Their Sunday crew on 4/21 stopped answering their phones at 7 even though they close at 8. Weren t accepting DoorDash orders either. Called and the line was either dead or they let it ring. Showed up just to see if I had my closing time wrong and they locked their doors before 7:40 even though there was no customers and wouldn t open it even though they saw me. Not sure if that s a franchise thing that they re asked to stop taking orders early but 7? Really??

Worst customer service ever besides getting charged TWICE for an online order why would you charge me again for the Full order when I just asked to get charged for drinks on the side and you charge me my whole order again??? Ridiculous! girls In the front were asking each other go help em, no you go if you don t want to work just quit. This is a new review. It was at this location that I had syempre natural for the 2nd time, now it s my 3rd. I have been to other locations but I can say this is my favorite. Their staff is friendly and they were patient with me as I made my choices. I loved this visit because the food was fresh, it was good and because they offered me the promotion I saved a dollar instead of going with my original order which I was very happy with because I got more food for less $$. This time I m giving them 5 stars. Highly recommend place for easy healthy yummy food. - Prior review below This was the second time I ve eaten at Siempre Natural, but first time at the Edinburg branch. I ordered a combo of fideo soup, chicken & grape salad, garden salad with cheese, sunflower seeds, corn kernels, and chipotle sauce; and a drink - all for under $10. The food is really good and the serving is perfect. It s fresh and I just love it. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that when I went to get some sweet tea, it only filled my medium cup halfway, and it took them a while to refill it. I felt that I didn t really get what I paid for. But I d still come back. Hopefully next time I won t have the same issue anymore. I definitely recommend this place. Parking: There is ample free parking Kid-friendliness: Booth seating makes it ideal to bring kids here. They will also enjoy the soups, the varied drink options, and the chicken and grape salad.

The ONLY reason I am rating them a 2 star is because they dont allow loyalty points to be accrued for in-store purchases. The app has a mandatory 30 minute wait from the time a new order is placed which is too freaking long.

I have to say its my favorite salad place in the valley. Their chicken chipotle and Mexican tuna have me addicted! I love how they can customize to my liking because I always add grapes on top of any salad! They are also pretty fast when you order by phone, so thats a plus when Im on the go.

After driving 20 mins to Siempre Natural, I got home to a salad with no dressing. Unfortunately Im the type of person who wont eat a salad without a dressing. I called to ask if my my salad can be replaced next time I go since this one is going to go to waste. Spoke to Abram who said they can only offer me an extra ranch next time I go. Absolutely ridiculous! My advise; check your order before you leave and make sure youre not missing anything.

Really tasty food, really slow and bad employees. Literally, 100% of the time I ordered from this place I had to go back and have them fix something either made wrong or items missing all together. The food is really good and we like the place but it needs an overhaul of management or employees. Also, the cleaning products they used to clean their restaurant during normal business hours was so strong that it almost burned our noses, it was some sort of chemicals that did not air out quickly which was ironic in a food place called simply natural lol

I enjoy their salads & zucchini & poblano chili soups. I visited on 7/11 taking a small order of both of the soups. The texture of the zucchini soup was thinner than usual & the poblano was a bit spicy hotter than usual & both a bit saltier as well. I hope they get both back to normal since we have enjoyed them so well.

My favorite lunch spot everytime Im in Edinburg, Texas. Glad they dont have these in Houston or Id never go anywhere else for lunch. The aguas frescas, fideo and chicken salad (several varieties to choose from) on a croissant is off the chain aka super delicious! Highly recommend!

Been a customer of this location for years.. I have ordered online multiple times and the order is always started when I show up to pick it up. This recent time, there were 6 employees, no line, and yet orders were not being done. Our order came out cold, despite waiting for 15 minutes. Overall the good food has been overshadowed by the lack of good service. It is no longer convenient to keep eating at this place.
