Had lunch here while killing time on a layover. We ordered the mozz sticks and boneless wings. Both were spot on and so delicious . Gabriel was our server and he did a great job taking care of us.. appreciate him checking on how we were for time and being quick and efficient to get us our food and drinks and check. Definitely recommend stopping in here for a bite.

Customer service literally non existent. My server didn t check on me once. I had to wave her down after my food was already cold to ask for the correct dipping sauce I asked for when I ordered. Then when I tried to use my meal voucher I was told it wasn t going to go though. I ve worked at Applebees for a decade and know myself that the vouchers are just ran like a manual credit card. The gal tried one time and said it didn t go through. She told me I needed a physical copy of my meal voucher (which isn t even a thing as delta issues their meal vouchers virtually via text). When I asked if she could try running it one more time she refused and grabbed a manager. I know, from working in the industry, that it s possible we enter cards wrong when entering that many numbers manually so it never hurts to try again. The manager came out and REFUSED to run the voucher a 2nd time. I asked kindly several times to try again just in case it was entered wrong and again she flat out refused and was very short and passive. Just absolutely appalling coming from a manager!

Jose made our traveling day very difficult. After my table all received the wrong order, Jose told ALL of us that we were wrong and this was our order. I told him there is no way this was our order when I heard everyone orders and knew my own order. He rolled his eyes and stormed away. He came back 10 minutes later and said we were right and our order was below the one he thought was ours. There was never any official apology. His attitude and incompetence made our traveling day less than desirable to say the least. Please train your servers to be more patient and communicate better, especially with customers that are already traveling.

I was totally ignored so I eventually sat myself. It was morning before 11 am so it wasnt busy. There were two ladies. One avoided me like the plague and the other finally acknowledged me after I waved her down aggressively for the second time. My food was barely okay. The quesadilla in my appetizer was soggy and barely had any chicken. The chips for the dip were dark and tasted like old grease. I had to flag someone down to get one refill. Service was horrible. The one lady who responded seemed like I was inconveniencing her. I wont be going back to that restaurant.

Passing through Dallas, we decided to stop at Applebees... What a mistake that turned out to be... Now the restaurant definitely wasnt busy, maybe a handful of tables occupied.. we waited a while to be sat down and then didnt see our server for nearly 20mins... our server then arrives and takes our order, and trust me, it wasnt a complicated order yet our food took forever to arrive... and as you will see in the photos the food just looked depressing... literally two sticks of celery on the entire plate, the food was barely edible... Definitely do not recommend this place coupled with the bad food and non-existent customer service... very disappointing..

This Applebees has an easy-to-find location inside DFWs Terminal D by Gate 11, next to the escalators that go up to the train. This Applebees has a pretty good-sized dining room for an airport location and includes a patio area (still covered by the 50-foot ceilings of the Terminal). They had a nice mix of tables, booths, and bar-style high tables. If youre familiar with Applebees, they offer a full bar, and a nice variety of burgers, pasta, salads, soups, steak, and other comfort food. The menu at this airport location is trimmed down, but still offers a good variety. I found one of my favorites, the baby back ribs and ordered that along with a glass of fresh brewed iced tea. The server did a great job making me feel welcome and bringing refills. The ribs were in a lot of small pieces rather than the rack Ive usually had at Applebees but it tasted the same, and it was a generous portion. The fries were perfect, hot and crisp. The side of slaw was what surprised me... it came in a tiny plastic cup like what you would use to bring a guest some extra ketchup... Is there a scarcity of cabbage? It held about three bites, but now I can say I ate my side of vegetables... It was nice to have a substantive meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The employees were pleasant and the music at a good level for conversation. I enjoyed my visit and think you will too!

Costs 30% more than a typical Applebees. Still guilts you into tipping over 20% for terrible service. Same old microwaved cheeseburgers and french fries. They practically rush you in and out so they can turn over tables, its not even a good sports bar at the airport.

Ate here during a 3 hour layover. The staff was friendly and attentive. The server inquired about our departure time to determine how swiftly she needed to take our order to get are food prepared and out to us. Although we were taking our time in the restaurant, as we were not in a rush, the food took about 10 minutes to come out once we placed our order.

Its like 7am-ish on Christmas Eve in the airport. My expectations are low. Im not a fan of Applebees in any location, but our options were limited. The waitress informs us right away that they only offer 1 breakfast sandwich but a full lunch/dinner menu. Ok I was glad she told us right away. The waitress was super nice. She was very attentive to all of the customers even though Im convinced she was the only waitress there.

Order Mac and cheese with the honey pepper chicken on the side. They put the chicken on the side and the honey sauce on the MacNCheese. Tasted terrible. The four cheese sauce was all white. I think they just used the Alfredo sauce. The manager came over and acted like we were stupid to expect the honey pepper sauce to be put on the chicken, as it was in the picture. I get that the cooks are not culinary chefs but a little common sense... Please The manager should be busted back to a hostess and the bar tender should be the manager. He took our order and was great.

I am not a fan of chain restaurants at all, and Applebees is one of those restaurants that I dont find too exciting. The food is usually not exciting, and the atmosphere is just a bland bar scene. I ordered the chicken breasts with veggies and asked for fries instead of mashed potatoes. The chicken was really good, moost and tender, not dry at all. It was cooked well. They accidentally brought me mashed potatoes instead of fries, thus, got that corrected. The highlight for me was their cherry limeade. It was quite lovely. It was a perfect balance of sweet and tart, not being too sweet or too sour. They used real maraschino, not the fake neon pink cherries you tend to see in drinks. The service was okay. Nothing outstanding, but rather transactional. My server was there to do her job and kill the time until her shift was over. It wasnt bad service, but rather was just bland service.

The waiter was doing her best, but the workload was overwhelming. Being in the airport the place was packed and understaffed. The worst thing was the food. I ordered the NY strip, medium rare; I received a half stewed piece of meat placed on the cold grill seasoned with some ridiculous teriyaki style sauce to add some color. I wont give this to my dog.
