Health Services North Texas?? These people dont care about people. I waited 2 months to be seen. I showed up a minute after my appointment. There is ALWAYS a wait time for every patient but they acted like the 5 MINUTES it took me to fill it out was reason enough to dismiss me. Ive lived all over the states and have NEVER seen an office with such a lack of grace or consideration. THIS is why women get things like breast cancer or cervical cancer and dont know about it. THIS. Because so many of us are ai gle mothers who cant afford to take off time from work for this BULLSHIT. SHAME on this office and Texas Womens health in general. They really DONT GAF.

Service at the front desk is great. Dr. Carrington is wonderful an kind. Shes very informative an helpful. This is my second doctor there for 2 kids an both were great! Only thing is calling by phone takes 30 mins. But thats like all doctors offices.

The Provider has not sent my medication to be filled at the pharmacy, it has currently been 2 full days since I was seen and Ive called everyday since, and no one has sent my prescription to the pharmacy, and they cant (or wont) tell me when the provider will send my prescription to be filled.

I completed a form after hours to request an appointment for my son who needed a follow-up from his ER visit. The very next morning, I received a call back offering me a same-day appointment. When I arrived, they took us in promptly at our appointment time. The provider was respectful and thorough.

I absolutely love Dr. Starr, he s been my Doctor for years. My visit this morning with the front was not pleasant. I understand there s a 10-minute grace period, however, the way it was handled was not professional and disrespectful. I was almost done with my paperwork just for one of the other ladies tell me I have to reschedule. Matter of fact, she told the nice lady that was helping me that I had to cancel. Everyone can clearly see I was on a knee scooter due to a broken ankle and did not care at all. There was no one else in the waiting room except one nice lady that greeted me. Sounds like the grace period is more important than my health. Due to scheduling issues, it will be a while until I see my Doctor, though I waited over a month for this appointment.

Highly, highly disappointed in Health Services of North Texas. I left a negative review after we walked out of my sons 12 month check up appointment. We went to a new pediatrician today, and the new pediatrician noticed that Health Services of North Texas recorded that my son received 3 shots on his last visit. He was supposed to receive 5 shots, and we walked out before he received any shots. Health Services of North Texas recorded the 3 shots on the States immunization website. I called Health Services of North Texas and they seem to be fixing it, but what the in world is going on at Health Services of North Texas in Denton. How do you record 3 shots that werent administered?...and it was supposed to be 5 in the first place? Im fairly certain that is illegal. Do these guys not talk internally to each other about their patients? How does this get missed?

Clean place I didn t finish my paperwork on time and that s understandable but I ve never seen a clinic turn you away because the paperwork wasn t done especially not the clinics I worked for we let them fill out there paperwork and still seen them so it s definitely different and something new because you never know what the patient is needing to be seen for and on top of that not sure what the other time was for her visit but she was filling out her paperwork as well of course we are not the same race so I do feel some type of way either way it goes you never turn anyone away

Love both doctors we have seen. Edwards and Mcloud (? I can t remember 100%). But beware of the staff. They got angry because my ONE YEAR OLD wouldn t sit perfectly still for the 5 minutes it took them to get her blood drawn. They busted her veins and twisted and twisted and continued to blame it on my daughter when we had her very still for a good amount of time. After 7 minutes , yeah a one year old is going to move. Won t ever let them draw her blood like that again. Oh and half of the girls in the office could care less about you and your child. They wouldn t let me take my daughter for her 15 month appointment because she is 14 months and 29 days . Even Dr. Edwards said that was absolutely ridiculous of them to say. Awesome doctors. Terrible staff. Can t wait to find a new place for my daughter.

Ive just gotten off the phone with an operator. I was directed from their automated service to press 6 for an urgent matter, so I did and the women was unable to assist. She stated she could not take any messages. Odd. So why have the option for an urgent matter if we cant leave a message or be assisted? I explained my urgent matter and didnt receive any help other than they were on lunch and to call back then. SO AM I. I work during operating hours. Now, it is their lunch hour, I too work and am on my lunch break and have left messages, sent an appointment request and havent heard back. Please make it make sense.

My son is a new patient, the first time I called for an appointment because he had a temperature, cough and pain and they gave me an appointment 8 days later because only one doctor took on new patients and the lady who treated me said if you want, find another place where they can attend to it. The second call I made was for his healthy steps they took my data and everything but then they said that the doctor who does that was already full the whole month so I called later to see if any patient canceled so I couldnt get an appointment for my son during this time.
