Tonight I visited this establishment and I ordered a Fish sandwhich combo. The fish was old and the guy prepared my food threw the fries in the bag without them being in a fry container. He said they do not put the fries in a fry container when you order a combo meal. That was crazy to hear that. I will be visiting the store tomorrow to speak with a manager and contacting the corporate office. Customer service here is terrible and something needs to be done about this asap!!!

I went through the drive thru around 3pm on Saturday afternoon, December 30, 2023 and ordered a 3 piece spicy wings with red beans and rice. It costs 11.03 and I tipped $1 at the window. When I got home to eat, the wings were undercooked and the rice was hard. I attempted to call them but I kept getting a recording saying your call did not go through. I will take them my receipt the next time Im in the area and expect a total refund since I was unable to eat the food! There is no excuse for bad food from a chain restaurant such as Popeyes! And they have the gall to have a recording on their phone! The following Tuesday, January 2, 2024 I took my receipt back and told the manager what happened. She rudely said that I should have brought the food back. I explained that I threw it in the trash after trying unsuccessfully to call. She said that there was nothing she could do and the next time bring the food back to the restaurant in order to get it replaced! She also said that the telephone has been out of order! I told her that it wont be a next time! I will not be visiting the location on Pleasant Run in DeSoto Texas again ever!

For door dash orders it requires to pick-up orders inside store. The description of store says dine-in open till 11pm . It s 8:50 and the inside is closed early and management refuses to delivery our door dash order except through the drive-through and it s seven cars in front of us. Popeyes needs to realize that door dash clocks our arrival and delivery times . Management should deliver door dash orders from the inside or meet the dashers at the door instead of making the dashers wait ; prolonging the delivery process.

The guys and girl at the drive thru on 1/3/2023 were AMAZING. I was initially there to pick up and Uber Eats order but I went back later for myself because the food smelled really good lol. The food was fresh and the wings were good! I liked them with the Blackened ranch. Great location, I thought good customer service was a thing of the past thanks guys!

The inside of the restaurant in ALWAYS closed for many many months now. If your a door dasher they leave instructions for you to wait in the very long drive thru line to pick up an order which is very inconvenient for delivery drivers.

This location is just a joke. They have kids running this location in the ground. The wait is RIDICULOUS!! The lobby is never open. Corporate needs to come to this establishment and shut it down. I feel like I lose money every time I come here

Liked the spicy chicken sandwich but needed to be hot. Wasnt impressed,the one in cedar hill waay better. This popeyes still horrible cant open dining room because short staff? Really then close this location. Wont be back to this popeyes.

I asked for the 6 Dollar special which Supposed to be a leg and a thigh and 2 sides and a biscuit they gave me a wing and a breast I do not eat white meat The mashed potatoes were horrible and the red beans and rice had no seasoning I have not been to popeyes probably in about 9 months and I will not be back My granddaughter kept saying lets go to Williams chicken but I wanted to try popeyes a big mistake

Dine in is never open and you be in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. They Hispanic ladies are very rude and unprofessional. They don t give you what you ordered , they just give you whatever pieces of chicken. This is the worst Popeyes I ever visited!

The only reason I give this place 1 star is because 0 stars is not an option. I went to this Popeyes on 10/25/2022 @4:10pm. The lady working the drive through at this time was absolutely horrible! I had to repeat my order 5 times. After she cut me off each and every time, I just pulled to the window in hopes that intercom was the issue. The issue was her lack of listening skills, and extreme lack of customer service skills. The dialog was the same. Order, cut me off, repeat. I asked her to listen to what I was saying and she told me she didnt care what I was saying. At this point i knew this was the last time Id be coming to this Popeyes. I am now receiving my order from Popeyes Cedar Hill where everything has gone smoothly. Good customer service, and my order was correct. DO NOT patronize Popeyes Desoto!!!!! Popeyes Desoto, Do Better!!
