If you are looking for a rental property, check with Carrico. They were so caring and helped us find our cute townhome. We were at the end of our lease and things seemed pretty hopeless, but Marla and her team took great care of us. The maintenance team has been very quick to help us out with small issues and everyone has been so friendly. We are so blessed to have found our new home with Carrico Properties.

Don t even bother if you are trying to find a property to rent. Communication was either irregular or completely nonexistent despite 3 calls to home office (2 speaking with someone, 1 voicemail). Rent from agents who actually consider renters worth their time. *2 stars instead of 1 due to Marla s politeness over the phone

Such a great experience! Marla always kept us in the loop for what was needed and gave us great recommendations for finding a lender. She also had a company work with us that set up our electric, internet, and gas by the first day we moved in. This whole process was made so easy for us. We will be exclusively using Carrico and Associates Realtors for all of our future real estate purchases.

I was apprehensive about listing by home during the holidays, but Marla and her staff quickly eased my concerns. They had research and market data that was extremely useful in arriving at a sales price. I was very pleased when they sold my home the first week it was on the market. They kept me informed and up to date during the closing process. I certainly selected the right realtor to sell my home and I highly recommend them to anyone who might be in the market to buy or sell a home.

I would recommend Marla Carrico as a realtor to anyone! We would not have made it through the home buying process without her. From the beginning when looking at houses, she was knowledgeable and helpful, pointing out things in the houses that we never would have noticed. Throughout the process, from making offers to going under contract and through closing, she had insight and wisdom that were essential to us as first time homebuyers, even connecting us with an excellent lender to get a specific type of loan we wanted. She proved herself trustworthy over and over again. She worked hard for us when several obstacles came up and never felt like like we were being taken advantage. I can t imagine buying house without her on our team!

The Denton rental market has been super competitive lately and my partner and I were struggling to find a place that was the right fit for us, especially this close to the beginning of the school year. Walker was awesome in helping us with our search, and Ariel was incredibly prompt and responsive which helped us get our new rental locked in. We ended up with a house that checked every box that we had, that was also under budget. Highly recommend!

We are out of state home buyers/investors and had an amazing experience with Marla! Marla is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We started our home search from out of state, and we scheduled a few days in Denton area to tour homes with Marla. The search results we received in our email were exactly the type of homes we asked her to send us. When we met with her in Denton, we were thrilled with Marlas expert knowledge and observations as we walked through homes. As investors, we wanted to know how a tenant would like the homes we were considering; Marla quickly pointed out potential benefits and red flags about the homes, how they were laid out, the condition, and potential resale down the road. Marla provided us with market information, suggestions on updates to make to increase rentability, and how much we should offer if we decided to write a contract. It was clear that she knew what she was talking about and Marla was able to acclimate us to the Denton market quickly. In Marla, we knew we would have an advocate who would find us the property we wanted and help us position the investment to maximize the return. All in all, it was a great experience!

Margarita made finding a new home to lease a breeze. We were not quite the right fit for the first home we looked at but Margarita deciphered our likes/preferences fast as a renter. She is amazing! Worst property management I have ever dealt with, do not give them your business. All the staff are extremely rude when asking questions, also like to blame their own mistakes on you and act like its your fault.

Administrative assistants were a delight to work with during application process. However, the owner Marla was rude and inconsiderate. She seemed to have an issue with me not wanting to move into a house that was not rekeyed and the garage door openors were not on hand. I was told they were not sure when a locksmith would be out to rekey the home. Safety is #1 when it comes to my family. Inconsideration + Rudeness = Bad Business
