Came for lunch, staff was attentive, food came out quickly, always appreciated at lunch time. Food was hot, tasted great, very large portions, had to take rest to go. Would definitely recommend. Parking was near impossible at lunch time, if you have a large SUV or Truck, just park in the adjacent lot and walk over, its too tight with the lunch rush, other than that 10/10 would recommend Parking: Tight lot that fills up quick. If you are in a Truck, park adjacent and walk over.

I went with a friend and while eating the salsa, we found a broken chip in it. We blew it off as it could have been one of ours even though I really felt like it wasnt. The next day, my husband and I went. Half way through our salsa we see something in the bowl. It turned out to be 2 empty sugar packages!! Trash!! We found trash in our salsa! I am so disappointed! I am just wondering what the heck is going on??!! Are they emptying the salsa back into the pot to avoid waste? Or refilling topping salsa bowls off from tables and reserving them? Makes my stomach turn!! Would love to know if anyone else has experienced this!

Excellent food only exceeded by the amazing customer service. Our go to place for Mexican food. Wonderful neighborhood spot. Food & service are always great. The margaritas are out of this world. The prices can t be beat, especially for the portion sizes. Friendly staff, quick service. Even if the line is out of the door, you are seated quickly. Wait staff never rushes you. The ambiance is great, indoor and outdoor. Placing to go orders is easy and fast, even at the busiest times.

This place charges a 4% fee to use your debit or credit card, which means they have circumvented the rules of Visa and MasterCard to do this. Make sure you take cash with you. They don t even have signage up stating that they charge this fee for using your credit card. The hostess tried to tell me that it wasn t the business that was doing it and that it was the machines and they had no choice in the matter LMAO

OK place for a lunch. Have tried about 4 dishes here, I would say its a 6/10 on its best days 3/10 other times. I liked the Chile relleno but it could be so much better, on the bland side unfortunately. Only the beans were seasoned to make the meal OK. Lacks seasoning and spice when compared to other Mex resturnat options in our local area but I do enjoy the environment enough to come back time to time. Thank you

San Lorenzo is our favorite place! Checks all the boxes. Good food, reasonable prices, good staff, great margaritas. Favorite dishes are chicken Popeye and Pechuga a la Mexicana. Picture is the Pechuga. Kid-friendliness: They have suckers for the kids on the way out. My son has left toys and they always save them for us...we go alot.

We normally visit a few times a month. Drinks are great. Food is not blow your socks off good, but is always consistently good. Edit: 1/25/24. Very pleased tonight. Ordered pastor tacos and they were great. Update 2/26. We stopped in and I tried the pastor street tacos, and they were awesome and gave me plenty of food. This is my usual spot for lunch but lately the service has gone bad. Host take for ever to sit you and servers dont pay attention to the order. No thank you or any words from the front cashier when I paid. Waiters are distracted, one waiter comes takes the order then another comes and takes the order again.Not sure whats going on but this was not the type of service Ive received in the past here. Most likely will stop going. Food is still okay for lunch and for a casual dinner but not worth going due to the service.

The food is pretty good. I give them 4 stars because both their salsa and green sauce is too hot for my kids to eat and they love salsa. Service in the restaurant is fantastic but I gave them 4 stars because if you pick up an order it s hit or miss if you actually get what you ordered. The atmosphere is great. Used to be one of my favorite places, but it seems like after they reopened everything has changed. Even the service seems different, like people arent as happy there. The price increase was a shocker. We used to go a lot and where we used to pay around $70 for two of us, our bill was over$100. The large mango Margarita is now $17, higher than any other restaurant around. La Brisa is $13, which I recall San Lorenzo used to be a well. This definitely wont be our first choice anymore!

It was my first time in. I met some friends on a Friday night. The place was packed at 6:30. Rather than wait 20 minutes for a table inside, we sat outside. I had a coconut margarita and the cheese chile rellenos. Both were on par! I suppose since we were outside the wait staff didnt check up on us as much as if we were inside and not while we were eating our meal (glad we didnt need anything at that time). Overall, I would recommend San Lorenzo restaurant. The only downside sitting outside was that at another table someone was smoking cigarettes (felt like I was back in 1995!)

This place is our main. I could eat here every day if my husband would allow it. The food is authentic, the service is just as amazing as the food. Despite the service always being wonderful, the food is not my favorite. The chicken is dry and bland, as are the charro beans. The shrimp enchiladas looked like it had pre cooked salad shrimp just rolled up into a store bought tortilla, with a little cheese melted on top, nothing but the unseasoned shrimp on the inside. The guacamole is bland. The salsa is the only redeeming quality about this restaurant, and probably why I keep being dragged back here.

Fajita chicken again had no flavor and dry. Fajita steak was about the only bright spot in this boring meal. The meal came with something that mimics queso? Idk closer to Velveeta than anything.
