This place has its faults: the chips always seem to be stale and the side sauces are very small and require multiple extras. That being said the atmosphere inside is really chill and the quesadillas are some of the absolute best I ve had. They re always fresh, hot and made to order. Vegetarian? Vegan? Don t like the menu or want to combine 2 menu items together? Perfectly fine, get yourself a Build-a-dilla, anything they have you can put on there. Everyplace has its faults but I will keep coming here as long as I live in DFW. If you haven t tried it yet you definitely should Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan friendly

I ve eaten here many times and it s has always been great. Today I tried the not a dilla I didn t get the shredded cheese that comes on it or the corn salad I did get regular corn though. The corn salad is way lighter and sweeter also the spinach is wet and soggy. My steak was cold and barely any on there. I am highly unsatisfied ..

Ok honest opinion I ordered the gorilla plain on and two sides at $1.50 and a medium queso at $2.50. I got a 1 ounce take out for the beans ($0.01 each) corn ($.025 per kernel) and 1 ounce of queso (medium) for $2.50. Don t blame employees. Corporate needs to get their act together as I will not be a customer until they fix this problem of being stingy.

I gave the atmosphere a 3 because we went thru the drive thru. It was our first time... It was WONDERFUL!!!! I live in Cedar Hill, its located in Denton. Its ok and im gonna tell ya why its just ok. The fries are good but with a side of cheese for 5 bucks. I ordered the black and blue regular dilla for 13 bucks and the flavor is good but the amount of stuff thats in the dilla doesnt match the price. Also the steak meat is so over cooked. I can make better dillas for 13 bucks and it will be very stuffed. What me to make u one to show u mine will be better? Let me know. You are and over priced taco bell.

First time I tried Lone Star, thought it was great! Both the jalapeño ranch and the bbq sauce were on the side. Plenty of meat and cheese! Yum! Next time, they had drowned the thing in bbq sauce and there was a big piece of fat in it. I decided I d try again and ordered it, specifically, with the bbq sauce on the side. Not as much meat this time, but, no chunks of fat, so okay. This last time, I ordered it the same way, bbq sauce on the side. They put some on the side, but, they also still drowned it in bbq sauce!!! Why??? WTH?! Ruined! Inedible! I didn t ask for EXTRA sauce on the side. I asked for it on the side because I think they put too much! I won t be going back! Too many other options to deal with this nonsense!

Yes... the variety of different kinds of menu items is limited (after all the name says it all), but doing one thing well is what Dillas does. The quesadillas are perfectly browned, and the choice of ingredients borders on overwhelming Their named Dillas items are great, but dont be afraid to create your own. If I could take off 1/2 a star, I would due to the price. In some ways, the prices are more than one would expect for a quesadilla. But the Gorilla size is more than enough for two. Dillas is a franchised restaurant, and fast food in style, but well worth a try!

The reason for my rating is the price. The food was okay, the portion size was reasonable, and it was definitely fast food type place. The place is run by a bunch of teenagers, and thats ok they did a good job and were polite. However, the prices are a bit high for what you get. The large gorilla dilla isnt very large at all. I honestly thought they had my order wrong, but it wasnt. I would call it a chimp dilla at most. 16 dollars for one, thats with no drink or side. Now for that price you can go to a much more established restaurant and have a nice experience. The savings grace is that the food is actually good. Especially that green sauce. Adam is the GM of the location in Denton. He and his staff are SO friendly and helpful in any and every situation. Neat place. Seems like there s potential but my experience with the steak and smoked brisket was very poor. The meat does compare to shredded jerky. No seasoning and very very dry. I ve never had a dry taco or quesadilla. I ended up ordering a cup of queso to dip into which was pretty good. I got the gorilla cheese fries which were very good but felt cheated on the amount of cheese and portion size for the hype. 3:30p on a sunday. Food was really good, but service was very slow. I was the only one in line and it took over 5 minutes to get someone to help me. There was maybe 2 people in the restaurant and no one in the drive through. It took 12 minutes to get my food.

Have you ever had cheese melted inside of a tortilla by a responsible teenager? Maybe you have, but this is your opportunity to get your food and only have to fork over what youd expect to pay a professional chef. And, if you decide to stick around, you can enjoy a moderately clean sitting area with all the spartan comforts of an industrial kitchen. Your toddler will definitely enjoy the food the previous kids have left in their high chair while you can enjoy their McDonalds drink menu. But hey, at least the ice cream machine isnt broken.

I recently placed a large catering order for my son s birthday party. I spoke with the Mgr, Adam. He made it easy to place the order and provided several suggestions. The food was delivered on time and was delivered in hot bags so the food stayed fresh and warm for a good period of time. The guests enjoyed the food and it was something different than the regular pizza. I would order food from them again.

The quesadillas are good, I got the Lone Star, but they arent ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! which is what the price tag would suggest. I wouldve rated it higher, but the price I paid I expected to be full or get a gourmet meal, the food isnt good enough to warrant the hefty price tag and I left there looking for somewhere else to eat because I was still hungry. If the price was better or the portions were better Id definitely be happy to give it a higher score, but as is, Im not impressed.
