Came for wifes vaccinations. Might be the best office in DFW. Very quick, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable (Adult Safety Net Program). Manager gave insight on our needs with USCIS. Very considerate of documentation and confidentiality. Thank you kindly!

Our appointment was at 10am. We arrived at 9:45am. We have been in the waiting area for over an hour now. People who arrived after us have come and gone. I asked the front desk how much longer. 20 minutes ago she said we should be called soon. This place does not honor their appointment times and they have no respect for people s time. So I cannot recommend this place to anyone who has responsibilities such as being at work on time.

Made an appointment for vaccines for school and informed the staff I had insurance. They informed me since my insurance wont cover, I am able to complete them for $10 per shot at their clinic (I asked multiple times to confirm). Day of appt was told they are unable to do it because I have insurance. Was told to go somewhere else and referred to a pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy the price Denton health staff informed me (14$) was the price for childrens vaccines and not the price for adults. There is no accountability and they will give you wrong information.

Horrible service, the receptionist who speaks Spanish is very unpleasant. I arrived 4 minutes after the appointment and very rudely said that I had to make another one. Before arriving I called to let them know and the operator said it was fine, but when I got to the main desk she treated me very rudely and didnt even call the nurse to ask or try to help me. He only gave me the phone number of another place because I asked him. People who dont like their jobs shouldnt be working here because its a public place.

Ill never forget that tray of 8 shots yall brought out to inject into my less-than 2 year old daughter. Thankfully I was halfway aware that she had 2 of the shots and God knows how many combined vaccines on that tray at an age when one aspirin can kill a kid. Parents, PLEASE be careful giving your kids so many shots in one sitting(or at all) Someone in my family had a horrible reaction to only one of those liability-free shots, and has been paying out of pocket for their kids seizure meds, speech therapy, in-home care and medical bills ever since. Personally, Id give everything I have to take back those shots my daughter received at this facility. Unfortunately, the robust schedule for our kids is dangerous and lacking liability. Parents, if you are unable to get an exemption for medical reasons, you can get one for reasons of conscience or religion in the state of Texas. Do not feel bullied into a one-way street that you do NOT have to go. You are in charge of your kids health decision.

My wife and I got our first and second Phizer COVID shots at the Denton County Public Health administered site at Texas Motor Speedway. We are amazed by and deeply thankful for the wonderful efficiency and effectiveness of this operation. Everyone we encountered at the site, from traffic control personnel to those verifying our appointments and data to those administering shots, was professional, efficient and courteous. It was a pleasure to deal with them. This operation sets a very high standard for mass immunization from which other operations in the area and nationwide could learn much.

So proud of our county health dept. I have seen nothing but compliments on the raceway vaccine site. I received my first vaccine Friday. The people were so efficient and courteous. I was very nervous and they helped me through the process. Kudos!

Amazing! Awesome! Totally wonderful! We just received our first COVID-19 vaccines at Texas Motor Speedway and I want to applaud everyone at DCPH for an outstanding job. The automated communications leading up to, and following, the vaccine were clear, fast and flawless. And the vaccine site itself was so well run. No long lines! I know people are quick to criticize anything thats government-run, but DCPH showed smarts and resourcefulness to make this vaccine effort truly terrific. Thanks to all the people who made it possible, and for restoring health and hope to my family.

Originally I had left a one star review because the organization and timeliness here was less than great. I had waited hours with my toddler for a simple shot and was perturbed to say the least. That having been said, I had to come back for my 4 year olds immunizations and I love the new way things are being done here. Guys! Y all are rocking this covid thing and I strongly suggest adopting the new process permanently. I called and made an appointment, showed up on time, got the paperwork done, and my kiddo was in and out in under 45 minutes. We got to wait safely and comfortably in our car the whole time right up until we went in for the shot. Everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. I was floored at what a different experience we had compared to the last time. Please please please continue to do things this way it made getting immunizations so much smoother for this busy and flustered momma.

I had MMR and Tdap vaccine two weeks ago, nurse Stephanie told me to come back in a week to complete the vaccination. Got here today, checked in and waited for over an hour then I was told it was supposed to be a one month wait not one week? Are you serious ? Did your immunization nurse know what she was doing ? When I checked in today, I clearly stated what I was here for, and when the last shot was given. Did not bother to tell me to come back in a month till an hour later ... unbelievable this is !!

I came in last minute for immunizations that my daughter needed done in order to start pre-K. Staff was friendly, fast and efficient Nurses were professional, gentle and caring. Pricing was super fair, as we paid much more through private insurance. Great experience! We found our place!!!

The only problem was the wait time, but that was to be expected. Everyone from front desk to, nurses and the Doctor, was very nice, helpful, and cordial. I cant say enough about Dr B., patient, thorough, and resourceful. Thank you all. OK 1 month layer and I have to drop Dr B and nurse Becky down to a 2. The good Dr seems to have a God complex, and thinks that everyone is stupid and dumb but himself. Becky said my BP was really good today, but I could tell it wasnt, so I went to Kroger to check it myself. She was soo far off, my BP is really up there. And the good Dr wont put me back on the meds I had. He wants me to take a pill that doesnt agree with people of my ethnicity. SO LONG SUPERIOR ONE.
