arlington area. Ive seen seafood raise in prices, and continue to get higher. And the flavor/quality only goes down from their. But when I tell you this place is DECENTLY PRICED for what you get and ask for, as well as the servings you get. PSSSSHHHH! Go ahead and drop by this place because youll be content with the servings, the pricing, and the flavor. I bought the Special 1 and BOIII WAS IT SPECIAL. I asked for it to be spicy and lo and behold, it had me SWEATIN! Some places around here think spicy is adding some salt, but they got it down to a T. The flavor was packing. The meal size was perfect for the price. And the packaging was a fantastic choice for it. I also ordered two cajun fried rice. Combination and craw fish. Was met with a serving size fit for a God! HUGE for a darn good pricing! Dont be dismayed by what others have written. Give this place a shot. You will enjoy the brand new service as well as the food!

It is pretty high from other seafood places. I am a seafood lover. I know when its over priced. The food was ok. Not too fresh but ok. Sauces werent great but ok. Its just okay!!
