First, I was looking for a place to park my semi-truck. To take my 10hr reset. Walmart, is one of the few safe places, a trucker can park, leave his or her doors unlocked. And be confident about the surrounding environment. Plus, they always have the freshest selection of berries.

Your typical Walmart experience convenient but with some room for improvement. The store has a good selection of products and is usually well-stocked with most essentials. However, theres almost always a wait for self-checkout, and there s usually only one full-service lane open, which can be frustrating during busy times. On the plus side, they re the only Walmart I ve been to with two dedicated aisles for clearance items, which is great for finding deals! Customer service is hit or miss; some employees are helpful, while others seem less engaged. Parking is spacious but could use better maintenance, as it sometimes feels a bit messy. Overall, its a solid place for everyday shopping, but don t expect anything beyond the basics.

I visit this walmart plus others in the area and my only complaint really is that the two liter sodas are up too high. Im short so I either have to find someone to help me or I have to get a step stool to reach them. The set up needs to be lowered for the shorter customer.

I just had a customer service experience with Lee in the vision department of the Walmart in De Soto. Lee was not feeling well, but yet you could not tell that by the customer service that he provided for me, as he assist me with finding a new frame for my glasses that had broken. This was daunting task. It was like finding a needle in the haystack, but Lee never gave up looking and we found what I needed. His attitude was very welcoming, and Walmart should be very proud to have him as part of their team, thank you for being so kind and patient with me.

1st time using the Auto center and will definitely be my last. Brought my car in for battery replacement this morning which took 2.5 hours. No problem I wasnt in a huge rush. 2.5 hours later car wouldnt start. Called AAA-- Walmart put an oldbad battery in my car. Back to Walmart, wait another 2 hours before it can even be checked. ZERO customer service. LESSON LEARNED. NEVER AGAIN.

Do not use the pick up option at this location! Honestly, don t even bother with this location, they are getting worse with customer service. I did a mobile pick up through the app and 1 item was substituted while another was refunded. They substituted a pint of ice cream and not chicken thighs (went inside after pick up and saw another brand of chicken for the same price, don t know why they couldn t substitute it too), also the pint of ice cream was already melting by the time I helped load the bags into my car. Went inside to see about an exchange for the ice cream but customer service was closed and their systems were offline earlier in the day. Mind you I tried calling hours before even picking up to ask about the substitution for the ice cream, to prevent going to customer service after picking up but nobody answers at this location like ever. Even tried the pick up order department before arriving and the phone rang but then sounded like someone answered then was silent for 5 minutes. I really sat down on a silent phone for 5 minutes trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. It s really frustrating cause I keep giving them second chances and it s like they get worse. The funniest part was that after picking up my order and going inside to ask about an exchange of a melting ice cream, I was told there was nothing they can do and was turned away. But I found out from the front entrance attendant that a customer before me was ABLE to exchange a product. Mind you their systems were down since 5pm and I went in around 8pm. So they pick and choose who they want to help.. really made me felt discriminated. I know I m writing a whole book about this experience but it s really frustrating cause I m literally starving. All I wanted was some chicken and ingredients to cook a meal since I ve been struggling for months and this whole review literally could ve been avoided if they would pick up a damn phone. There s a small handful of helpful kind people there but there s just so much disorganization going on here. Months prior to this they still wouldn t answer. I ve even applied for multiple positions months prior and would go in person to get an update and it s always something or nothing at all. Yet till this day I see new workers all the time, which I only applied cause I wanted to help fix their terrible customer service. Not saying I can do someone s job better than they can but I m damn sure I can answer a phone and help someone with a question. So in the end, I write this review with a bag of ingredients for chicken teriyaki , with no chicken, but I do have a pint of melted soup ice cream, yum.. s/o to the grocery workers though, specifically the auto care workers and grocery stockers. They are the real helpers. If you read this far I thank you for hearing me out but maybe find another grocery story to shop and support. If not, shop with caution. 1 cause I couldn t put zero.

