This the worst pizza Ive ever had. I ordered a thin crust. Its so hard and cold, I cant eat it! The delivery driver was nasty and dirty. I asked for a contact less delivery for this reason This was my first and last visit. Food

It was my first time trying it today and I definately recommend!!! 10/10. Will be ordering again. The pizza bowls were amazing!!! And the margherita pizza was OMG!!!

Staff was friendly and the facilities were very clean. Only reason for 4 vs 5 is one of the 2 pizzas I ordered was incorrect which added an additional 15 mins to my wait time. The manager did apply a discount after I asked them to make it right and offered the extra pizza as well. Pizza was great as usual with Marcos

First time eating this pizza & I enjoyed it. I ordered the fiery pepperoni. It wouldve been better if there was a little less cheese. Overall, I will definitely be back. Good pizza!

I ve started coming here so much me and the staff are on a first name basis. They always suggest new things for me to try based on my past orders. The pizza is top tier the old world sausage is like nothing else I ve ever tasted. So glad they opened in my neighborhood. Vegetarian options: Well it s pizza so of course there are vegetarian options but these are obviously freshly cut everyday. Give it the best taste. Parking: There is plenty of parking all around the building Kid-friendliness: There is a dining area for your family to eat in which is so fun for the kids to get out of the house. OMG, just when I thought it couldnt get any worse. The pizzas are missing ingredients. I ordered the Philly Cheesteak pizza, and Im still looking for the beef. The 2 topping pizza tastes like a tripple shot of marinara sauce, and the italian sausage and pepperoni are invisible. Not to mention, there was no curbside service because the cook was the only one working! Poor kid was totally stressed out! Whoever owns this joint needs to get it together! I have never experienced a Marcos Pizza with this much chaos and poor service. Terrible representation!

This is the absolute worst location I ve experienced. It s one thing for the associates to act unprofessional but the MANAGER?! This experience was so beneath me. Although I was a bystander, this was second hand embarrassment and one of the WORST experiences I ve ever had the opportunity to witness. The associate Reagan was the only mediator in the situation while her manager on duty acted completely idiotic. This establishment will continue to go down as long as the help that is there continue to run this place. Please run the cameras back from today and see exactly what Marcos pizza represents. Exactly, clownery.

This is the best pizza I ve had in a long time. You can tell everything is super fresh. The young lady who answered the phone was so sweet. I must say the best part of my experience was the customer service. 10/10 would recommend. Vegetarian options: You can tell the veggies are freshly cut not bagged. Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family environment

The DeSoto location is horrible. When you walk in the people taking your order never greet you, they nod their heads and you are supposed to know that means you are next. The reason I knew that on my third visit was from my previous two experiences which tells me that is a systemic problem. I will not go back to that location

4/29 I placed a phone order at the Desoto location, lunch for my co-workers. When I arrived to pick up my pizza the young lady said she had no order for me. She asked me did I call Desoto or Cedar hill location. I live in Desoto I called from the mail out that was sent to my house. Then a guy came from the back and asked what was my order. (the person I spoke to on the phone) He remembered my order looked at the screen and says oh I forgot to push send for you order. Offered to fix the pizza with no compensation for their mistake I canceled I wouldve been late for work. My co-workers wasnt happy either Mr. TLatt

Ordered pizza on the marco website/app for delivery. Delivery was outsourced to door dash (didnt know that, found out after 2 calls to check status). Ordered at 7:48, pizza was ready at 8:18, driver picked up at 9:25 ( per the girl who answered phone bc you are unable to track order on app)...pizza got here after 10 which I live 7 minutes from marcos and the pizza was ice cold and had no pizza sauce. The pizza was dry with meat & cheese smh...Yeah I wont be back to this location.

If it was up to me it would be zero Stars I asked for parmesan sauce (white sauce)on my pizza and got nothing but bread cheese and meat I asked for two medium pizzas and was charged for a large and a medium the wings were okay you can tell the cashier didnt know what she was doing the kids in the back just play and goof around which is why most of the orders probably arent right everything was dry and full of grease nothing but cheese no sauce seriously need to fire the whole team and train correctly I will continue to go to Forney or Waxahachie DISGUSTING! And waist of 60 dollars I had too order from P Hut..smh

I ordered 3 pizza online for delivery. First off no one told me that there was not a story delivery service so my pizza was delivered to me and hour later by Doordash. Also my 3 pizza order arrived as 2 pizza and a empty box.... So I ended up having to drive to the store anyway to get a new order and was greeted by the staff laughing at me and debating about how it was Doordash fault, they treated me like I was begging for food even though I had spent over $60 dollars. The only saving grace that day was that the pizza was good . However I want be going back until they upgrade their service . Parking: Not much space.

I will never order from this location again. Placed an order for deliver at 5:15 pm it s now 6:55 pm and my pizza is still at the store under the warmer. At this point a refund is the only way to go and keep the cold pizza.

The girls were nice and even though I ordered pick up. The lady behind the counter was nice. When I got home!!! Oooh my goodness!!! The was out of this world. The crust was crisp and delicious along with the whole pizza. Family sized salad I thought it wasnt big enough but it sure was filling and we still had some salad leftover.

I was pleasantly surprised that there was Marcos pizza near me. Ive never had a bad pizza from any other location except for here. Pizza was over cooked and crust tasted like cardboard. Ill continue going to the waxahachie location until they work the bugs out.
