The food they serve with the package was awful. The place was alright. The person in charge that night was an a$$hole due to the food being nasty my kids didnt eat, and for us to be there, we ordered outside food and were told to leave. It was chicken nuggets for kids, something small and yet they told us not allow and had to leave. But get this, they didnt say anything when people where coming in with beer and bottles and had young kids drinking inside and outside the place, yet food was a big no no. Bad experience. If you book place either eat before or have someone else make the food.

Just writing this review to say that I thought the gazebo dome outside was absolutely gorgeous! The inside venue however seems a tiny bit old but never the less still pretty! If I understood correctly you don t HAVE to book both you can just do the dome if you d like

Very nice, but I dont know if the cake is included, but it wasnt good, another thing is the floor of the dance floor is useless, their heels get stuck between each line, some people hurt their feet there. They should put a smooth floor

This place gave us the worst experience of the most important time of me and my husbands life. Me and my husband saved all year to have this wedding paying a total of $12,500 for this salon and there services. On the day of the wedding they were undressed to greet people and dressed in regular street clothes. They did not coordinate our ceremony we had paid for we had to do it on the fly the guy in charge was just on his phone cruising through the event. We worked so hard for this moment for something like this to happen. They also cut off our wedding early when we paid the extra 500 for the 1am package. But they were to easy request payments throughout the year. I highly recommend you do not have your special moment here at this event center they just make hear what you want in the beginning then once they got your money they treat you like a number. Spread the word!!

Had our wedding and reception here and even though we could not use the garden due to the rain, having it indoor was still perfect. The coordinator was there for the reception as promised and the food was absolutely delicious! We had gotten the almond chicken, green spaghetti and mashed potatoes. Everything went smoothly and everyone had a very great time.

Various items that were discussed with the manager were failed to be done the day of the event. We were told our package included an event coordinator which wasnt seen until the ceremony was over on the same grounds. We had zero coordination for our on-site ceremony. Rehearsal with event coordinator has an additional charge that we were not told about so we skipped out on it as we had already invested about 12k for our package. Secondly, we were promised an upstairs room inside the venue for the men to get dressed before the wedding. That day my husband was not permitted to use the room and had to use the mens restroom to get ready. Thirdly, after the ceremony was over in the garden area, employees started removing decorations as we were taking pictures leaving us with only curtains for our everlasting memories. Photographer had a hard time getting pictures as employees kept walking in front of us. Forth, unfortunately we had many of our guests or their children sick with the flu and could not attend. We had an excess of food that was not given to us although we paid for. The only food we got was the extra plates we had paid for. Fifth, cakes was not fresh. Both wedding and grooms cake were extremely dry as if they had been baked days before. We were truly sad that our cake was not up to standards and grooms cake was made wrong. Six, we were told that we could not bring so much liquor in because then the competition would be high and guest would not buy from them. This was mind boggling to me as items to prep liquor have to be bought here. Overall, we went with this venue because it provided us with many things that we wanted. A place for the ceremony, a cabin for the women to get ready, and the smaller venue at no added cost for bridal shower. The delivery aspect was where they failed. Its upsetting as we paid for a service and we were short-handed in the end with miniscule items that could have made our experience a bit better.

Very nice venue. Restrooms were clean. The food was decent wedding venue food (7 of 10). I came here to work as DJ. The wait staff was great and attentive to us as workers so I can assume to the guests even more. Keep up the great work staff at Real del Valle..

Attended a wedding but had a terrible time. Chairs were very uncomfortable and restrooms were disgustingly dirty, both male and female restrooms. Stalls that wouldnt lock and no paper towels to dry hands. Very dissapointed!

Offering everything you need they have four different venues. Quinta Versailles is a beautiful garden with a traditional kiosk in the center. It also offers a cabana for a place to stay pool area. Casa Real can hold up to one hundred people, perfect for the bridal shower or any other special occasion. Villa Azul hold up to 300 people and Real del Valle holds up to 500. The parking space is over 4 acres. The Bridal shower and cocktail hours are free when booking your event with them. i highly recommend Real Del Valle they will do everything they can to make your event memorable.
