The cheese burger combo was tasty and reasonably priced. However, the wing combo was disappointing. I ordered the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings. The only thing that kept me from tossing it, was going home and adding additional season and reheating it in the air fryer. I dont know if it was a bad night or what, but I dont plan on ordering anymore wings. I will stick to the burgers.

Had the blue cheese cheeseburger , 1st time trying blue cheese in a burger it wasn t bad but it wasn t delicious 3/10. Had the double cheeseburger it was good just not satisfying. This place has more than just Hamburgers. The Turkey Burger ( my healthy option) and Chicken Fried Steak Burger ( we shared) were Delicious! The New Owner is so nice and so is her staff. They aim to please and ensure you have a great dining experience. Go check it out and then grab a coffee across the street at Kingman Coffee...The White Berry is amazing!

The lady at the register gave great customer service. I ordered a cheese steak no mayo. The bread was juicy with grease I expected it be greasy but this was ridiculous. Also the menu doesnt say mustard but the cook put a ton of it on the sandwich. I dont eat mustard. The onion rings were cold and tasted bad. I ended up tossing the food out. This was my first time going there so hopefully this was just a bad day but I wont be returning.

The current special is 2 complete burger meals (burger,fries small drink) for only $10 (we paid extra for cheese). They dont do this very often, but man, what a deal. The burger was tender, and all the ingredients were fresh. The fries were also enjoyable. My only complaints were that they dont have brewed tea, just sweet tea in the fountain, and they gave us way too many fries! The lady and the man working were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Even without the 2 for $10, we highly recommend this place. Two thumbs-up

I got to drive through or take away for convenience and maybe need to eat at another location. One of my pet peeves is having to deconstruct my order to see if its correct. Went to Take Out Burgers to get a combo for me and onion rings for someone else. In case you were wondering why the burger was ordered with no onions yet there is an order of onion rings. I cannot eat onions. The combo comes with fries, burger and drink. So the order was 1 combo and 1 more order of onion rings which I was charged for. So what I found was no fries and onions on the burger. I had to rework the burger to make it edible and there are the missing fries. Do people actually read when they prepare and package the order? It seems like they do not. There were 2 other patrons at the time so they were not rushed. And there were no orders in the pickup area waiting. See attached photos. The burger is the chili cheese burger. It had a good flavor. The onions and missing item spoiled the combo however. And...... and..... I gave them a 20% tip for this level of service. If I go back there will be no more tipping. Parking: Strip shopping center with parking if it is jot filled by patrons of adjacent businesses.

The soda was flat and I got my money back from that. When I got home my order was wrong. I asked for mustard and mayo on both burgers and onions on one of them. I had to use my own onions and mustard. The meat was too small along with the 2 small slices of tomato and 3 pickles on a big bun. The Phillysteak was skimpy with the meat. And the meat was dry like it was over cooked or old. The onion rings were cooked too hard. I called to tell them and the young man at the front was rather rude as if I was bothering him. I asked for a manager and was referred to the cook. He FINALLY said to come back and hed handle it. I spent almost $35.00 for this experience to refix, eat a small portion because of hunger, but to wind up throwing it away and my family still being hungry.

9.17.23 I googled food places near me and I wanted to try something different. This place looked good so I figured I d give it a try. I ordered online which was very easy. I opted for curbside delivery and entered my vehicle description as required. I pulled up to the location and waited a few minutes but no one brought my food out to me. I called and they said they d bring it out to me in a minute. About 5 minutes pass and I watched the kid clean the ice cream counter, play with his phone and stand there to pick at his fingers. I walked in and the same kid asked if I was picking up. I said it was supposed to be curb side delivery but I guess y all don t do that anymore. My food was sitting under a heat lamp. Why offer the service if the employees are too busy in their own world to handle it? The food wasnt even that great to have gone through such the trouble. I even provided a tip. Jeez.

We got a Philly cheese sandwich. The bun wet and mooshi , the meat was overcooked and burned. Something with the burger was overcooked so thin we ask for a blue cheese burger it didnt had the cheese , the onion rings where bad not butter on them . The only good fries they were good. I took a group of 4 friends today for a total of 5 of us and we all cleaned our plates 3 got hamburgers that tasted like my moms homemade burgers with the hand shaped patties and grilled buns! 1 raved about the wings and 1 really enjoyed her cheesesteak. I ve been coming here since they opened because my shop is around the corner. It used to be great and was cheaper or on par with all the other places. They used to know my number when I called is how often I ate here. However, over the years, the food has become average and they have changed their fries more than once, but the real kicker for me is that the food is no better than other burger joints and the price is CRAZY! I went today and got a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink and paid almost $18! Sorry, but the food is not good enough to be that expensive and thus my time eating here will come to an end.

