This location will not let doordashers go through the drive-thru. I found out the hard way and I got stuck in the Drive-Thru because there was somebody behind me and their little lockers wont let you out of the lane. I have avascular necrosis of the hips and I have a handicap sticker but they didnt want to let me go through the drive-thru until after I had already been stuck in the lane for 5 minutes. I explained to them that the cedar Hill location allows me to go through drive-thru because as a door Dasher whos disabled sometimes youre in pain. But unfortunately at this location they dont do that. The only way a door Dasher can go through the drive-thru is after 9:00 p.m. and I went there at exactly 8:52 p.m.

I don t know what it is about this location but the food is never fresh. Like it s warm and eatable but the fries always taste like they were made a while ago. They are greasy and there s ALWAYS the bottom barrels pieces. The little broken pieces. Tonight I actually tasted my fries in the drive through and immediately requested new ones. I promise yall gave me a few new fries on top of the ones I just gave back. This is my Third time at this location since they ve opened and I am just not a fan. (This is my fourth trip to chick fil a this week. Trying to hit platinum status) and yet Third time to this location since they opened. Ima just keep going to the other ones and pray this one figures it out. It s convenient because it s the closest to my house but I ll drive out the way for better food.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. Not only did I find hair in my food, but the staff seemed completely indifferent when I brought it to their attention. Instead of an apology or an attempt to rectify the situation, I was met with rudeness and an unprofessional attitude. The lack of basic customer service skills is shocking. It s unacceptable to serve food in such unsanitary conditions and even worse to treat customers poorly when an issue is raised. I will not be returning and would advise others to steer clear.

Online Pick-up order: I ordered 2 Pimento sandwich meals online for pick-up. MY FAVORITE! I was SOOOO EXCITED to learn it is back on the menu for a limited time. I thought this would be the most convenient, quickest, way to get the food. However, for some reason, after arriving 1st in line, I had to wait so long, I had to park, in order for the Customers behind me to leave. Every single Customer that arrived AFTER I did, left BEFORE I did, (even every Customer in the 2nd line left before I did). I sat there and watched countless Customers come & go. I WAS SO SHOCKED!!! I still dont understand what that was about. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Well I was excited about having a chick fil so close but I m not so excited anymore. This one is a bit slow, but that s understandable they re newly opened and still getting their groove down. But the fact that the hash brown in my chicken bowl was more like potato chips, they were so hard, it has made me decide to keep going to red oak. If I had time this morning I would have returned the bowl to the restaurant but I was already pressed for time. Thanks to their extended wait on a mobile order. Imagine a breakfast chicken bowl with eggs, cheese, chicken, & POTATO CHIPS. Needless to say I had to eat around them so that left me unsatisfied.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Chic Fil A before until NOW! It was horrible. I ordered a 12 piece nugget and got 7!!!!!!! The large fries for both orders weren t filled to the top. The grease the food was cooked in was old. It was a horrible horrible experience. I would have called since I was too tired to drive back but I don t plan on going back anyways so I don t need anything free. Ridiculous! If you do go make sure to check your order, they aren t like the other locations.

Drive through order. A little wait but not too bad. I ordered nuggets with Mac and cheese. Unfortunately I did not check my bag and when I reached in to grab the Mac and cheese there was no spoon to eat with. I decided to grab a nugget but had 2 rubbery chicken strips instead Once I made it home the Mac and cheese was good but the strips not so much. For my first time, I will say its not my usual happy, fast, experience but Ill try again since this was an hour to closing.

I went to Chick-fil-A at night and waited over 45 minutes in the mobile order line. There were three cars in front of me when I first got there they first handed the car in front of me a bag, But the order was wrong. They Came to me and gave me my food, but I was blocked in line for the other three cars. The line behind me started to grow and cars, even crossed the Barriers to get out of line. The w Wait time got so bad that I had to turn off my car and just eat my meal there. By the time that I was finished with my food, I was still waiting in line.

I was hoping that someone from the store would have reached out and resolved this matter but it s been a week and clearly the owners/management does not care about the community that keeps their business thriving. This long, black synthetic hair was found in my salad on 6/15. My hair is a dyed red so I know it does not belong to me. I ve never received this type of service from any Chick fil A. The place was nice and clean. It was not busy when we went there. My only issue is that when placing my order, the young lady got it completely incorrect except for two things. I ve been here twice and BOTH times they forgot the same things from my order. I got push back from the female manager about getting SOMETHING back in return since they DID NOT offer to refund my order. They asked me to return for a free entree and item that was missing last time. When I did they didn t want to give me the entree! I tried this location the first week they opened and the drive thru was super slow, l think I waited there for 20 minutes. Then when I got home with my chicken wrap I saw they didn t give me the sauce for it. I had to drive all the way back to get it because the sauce is what gives the wrap flavor. The second time I visited was a couple weeks after their opening, so I had faith they fixed the issues from opening week. I ordered through mobile drive thru because I noticed the line was empty last visit. However, I ended up stuck in line with my food for an extra ten minutes because the car in front of me didn t get theirs yet.

The worst chic fil a had to open in Desoto, I love chic fil a but this will be my last time coming to this location. They are horrible, the service is slow, the fries were burnt, no sauces to eat our food with, young childish people working the drive through. They better get control of that place before it shut down faster than it opened. I hate this location and I ve been about 5 times and each time the service was horrible. Cedar Hill and Red Oak has the best locations and the one on Hampton by Chili s is on point. To top it off my kids said Daddy they gave us plain tea and not sweet tea.

I came here on grand opening day at approximately 3:40PM. The drive thru line was to the street, so we decided to go inside, although the line in the inside was long as well it is raining heavy today and they did not take any extra precautions beside putting a wet side out. I slipped when coming through the door. There were so many employees in there . Not one acknowledged my fall. Most were looking at others work, and/or groups of supervising employees were talking in about the things they do not have. Ordering was friendly like the other locations. They had missing items from the food order. And didn t put ice in my cup of water. I will give them time to adjust before coming back.
