I am a disabled veteran living out of state. I have been searching for legal representation in Denton County for close to a month!!! It took over a week for this outfit to return phone calls and emails. After my intake from someone named Jackie (who seemed to be a good listener), I received a call from one of the lawyers. While he spent 30 minutes talking to me, I had to point out the details of the summons and decision I received. He was making massive assumptions based, I assume, on his human processing experiences because that is exactly how it felt - just another human to process through the courts of Denton County. The man I talked to had the audacity to inform me that lawyers cost money?!!!!!!!! The fact that I am a disabled veteran has nothing to do with my ability to pay or UNDERSTAND that legal services cost money. He had flat affect, was monotone and it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of him. How can someone decide to hire an attorney without authentic communication? Whoa to those who live in Denton County and need ethical, caring legal representation. Im so glad I left that place!!! Update: Im revising this review to a 3 because Mr. Lyle, one of the owners of the firm, took the time to contact me and apologize for the Associate Lawyer I spoke with......Mr. Lyles demeanor, insight, and kindness was far and above what I had previously experienced. Im very grateful.

Unfortunately, I met the fine people practicing at Springer and Lyle, L.L.P. under tragic circumstances beyond my control or the control of those close to me. With that being said, I am very honored to say that with the upmost respect, I was treated with the dignity and self-regard that, at the time, I didnt know was to be the standard that they set for their clients and how they would deal with such matters throughout. I did not have any experience with this type of law or the settlements that were to be sought but, that did not hinder them at all from explaining from the beginning how to go forth with claims, how to understand the process and how each step was to be dealt with. I was never in the dark about any phase of the legal process. In fact, I was ensured that any questions, concerns or hopes for my understanding would be answered and explained promptly and with full disclosure. Frank Lyle has given me excellent legal advice regarding an accident involving an 18 wheeler rear-ending me, which sent me to the ER and totaled my vehicle. Mr. Lyle helped me to understand the legal papers the trucking company want signed in order to settle their claim. After providing clarity of the legal jargon the trucking company was presenting to me, he then gave me advice on how to move forward and settle their claim in my best interest. He, also, informed me of legal rights I have pertaining to my own insurance company regarding PIP coverage, which they had not informed me of. He took an hour and a half of his time to patiently discuss the legalities of my circumstances at no cost. I highly recommend Springer and Lyle for your legal needs. I definitely consider Frank Lyle and his firm as my legal concierges today and in the future. Eight months have passed since I wrote this review. Mr. Lyle has continued to spend numerous hours advising and representing me. He never wavered from his intent to obtain medical expenses I incurred from the accident on May 24, 2021. The billing was tangled up with auto/health insurance companies, along with third party billing firms. This was all sorted out because of Mr. Lyle s tenacity, knowledge, and professionalism. He, then, let the adjuster with the insurance company representing the trucking company know what was needed for a proper settlement. If I had not had Mr. Lyle and his firm backing me, this would not have been possible. I met with Mr. Lyle to sign the settlement and pay him for his legal services. He would not take any payment. I cannot say enough about Mr. Lyle. He is the most trustworthy, humble, and dedicated attorney I have ever met. He was very empathetic to our situation and was very thorough in walking us through all of our options. We came to Frank Lyle after my daughter had injuries as a result of being chased and bitten by a neighborhood dog that was unleashed resulting in a very expensive visit to the hospital along with downtime for recovery. We had a very difficult time contacting the owner of the dogs and knew it was time to get legal help. Frank and his team were a saving grace from day 1. I was going to just let both his and mine insurance companies handle everything but family and friends insisted that I get a lawyer. I always thought there wasn t much that could be done for an accident as long as the car is fixed and/or replaced. I got to researching and found this firm. I was very nervous and hesitant. We, unfortunately, experienced our first lawsuit by an unethical roofing company and Springer & Lyle were among a few different firms that we contacted, but the only one that truly stood out. While being in two automobile accidents within four years has been extremely unfortunate, the silver lining is that it has allowed me the opportunity to work with both Mr. Jeff Springer AND Mr. Frank Lyle. You dont know what you dont know, so its always best to have someone on your side who does and will take the time to slow down to explain whats happening and whats going to happen. Frank Lyle did this for me. The moment I got a call from the hospital I was treated at after an accident, that I didnt cause, for a bill I felt I didnt owe, I knew I needed help. I wanted someone local, established and at a modest size, so I wouldnt/couldnt get lost in a processes I didnt know anything about. I was in an auto accident where I was rear ended on I-35 by a drunk driver. We were not seriously hurt. But, our car was totaled. I debated whether to I should pursue litigation. I reached out on a message board and everyone recommended that I do. So, I contacted a couple local lawyers. The first one was shady. He wanted us to fake an injury and go to his doctor and physical therapist. Just so we could get the medical bills up. I wasnt pursuing this to take advantage of anyone and certainly not be dishonest. Frank Lyle was the second lawyer we talked to. He was completely different. Everything was above board. He talked to us and answered any questions we had. We decided to proceed with Frank. He and Debbie (assistant) gathered the info they needed and we really didnt do anything. He handled it all. He/she would call or email if he needed something and if there was a decision to make he consulted us and gave us advice. In the end we settled and received way more than we ever thought possible. I was in an auto accident involving an 18 wheeler. Frank Lyle was my attorney. He fought workmans comp as well as the trucking company and got the care I needed. Frank and the office staff were great to work with and really cared about my well being. They still keep in touch with me from time to time to see how im doing. After being involved in a car accident, which required surgery, I was faced with an uncooperative insurance company. I met with Jeff Springer, who put me at ease as he took case and quickly went to work to begin the process of getting accountability and closure for me. I let him and his staff handle the issues, while I focused on healing and recovery. The process wasn t stress free, but it was much more manageable with Jeff taking the lead. I had been back ended in an automobile accident resulting in constant neck pain. I saw several medical specialists to resolve or lesson this pain with no lasting results. My brother, an attorney in Chicago, suggested that I see a lawyer. I had utilized attorneys in the past for various reasons however I was not willing to return to any of them. Some of the reasons being; not treating my case as one of importance, not returning phone calls and/or emails, not completing issues on a timely basis, and acting as if they were doing me a favor. I do not know if there are enough words to show my gratitude to Springer-Lyle, Attorneys at Law. In March, 1998, my husband suffered two aneurysms at the stem of his brain. Everything in his brain was wiped cleaned. He survived but was no longer able to speak, walk, eat, drink or take care of himself again. He had been going to the doctor for about 6 to 8 weeks complaining about headaches. He was misdiagnosed. I turned to Frank Lyle and Jeff Springer for assistance in getting financial aid for my husband. They reviewed all of my husband s health, doctor and hospital records. For the next four years, I put all my faith into the Lord s, Frank s and Jeff s hands and let them do what was right for my husband. They were able to settle my case against the Health Insurance Company and doctors so that my husband would get the physical and mental care he would need for the rest of his life. Frank Lyle and Jeff Springer are most compassionate and caring men I have ever meant. They are extremely hard working and very diligent lawyers. I do not believe any other lawyers could have done better. I took care of my husband and let them do whatever they needed to do. I cannot thank them enough.
