I really can t wait for the day where all the locations go out of business! It s ridiculous that extra gravy for mash potatoes is $5 for some mess y all water down all dam day. I only go for sides but yeah no bueno! If you want to spend $10 for some sides feel free but as for me over n out!! Expensive for no reason quality is trash nowadays!

Like I worked at Popeyes in high school and it use to be as long as you are open you can get great quality food. But to give me old food and when I bring it back the managers say yea it s because we are about to close?!? Bro you the manager and that was your excuse! Extremely sad. Not to mention I m sure the flour battery flour process hasn t changed much and it only takes 4 mins to cook tenders. Just sad

Its sad, they turn down my 2nd order. Ive never known any company to turn down money from a customer for the past 20 years. I will no longer be a Popeyes customer. I had two coupons I needed both orders they were both meals and they told me to come back another day. I will go elsewhere if Im ever hosting a party again

I got a chicken sandwich and before I took a bite I saw a bug so I sent it back they gave me another one and it was so nasty it tasted like it was cooked in old grease and my sons father and I both got sick a few hours after we ate it mine had no taste at all just tasted like old grease I wont be going back

Be aware of the short Mexican lady called ZUL. She is a cashier, but she thinks she owns the place. She will treat Hispanic people badly. I asked for a special of tenders, and she overcharged me the regular price. I asked her for a BBQ sauce, and she didnt respond, but the back lady doing the order gave it to me.. I asked my food to eat on the lobby, and she made it to go. Do not order lemonade by the gallon because some old guy will come to the fountain drinks, and he will fill up a bag from the soda machine. That guy didnt even wash his hands to touch the top of the gallon bag. Bad service and Mexican cashier she is super racist

I am amazed with the quality of my delivery order! The food was absolutely perfect! Everything was packed so nicely, what I loved the most was that the food wasn t messy. You know how some places just throw everything in the bag all unorganized and the food gets all over the place, well not this place. Poor customer service , Playing around instead of waiting on customers, 3 ppl orders were wrong including mine. I asked the mgr if the ghost pepper wings were BONELESS he told me yes!! I got home and to my surprise the wings were bone-in, I didnt have my sides. So I was pretty upset because I live 30 mins away and had travel back to the Popeyes for a replace my order. I guess good management skills, good service, double checking the orders, good attitude, and EXPERIENCE DOES NOT MATTER anymore. And I shouldve held up the line and checked my own order as well. I always go to this Popeyes and order the family meal and also the spicy chicken meal. They always make sure my fries and everything is HOT & FRESH. I will drive 10 minutes home and still everything is HOT & FRESH. The Manager and all the Employees are NICE & very PROFESSIONAL.

I dont know what is going on at this location, but whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! The food tastes like the old-fashioned chicken places from the 50s that people talk about. It was hot, crispy, and delicious! Even the hockey puck biscuits were soft and edible! The line was out the door at lunchtime, and I understand why. Great job at this location Popeyes!

This is usally my favorite popeyes! Which I go out of my way to drive to because I do not support the Popeyes on wheatland. I put in an order through mobile app, now my email receipt shows the items but I did not receive both just dessert. I returned after noticing and they were not concerned nor apologized once for the mistake. Everyone is just standing around, lost. Is it new management? The young lady was rude and quickly tried to get me out of the way. I will no longer eat from this location.

Horrible. I have got hushpuppy butterfly shrimp several times and this particular one claims this is acceptable. I don t know what Mexicans eat but this isn t cooked to order and isn t consumible. I like that my food was hot but the customer service was horrible. The dine in was closed I can understand that due to short staffed. But this isnt my first or second time going here and the same guy is there with a bad attitude as if he really doesnt want to be there. No thank you or anything he doesnt offer any condiments just closes the window as if someone was getting on his nerves. The only reason I go sometimes is because its close to my home. They definitely need some training in their customer service when dealing with the public.

Visited Dec 24 for carryout. Ordered 3 piece chicken.... among other things. Took a long time for food. But what draws the 2 stars was what they put in the box. See attached picture. I paid $1.40 more for the 3rd piece. It was a small, overcooked wing with almost no meat at all. Just a tiny sliver of meat. Just basically bone and breading. I guess they were proud enough of this to put it in my box.
