We Incurred major wind damage to my home, Gazebo. Guest house, Barn and Gates. UPC insurance sent their staff adjuster out to inspect.Their adjuster did an inept inspection on our property and didn t even inspect the roof of our barn and 2 story. Upon inspection of the main home he grossly overlooked significantwind damage to our shingles, brick and metal patio covers. Their adjuster also claimed he lost his photos. He then sent a 3rd party out to inspect the 2 story roof. He also failed to inspect the barn and patio covers. After reaching out and getting no response from the carrier we had no.choice but to go to an attorney. We had many attorneys to choose from, however after talking to the Augustin Hernandez Law Firm Office, we decided to hire them to handle our claim. Mr. Hernandez explained the process and made everything completely transparent. His professionalism, compassion and understanding made us feel safe. His office manager Robert always forwarded all of our conversations to Mr. Hernandez and kept my wife and I in the loop at all times. My experience with Mr. Hernandez services was awesome. Hes first response was our health, he made arrangements with doctors and therapists at the same time that we were on the first visit to his office...from his office to our care. On the legal matters he is very professional and responsable. He is always calling, letting us know about the case, asking us about the services of the health care providers and about our overall fillings and needs.
