LC Container LLC came here for a project. We found large open areas for playing football and or other recreational use. They are projects underway to improve this area.

Beautiful open area with 5 fields for activities. Just dont come down to Texas in winter. Colder down here than NJ and way too much wind!

This is a sports facility and not a park. So it is only accessible when events are going on.

Trash was everywhere, little organization of the pop up shops, no shade, or shelter area besides bathroom.

The kids have so much fun. The parents are always supportive. Ive never experienced any drama at this location. The DJ always slaps and the BBQ always smells great. Theres a cover charge to watch, but the laughs and community fun makes it worth it. If you have a kid playing at the site go check it out. Heads up, parking can get really packed so prepare for that.
