I understand trying to make money, but a lot of items that I have seen here are either at retail price or close to not much coming off and thats just not good business for used items, you can get open box items sometimes cheaper. My advice is compare prices, if the price is close to what it would cost new or open box I would suggest going new or open box.

EZPAWN in De Soto is just different. I ve been to a lot of Pawn Shops over the years, but none quite like this one. The customer service is second to none. Tonight at expanding that little old girl or whatever she was very rude told us that it smelled like smoke and from that she lost bad service at nite because the manager that was there he was scared of her or his woman or something but she don t need to be working at all her mangers is bad for the public she needs to be fired on the spot

One of the worst pawn shops I ve ever been to. Customer service is horrible all they care about is money. I come to pick up a system that is $200 dollars and in my name and they tell me I can t pick it up but I can put money on it. What logical sense does that make ? Why would I pay $200 dollars for something that isn t mine ? How would I kno someone s ID number , social , address , previous address, logged into this persons emails and have this persons mail coming to ny address ?

Ive been coming to ez pawn desoto for about alil less than a year and I havent went nowhere else to do my pawning they are the absolute best the staff and overall customer service they will take care of you get you and get you great offers.I pawned with Sarah the cashier twice and she is very sweet and nice. EZ Pawn has a pretty decent selection of shoes as well as power tools and electronics. Sarah help me with a pair of shoes I really liked as well as an Xbox elite controller. She was able to give me a discount on both as well as help me with the layaway on the two items as well. She was funny and helpful and made the shopping experience better

I just want to say that Sarah is one of the sweetest and kind-hearted workers at EZ Pawn, I came there today to get my IPad out and they had trouble finding my IPad, and I had to stand and wait for about 15 minutes, I have arthritis in both of my knees, I was very patiently waiting and, I saw Sarah and I asked her could she help me and she was so nice she even gave me a seat so I can sit down, that was so sweet of her, it felt so good to sit down, and she went to asked shon could he help the other young lady find my IPad so while I was waiting Sarah and I had a very nice conversation, she is a very lovely person.