Watch out for the technicians there. They smoke weed and are in bay smoking as well. If they are busy smoking in there, then they arent paying attention to your car. I took my truck in and they messed up my wheels, no wonder I can see why management is trash. You state your situation and nothing done.

Unfortunately I can t give a lower rating if so I would. Don t come to this Walmart save yourself the frustration and unnecessary stress/headache. This store is so unbelievably slow and sending customers all over Walmart to do their job. They have 8 self check out and only 4 open (waited 15 mins in line). And I asked a cashier a question about why it charged me twice and she said idk you need to go to customer service. Waited for 20mins for customer service to say oh you need to go to the tire department. So then I walked off and left without purchasing anything. Just terrible

I was there on Wednesday night around 10:30pm. I had a bunch of groceries, over $200 worth. There was a guy with dreadlocks that asked why I was getting so many groceries so close to closing time. I was shocked at the question and was about to just leave the basket. Anyway it s all self checkout so I m not sure why he was mad. He didn t have to lift a finger but he s probably getting paid $18/hr and I m checking and bagging the groceries myself. It gets better, then as I m checking myself out he comes up, steps in front of me and begins to load bags onto the bag station; doesn t say excuse me or anything! When I asked why are doing that now while I m in the middle of checking myself out, he replies that I can keep checking and hands me the scanner. The nerve of this child! He was so disrespectful. I won t be going to this Walmart anymore! I hope you shut down like the one on Wheatland RD did! Why do black people treat other black people this way?!!

I like this Walmart Supercenter, its very clean and tidy but what I didnt like is the optics, I bought my glasses the first time I went to pick them up they bothered me a lot and I couldnt see well I thought ok Ill give it some time maybe my Be careful they needed time to get used to the increase, but it didnt get worse every day, I went to have them fixed and the person who was there attending to them told me that they were fine and that maybe the Dr. didnt give me a good grade of the glasses , I asked him please that I needed to change them, he changed them again, I went back to pick them up but they didnt fit me well, they bother me a lot and they cost me dearly, I will never buy glasses again at the Walmart opticians. Please dont waste your money. I spent over $600 Dollars on them for nothing.

It took an hour for customer service to resolve a product. recall issue. No one was at customer service. I had to ask several associates for assistance including the manager, Barbara, who originally told me to wait until the associate returned to customer service. And I originally asked for a manager to assist me in the first place who was emailed by the home office who was instructed by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Barbara was unprofessional and raised her voice at several associates, and she was less than helpful to the associate she handed over the issue to. I was late for a business meeting due to the fiasco. Further, I have witnessed thieves walk right out of the store with baskets of food and products. No one was notified the two times I witnessed it along with associates at the front door. Theyre consistently out of stock on products which show in stock online. Would be great if walmart paid higher wages to attract a more competent, friendly and professional workforce.

At home/Walmart+ at this location is deplorable, orders or canceled out place for different days times or delayed you can never reach anyone inside the store in the delivery department I pay for the subscription this is not for free I dont understand why it doesnt flow more smoothly. Theyll tell you well we can just cancel the order but if you cancel it it takes 3 to 5 business days for the lock to come off of your funds so that it can be placed back in your account... Horrible service and now Ive just received a message like I said saying that my order is going to be delayed and wouldnt be so bad except for the fact that this happens all the time.

I had a great experience today!!!!! I was doing self checkout and an employee named Jhyanah ( i think thats how you spell her name ) saw me struggling with my newborn baby and she stepped in without me asking and scanned all my items in my cart so that I can carry/ soothe my baby. Auto center is horrible! I ordered tires and went to have them installed. The employees Couldnt find the tires. When they finally found them, they had not been entered into the system. I arrived at 3:55 pm on Friday. The tires arrived on Wednesday according to my email. The mgr. Jose is doing absolutely nothing to help the situation. I asked the employee to have him to come speak to me. He never showed. It is now 5:30 and no tires entered into the system.
