My experience here was great. The doctors, nurses, CNAs, and even housekeeping were great! My nurses TJ, Fernando, and Melissa were great and always super attentive to my needs. Thank you for the amazing staff you have on the 4th floor!

I went last year cause i was feeling ill, they did all the ekg and xrays and told me i had nothing. I told them maybe in the xrays were ok but i felt ill. The doctors told me there was nothing wrong, i told them my symptoms didnt even bother to check for hpylori, which later during the week my regular doctor diagnosed me with. Unprofessional service,but did manage to bill insurance for 12000 dollars for no diagnosis.

Mario from childrens ER has always treated my kids so nicely and personally goes out of his way to make them feel better. Mayra, Robbie, Jennifer, Karen, Eva and Rey are pediatric nurses on the 3rd floor and they have just made life so much easier during our unexpected 5 day stay. They were so quick and kind to my 7 month son, never failed to ask if we needed anything and kept my son comfortable. We will never forget you all, thank you for all your hard work as nurses!

I went in to the ER for shortness of breath. I was assisted in less than 5 minutes. By the 1/2 hour I had an ivy in my arm, chest x rays taken and nebulizer treatment done. I was totally amazed by the effectiveness of the team who helped me. I was told it was recommended Id stay another day and had a room upstairs within hours. It turns out I had bronchitis. The staff was exceptional and professional. They were very attentive. Shout out to Crystal, Jacylee, Irma, Jonathan, Lydia, Annie, Sam and many more.. Thank you all!! I totally recommend this place of care. As youre not left alone in some room behind a curtain waiting for help as I have experienced at other places that are supposedly the best.

Good service horrible food that they give to the guest is the worst it s all cold it s like they want the patient to get better but the parent to get sick with the bacteria that grows on food that is not heated or kept in its proper serving temperature the state health department needs to do something about this because this is not right

Former employee---Limit staff...if employee brings concern to administration they pretend to hear you but they heavily concern on profit for investors....hospital has very good workers but amount work just keep getting overwhelming...administration just keep.saying we fully staff...even when productivity is good....with upper administration confirm that....lower administration and director are more concern on profit than patient care or workers safety Please dont settle for less or get fool what they advertise....wrote a letter to them and no one ever ask why after serving them a lots years....like they say there is line outside waiting outside for job....loyal employees are pennies for them shame on care

I had to bring my kids here since we are from out of town. I was very surprised by everyone s kindness and helpfulness. Mariana and Deborah we re extremely nice! And Dr. Diaz was very nice and helpful as well. I was really worried about going to an ER clinic because I m the past I haven t had any good experiences elsewhere. It was really refreshing to see they actually cared. I definitely recommend this place!!

An unexpected trip to the ED with my mother. Had great care at ERMC. A great big thank you to Dr. Beckett, Placido RN, Sarah RN and Evelyn RN. Their attention to my mother is greatly appreciated. I will highly recommend this hospital.

Not recommend at all. They never send me a bill,yet they send me to collections. That I needed to pay everything. They dont have any consideration at all they dont think people have other bills. What a shame!

Terrible care... I had to give 1 star to be able to post which is generous... My mom was hospitalized one day here and when I went to her room she was pretty Ill... Trouble breathing because of pneumonia... No nebulizer treatment all day.. Nurse was confused... Charge nurse lied and house sup didnt care either it was AMA.... Rio Grande had her stable in a matter of minutes and all workups were attended to stat....Thank God if me n my daughter would of left her there she would not be here today..... Hospital should be closed for abuse if anything.

The HR Department is the worst Ive had to deal with. Spoke to a Vanessa Vasquez who sems to overwhelmed with her job load. The other staff just as unprofessional and unprepared as Vanessa. If that is how the HR dept handles the office what can you expect of the hospitals. Worst place ever to work or even seek medical care. Someone needs to do sonething to correct this, new staff for example. People who knoe how to handle the job. People who are professional and ready to work.

really dont waste your time here its the worse i had to leave after 4hours being there waiting and all they did was check my blood pressure and get a urine sample. I was in so much pain that i had to go to another hospital.
