My name is Bryce but this store always takes amazing care of me and has amazing customer service I go here almost every morning and get the same thing the mocha frappe (amazing btw highly recommend) and they always make sure they go above and beyond for me definitely recommend and definitely deserves the 5 star

WARNING TO PARENTS AND ESPECIALLY FATHERS!! As a Father myself doing a roadtrip with his family on Fathers day completing a road trip we needed to get some gas. Stopped at this gas station to fill up and to use the restroom,I took my child who needed to go as well turns out we didnt go alone. Three young gentleman were sent in possibly by a young female employee working tonight(6/16)at around 10 to 11 pm,began to speak loudly how I was breaking store policy and needed to get out of the restroom and even to the point of looking under the stall while my child was usuing the restroom talking about how they saw two people in the stall. To the point I opened the stall and sternly let them know this was my daughter I was taking. After I responded with that,they exited the restroom and repeated what i told them to other people while I was still in the restroom with my daughter. Upon exiting the restroom after finishing this young female possibly an employee and her male friend both began to look at us with a distastful look with my father as a second witness who helped me with the roadtrip can confirm this of being given a distasteful look when exiting the restroom . The three gentleman were no were in sight as if they completed their task given to them. Again parents be weary of taking your children to the restroom if youre needing to pump gas or on a roadtrip or making a stop where you need to use the restroom you may be given smug looks and someone may be spent to check under the stall and/or accused of child traficking just because your child needed to use the restroom and as a parent you care for their safety.

Stopped to grab couple of drinks , the Sprite had no syrup , so decided to make Arnold Palmer with lemonade and tea...lemonade taste like water. So had to run to restroom ...no paper towels so with wet hands went to register and gave a brief tale of our visit he offered to give us both of our drinks for free and thanked me for letting him know...awesome service QT...no complaints here Im giving you 5 s!

I went to this store this morning and this rude Hispanic lady named Liz D followed me an my husband from the time we made it in the store. We got to the counter to pay for drinks she asked what kind of drinks how many I said there the same size cups. Mind you she saw us fixing the drinks at the fountain so she knew. She starts to get smart I have to see its my job the whole time Im showing her the drinks. This was my first time going to this location an it will be my last. Do not go here customer service is not Liz D specialty. She speaks with a sharp tongue an is like I said earlier very rude.

Normally would rate quickt trip 5 stars. Today is a different story. They apparently havent been clearing their tea fountains. I was pouring my tea into a different cup at home and discovered stuff floating around the bottom of the cup. I almost puked when I saw what I had been drinking all the way home. God knows how much more of that stuff I actually swallowed. Super upset. Pics or it didnt happen...

I went in yesterday and the staff was WONDERFUL! There were young kids working and I must say that it was a breath of fresh air! They were all so polite, kind and professional. I went back today to grab some fountain drinks and some lottery tickets. Today there were different workers. Once again, GREAT SERVICE! They make you feel so welcomed! I ll keep coming back!

The cashier, Kahlea (sp?) was rude and snapped at me while ringing up my husbands items when I told her I had already paid for mine with another cashier. Im not sure if shes having a bad day or if shes typically rude to disabled people. I even apologized to her for the misunderstanding and her bad behavior persisted.

I usually get a good sandwich from the kitchen. But today, around the 9am hour the woman whom made mine must have used a container of parmasan and salt, I could only eat half it was so salt saturated also you guys in the kitchen need to go easy on the dressing I live 20 mins away and the bread was already dissolving it had so much dressing on it.

I would like to applaud QT, #956, employee Ethan Vaiz .. what a bright and enthusiastic young man! A fellow cashier remarked that he had just received a promotion, in my opinion, he will receive many more! Quick, cheerful and ambitious .. Ethan was a pleasure to meet! Hes a go-getter and will certainly go places!

Have great customer service. Restrooms are super clean and folks customers and employees are super nice and holding doors open for each other etc. ---- 6mths ago Nov 29th Homeless in qt and outside sleeping and standing around Rr womens looks like nobody has cleaned it Employees parked at the front parking spots 2 people working with one more coming in How do the re look that horrible with that many people there working Paper towels out in rr And toilet paper almost out Also trash in all stalls and in rr hadnt been taken out for who knows how long --- Stopped here and asked why no hot breakfast sandwiches. The one employee working said this isnt his store so he doesnt know what day or time they have hot sandwiches sitting out. I said/asked i thought all qts were the same so customers and employees didnt wonder where things are kept etc. He had no response. Were also out of a lot of items. And i havent seen other qts short on things. Am wondering when they switch folks out and its not their original store. They dont seem to care or put in as much effort

Apparently this particular gas station has lost the meaning of customer service the new employees they have at this location are the rudest most impolite people I ve met. No help at all. When you ask them a question about something they sell they act as if they have no idea about anything there. They won t help anyone unless they are friends with them. Three times now I have walked out without my order because they just treat me with the most disrespect ever. And it s only this location.

Love the fast friendly service provided no matter what QT I visit. Today purchase was just like all others fast and friendly! I was in and out within 3 mins (5mins max). Thank you QT for hiring/training staff that can handle the stores business like true professionals in convenience and customer service skills! Prefer QT over other place because of the service and free air for your vehicle tires. This has come handy more than a couple of times! Thanks you! SZ Additional safety warning - Heads up! If it s raining use front slots if balance or slipping is a daily concern of yours. Take advantage of any additional front parking. Reason: I have on decent grip non slip running shoes. With a 12pk of soft drinks in each hand i still unfortunately didn t stand a chance. Slip was inevitable but as embarrassing it was I m more concerned how hard I hit the pavement! Please use caution if it s raining! Might save your body from unnecessary damages. FYI - details are pertaining to side parking has decline facing Renfro. I ve parked there many times. Tonight s only difference is it s raining . When combined with oil drips on ground and declining lot Make a dangerous walking zone. Unfortunate event to occur during a quick trip :) to QT! Not complaining just advising after giving praise:) Loyal Customer!

i was in this qt yesterday and the manager chris was super disrespectful to one of the other employees. very upsetting. the other employee that doesn t seem like they usually work at that qt was asking a question and he was so so rude. Unacceptable. i believe the other employee was the only female.

On Dec. 26 2019 I ask my son to bring home 6 bananas the crew there sold him 6 rotten bananas for 1.19 per 2. They were rotten. NO CHARACTER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MINIMUM WAGE EARNERS WHO DONT CARE. SCREW YOU QUIK TRIP. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

The price is about the same as most gas stations but this place offers so many options for food and snack. Pizza,fruit, burgers, and hot dogs. Pizza you have to order and can not get it at night but it worth it. All services there are exquisite. The workers are good to everyone who enters even the most rude and annoying people. QT is excellent for stopping for gas and getting a snack of any sort.

One thing you can count on, the pump printers never work at this station. 9 out of 10 visits, or 999 out of 1000 the pump printers never work. Its always fun to go in & wait in line for a receipt.

The store is good but there is a African American girl that works there I believe she is a lesbian by her hair cut and trying to walk and talk like a man. She is the rudest person Ive ever met in my entire life. I just went in to grab a snack and didnt do anything to make her job difficult. She was short with me and extremely rude and while I was walking out she was mumbling things and insulting me loud enough for me to hear her but pretending to do it under her breath. I couldnt do anything but laugh... Ive never felt so unwelcome in a store in my life. I dont know what her problem was but I hope she was just having a bad day. If I see shes working Ill gladly get back in my car and go somewhere else. She is a horrible salesman and I think she needs to find a job that suits her better.
