I am a multifamily investor and operator. I have syndicated ten deals worth nearly $100mm and raising nearly $3mm in equity. I was introduced to Crowfunding Lawyers by an attorney friend of mine who is also a multifamily investor. Since all my deals have been syndications, I need Crowfunding Lawyers expertise to ensure all my bases are covered and I do everything correctly. I would not do a deal without their advice and support. They are always available and they have a deep staff that can tackle diverse situations (not all deals are the same), as well as cover when one of them is not available.

Crowdfunding Lawyers has been great to work with. I can t say enough great things about my attorney, Jeff McConnell! He is so knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered every question, big or small. I highly recommend him and the entire team. Aside from their knowledge in the space, their attention to detail, great follow-up and follow-through, they are really nice people. Legal documents can be daunting, but their onboarding process made it less so. We have just completed our first SEC filing and I will absolutely come back to Crowdfunding Lawyers for the next one. Ive been working with Crowdfunding Lawyers for about 4 months now and they really go above and beyond. Their pricing is all-encompassing and there have not been any hidden fees. They help train and educate if you dont know or understand something. And they walk you not only through the legal process of crowdfunding, but connect you with recommended platforms so it isnt so overwhelming to choose one. Theyve joined every call with the crowdfunding portal contacts and are always available to answer questions, or for ad hoc meetings. I have genuinely enjoyed working with both Nate and Arden and would highly recommend them both!
