When Texas has a baby with Greek food, in Downtown Denton. Its a food truck, Its a house, its a bar, its indoor and its outdoors. Its Gyros, and its lots of Feta. Its such a casual place. Youre almost guaranteed to strike up a conversation with a perfect stranger. And if that perfect stranger is one of the opposite sex, well, then, you need to be bold and ask for their number. Who knows, eventually, when you guys have a baby, it may one day solve the space time paradox and bring peace for all humanity.

Amazing food!!! My suggestion is to eat 1000 calories Mon-Thurs and then on Friday eat at Fetas Lone Star Greek food truck if you work regular business hours. They are huge, delicious and always soft bread! Best way to experience it lol jk but seriously BEST GYRO I have ever had!!

Im in the middle of eating my scrumptious classic gyro and fries combo and simultaneously kicking myself for letting so much time go by between my first and second visit to Fetas. I swear the first time I had it, I was slightly underwhelmed but I must have had Covid that day or something because this gyro is ridiculous. Its completely packed with meat and other toppings and has the most delicious tzaziki sauce or whatever its called on it. Also, the fries are some of the best Ive ever had. The seasoning is so unique and tasty that Im not even using the ketchup that they generously included without me even asking. Oh, and the fry order is HUGE and could definitely be shared with two or more people. Ill be back soon to try other items fo sho.

The greatest secret in Texas, can be found just beyond the Denton Square in front of Oak Street Draft House. Let s give Lone Stare Greek Feta their due. Don t be fooled by the funny name. This is world class Greek food that happens to be prepared in a food truck! Lee, Alex, Lucas, Marian, and Ashleigh serve up the best Greek food I have ever tasted. Weather you eat it there with a cold drink or take it home and give it the respect it deserves, grab a friend and a great quality white wine. You will not be disappointed. The intermittent specials are incredible. The lasagna . Will leave you speechless wanting for more. The caprese is light and refreshing perfectly paired with house made baklava is amazing. This is gourmet food and not to be missed. Drive, bike, run or walk to Lone Star Greek Feta ASAP.

The food was really delicious! Even the fried spinach app. I only took a star because although I was assured a few times that sauce would be on my gyro I paid a dollar extra for a small cup of tazitki sauce only to realize it wasnt given to me when I got home...and my gyro was a little sauce less as well. Bummer. Ill definitely give them another shot. Ill just check my bag better before I leave.

First time trying this place, and it surpassed my expectations. Literally (and I do mean literally) some of the best Greek food I have ever had. I ordered the Hellenic chicken combo and my partner had the classic gyro combo. The portions were generous, the meat was perfectly seasoned, and the fries were outstanding. Only critque I could think of is the baklava spice wasnt too my liking, but to each their own. If youre in Denton and want Greek food, Fetas is the place to go.

This place is AMAZING. Highly recommend the feta fries. My partner and I live down the street and I promise you.....the feta fries are addicting. I think we have gotten them a total of 15 times within a month. Not only is it a HUGE portion, it is SO affordable. Amazing!! The gyros were both huge and great (#1 and #5) and the spanaki was fantastic - definitely worth a try! Love that they will bring it to you and the atmosphere of the drafthouse makes it an amazing duo! AUTHENTIC CHICAGO-STYLE GYROS Lee moved down here from Greek town in Chicago. This is the real deal. Ive been looking for a real gyro place since I moved from Chicago to Texas. This is the place. When I walked up to his truck, Lee was putting away chairs. He brought a chair back for me to sit down. Lee shook my hand and talked to me a bit. The tzatziki sause is homemade. He told me that he made 50 lbs of tzatziki sauce every 5 days. The tzatziki sauce was light, which actually is a plus. It does not overpower the gyro, so the flavors work together. He even gave me a free tzatziki sauce to go. The fries were seasoned. Personally, I prefer regular to seasoned fries when the dish is as flavorful as a gyro, but that is my personal preference. However, they were hot and crispy. Not the size of steak fries, but closer to that as opposed to standard cut fries. Next time, Ill try the gyro fries. With tax, the total was 9 dollars and change for just the gyro, so I got the combo (gyro with fries) for just over 10 dollars.

I cant say enough good things about Fetas. The service is wonderful, it doesnt take too long to get the food, the food itself is absolutely delicious, and it isnt too expensive. The Feta Fries are my personal favorite. Theyre incredibly well seasoned fries loaded with gyro meat, feta, and a bunch of grecian sauces/seasonings. I casually say one my favorite restaurants when reviewing places I dine at frequently, but trust me when I say that Feta s is ACTUALLY my favorite restaurant in Denton. I crave it every time that I m in the area and it helps that it s open late nights too! Hands down best gyros, I always get the #2 (feta s gyro), but you can t go wrong with any of them. The Lamb skewers are very tender and have a great flavor to them. If you re looking for appetizers or something to split with friends, the Spanaki bites (fried spinach, feta, and mozzarella bites) are so good and come with a fig jam to dip. The meze is also a great dish to share and that comes with some delicious dolma (stuffed grape leaves), pita, and grilled halloumi cheese!

Its a small food truck parked in the front of a small bar. Dont let that fool you. They turn out some of the best Greek food and fusions dishes youll find in town. Feta fries are amazing. Gyros are better than youll find in a restaurant. I even tried a Chicago dog during national hot dog week and it did not disappoint. Definetly worth a visit and you can have food delivered to oak street draft house which is one of the coolest bars in town. Might as well make a night out of it.

Just delicious! The staff was very friendly and sweetly accommodated my modifications. Also, the pita was so soft and warm!! This is a huge deal to me because Ive been having terrible jaw and nerve pain for the last few months so literally Im scared to eat. I was worried trying to eat a pita would be pointless and Id have to stop because it hurt too much. But this one was perfect and I was able to get through a meal pain free and it legit means the world to me right now! And we took our food inside the Draft House and had a drink. This place is INCREDIBLE!!!! I dont know if its the quality of the food or the drinks talking, but holy hell this food truck knocked my socks off. I had the Fetas gyro and the lamb souvlaki. Both of them were amazing in both portion size and flavor. 10/10 would eat here again.

You have to try their lamb gyros! They are delicious! It was seriously bigger than my face! I got so full I couldn t even finish half of it! But it s the most delicious gyro I have ever had! The sauce they put on it is light but so tasty! This food goes so hard especially for a late night snack!
