Very nice theater. Clean and comfortable. Great option to order ahead and just pick up the order after entering the establishment. Would be even better if reclining seats reclined another couple of inches. Also, be careful when picking up the large bag with your order as the drinks can shift. The drinks are in a plastic bag so any spillage is contained and is less likely to dampen any of the food items. Highly recommend.

Its always so hot in the theaters. No other place I have went ever was this hot. No ice for drinks so the drinks got hot fast with no ice and hot room. Will not be going back. Food was either old or cold. Plus rude employees

We come here all the time but today was pretty bad. Hot dogs werent ready on a Saturday night. They said to come back in 10 minutes so we did, then they said 20 minutes, so we did, then they said 10 more minutes, so we gave up. Popcorn was burned, and nacho cheese was room temperature. I had to ask three times for my jalapeño peppers and twice for my icee. We belong to the Cinemark club. Do better, we never complain but this is ridiculous!

Doesnt get any better - Pay & Order assigned seat tickets from the app. Pay and order concessions to be delivered to your seats in the theater before the show starts. Great service and their comfy recliners just finish the experience. The only way they could improve it would be to let you order additional concessions on the app to be delivered. But I can see there might be problems with that, and Im happy as is!

Nice, clean cinema. We consider it ours, for its friendly staff and atmosphere. The reclining chairs are adding to the great experience. Update may 2022: I paid $12 for two tickets. That is much better and I realized that high prices kept us away from going to the cinema as often as we would like. Update June 2024: still our cinema :)

Impressive theater. I havent been to a movie here in years til June 8, 2024. Love the power reclining seats with footrests that still leave enough room to walk down an aisle. The movie screen is bright and sound system is excellent.

Understaffed. No refills on popcorn. Staff was meh. There are way better theaters. Update. A refill on popcorn now. Staff is great. Seats are comfy. I think its too warm in there. They have alcohol! You can add your own butter. Tuesdays are cheap! Ive gone 2 weeks in a row and plan to keep going.

Just moved to the area and decided to give Cinemark a try since it s closer to us now. I was kind of upset at their membership program, it s honestly not that great compared to AMC. On top of that, you don t get refills on slushies or popcorn and it s honestly kind of a ripoff. The theatres are kind of small and they weren t that clean. I feel like it wasn t worth the money. We will probably stick with our AMC membership and just make the drive.

The movie that was being shown was good.....no delays and on time!!!!! Staff at the front concessions.... werent setting in records in their work....... the manager, positioned to check out tickets before entering the theater, appeared burnt out and ready to go home!!!! He had no enthusiasm at all and didnt even think of us for our attendance to his theater or even to have a pleasant evening!!! Hope that things get better for the entire staff..... or maybe they should all ask for different job assignments!!!!

This Cinemark is a bit dated and needs some renovation but overall, better than any AMC. Ive been to this location many times over the years, most recently to see the Barbie movie when it came out. The staff was friendly and the areas were well maintained and clean.

Went for the Oscars week shows. If you sit in the back row and recline, the top wire backing the seats runs through any subtitles you may have - annoying when watching Zone of Interest, but probably not a biggie if no subtitles.