I ordered a Burger Fries and drink combo. And a triple meat cheeseburger with onion rings. I told them no tomatoes on the triple cheeseburger. They still put tomatoes on the burger. The meat is not seasoned at all. The burger is average at best. They should change their name to Okay Burger. Their fries has little to no salt on them. They are cold and mushy. They need to cut them thinner and cook them longer. The overall experience is nothing to write home or to brag about. And is underwhelming.

Decided to try this local burger spot for the first time and I must say it was disappointing. When you walk in it smells really good, however my turkey burger was below average and my wings were not cooked thoroughly. The outside looked burnt but they were rubbery and raw on the inside. Of course I did not see this until I was home preparing to eat. I called the restaurant and asked if they could refund my card but was told they could not and I would have to come back for cash. Its not that far but I had just gotten my grandson home and settled. I did take it back, got my refund and was told sorry about that the cook said it may be the grease. Needless to say I was floored, if you know the grease is bad throw it out and get new grease! I was expecting a call from the manager or owner but silly me. It looks others have better experiences and hopefully this was a one off situation, I will not be back but hopefully they do better.

6 piece boneless wings cost 10.99 more like chicken nuggets. This plate alone with a drink was 17$ and I am sure im not the only one that feels like its not worth it. Usually the food is good...dont know whobthe cook was today..but, NO GOOD!!! My burgers were pink in the middle and my Onion rings were hard, cold, no flavor..My funnel cake sticks were not even done..Like Very under cooked!!! So sad...Not worth the $30+ that I spent!!

First off, I walked in Hungry. I had a couple of minutes to look at the menu as the guy working the counter was taking a call-in order. Several items caught my eye: chopped cheese, Thunder burger, onion rings, and wings. While I was waiting, one of the grill masters came to the front to take my order so I wouldnt have to wait so long. That was greatly appreciated. I went with the Thunder burger and onion rings. This burger looked and tasted homemade. It was well balanced in terms of flavor, condiments, toppings, meat and cheese. The onion rings were hand battered. They didnt have a strong onion taste, nor did they taste greasy, nor did the batter fall off with each bite. They were wonderful. This place has a lot of specials to choose from.

The best burger in town. Nice, authentic, juicy, well balanced meat to cheese to vegetable ratio. Grilled soft bun. I normally dont eat a double cheeseburger but when I tell you nothing was left, I mean nothing. And to top it off, I didnt get the full stomach feeling like I do after eating a burger at most places. The price is normal for a REAL burger. This is my go to burger place from now on. Dont forget about the cookies, OMG, is all I can say.

What I can say about this place is I had placed a order of chicken wings and a Burger the lady told me that my fries were with the wings, to my surprise when I got home I looked at the wings they were all burnt, dark Brown burnt. If that lady put my fries with the wings she should have seen that, but I guess she didnt care, was very disappointed. for me I will never go to that place again.

Burger tasted good but... When you get your order its in a bag as a take out. They dont give you a tray with your food on it. Dont expect to wash your hands there, they dont have a public bathroom. Im certain this is a code violation. Also, tea was spoiled. Very pricey burger for not having a bathroom at the very least.

My husband and I didnt realize the place was closing (7 minutes before closing time). The door was locked but a gentleman stopped us from leaving and opened the door. So thankful because we were starving and we ordered our food. This deserves to be acknowledged because he didnt have to do it. Most wouldnt. I m going to be as fair as I can be under the circumstances. I was part of a party of 4 who went to Take Out Burger with a $10 Groupon. They refused to honor the Groupon because they said they were not getting reimbursed, and they absolutely stood their ground .over $10. If they had offered to take a small percentage off for our troubles, they very well could have had 4 returning customers. As it is, we chose to leave and never return. Take Out Burger has been taken out as one of our restaurants of choice.

Today was my first time there. I work nearby and decided to pickup a cheesesteak for lunch. They had a special of cheesesteak with fries for 9.99 to me a great value. Paid almost $10 for a cheesesteak alone. No, sides and there was less meat in it than their 1/4 burger. I was a first time customer and a last time customer. The young lady at the register was not very interested in being at work. I know young people need a job but, that was definitely not worth $10. Too disappointed!
