This is the NASTIEST PLACE I EVER SEEN, THE RESTROOMS ARE NASTY AND SMELL EXTREMELY NASTY. I walked in to wash my hands before ordering and could not eat here. DO NOT EAT HERE THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT IS NASTY. TRASH WAS HANGING OUT THE TRASH CAN FRIM ALL DAY AND ON THE FLOOR, TABLES WERE NASTY AND THIS WAS 9pm I posted a picture of the restroom womens on photos this was horrible and the smell when you walk in is SICK!!!!!!!!

Johnathan who works the drive thru was very patient and helpful. I did not feel rushed when ordering and he was polite and made sure I had everything in my bag. An absolute Ghost Town! Sometimes when I pull up to the place, there s only 1 or two vehicles in the lot. Maybe short staffed or something, but the door is usually locked so you re then forced to go through the drive-thru. It takes a pretty good tickle of gas waiting to pull up; I pull off! Every now and then, I m able to pull up and go in. I prefer that so that I can see who s in there cooking the food. When fortunate to finally see someone, it s no more than 3 people in that place. The food is ok, but sometimes the burgers seem thrown together. Cold bread and cold fries will run me rugged! How are they cold and you just cooked em??? Or the bread and fries tastes old. I usually drive to another location which is Hampton & Wheatland! Only thing with that one is, you better dress for December mid June! It be sooo cold in there, that you can t enjoy your meal. Sit in there long enough, you ll welcome that Texas heat!

I only like the Whopper and fries and wraps, but I enjoy hearing Mary greet me when I pull up and the service she gives me as well as all of her customers. I watched as she helped her employees and > quote teamwork makes the dream work! She was all over helping whoever needed it in order for the team to be succeeded! Thanks, Mary!!! Parking: Clean. We had 4 people in the vehicle and all if us had a coupons. The lobby was closed. So we went drive through. They take one coupon per vehicle so we had to go 3 time trou the drive through to get all our food. Its took like 35 minutes. And with kids in the car it was very stressful. I think if lobby is closed due to stuff shortage they could at less do better service and take 3 different orders at the first time so we could use the coupons.

Why does the sign say 24 hours but when we pulled up at 945p he said they are no longer taking orders. Highly disappointed when you are traveling and are trying to stop it s an inconvenience.

Im glad I opened my burger to spread my pickles because this was what I almost ate in my car. I also did not get a receipt. You never seem to get a receipt when the order is wrong.

Only got a whopper with cheese. Food came out quickly. Felt bad that they didnt have anything else but burgers and fries. The lady that checked me out was so nice.

There is ALWAYS a wait! No one eats here but there is still a wait. The door is always locked and they never answer the telephone. Do not come here unless you are okay with an hour wait!
