Beautiful Community Park! Briarwood park is one of the most peaceful parks in Desoto to relax and listen to nature. There is a shaded walking trail great for hikes and bicycling as well.

Peaceful and calm scenery. We saw a few ducks in the body of water. We enjoyed the privacy here for the second time in 5 months. Its a great spot for couples.

I came and I show! Pond could be a lot better water levels were very low with a lot of algae. There are fish but they re only fish tank size except for one which was forearm size. Don t look for any catfish because there is none. It would be nice if someone could gather the trash. Pretty for pictures but not in person.

Its getting a face-lift, so I have high hopes for it.. but for now its kinda dirty. Water smells really bad, mosquito infested, trash everywhere. We went here to take pictures.. the views are pretty on photos, but in person it was really less than desirable.

I was part of a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! My daughter-in-law, Shardel Black did a SILENT COMMERCIAL for MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS. More than 80% of the population deal with some form of mental health issue. Its time to stop ignoring it America. Its not isolated to a certain race.

Nice, woodsy area, with several trails throughout. Only downfall is walking across the bridge next to the street. Connects into 2 different playgrounds and nice neighborhoods.

Outside of the trail area is neat and tidy; however the trails (inside the park) are in dire need for a clean-up. Theres alot of trash, especially plastic bottles, cups, etc scattered throughout the walk-way, under the bridges, and around the trees.

Really pretty park.... During the bulk of the year, there are ducks wandering around, which add to the beauty. The gazebo is a great little area to take photos, and the lake provides an amazing backdrop.
