Everything about Everything at /with this place is great. They dont exist in San Antonio so I always hit them up when Im in town. Everytime!!!!! Vibe is always great. This location is not shy,they fill the tacos up and they pile that cheese on. They know people like cheese.

Well normally I would Rave about this particular taco casa however we were treated rather rudely by a lady I assume was the manager. We did arrive a few minutes before they opened however we were happy to wait as we love the food. The lady rather rudely stated we had to wait ten minutes. So we decided to forgo our favorite road trip meal this time around maybe they will be more pleasant next time

Service is usually pretty quick and what can I say? I always get the crunchy , the meat looks and feels like its real meat and not like cat food like some other places. Young lady with purple hair working in the back was very unprofessional, rolling her eyes and arguing with her manager on top of slowing down because she doesn t want to be there. Jacob greeted us when we came up to the counter, we gave him our order and he was really polite and professional. Everything we ordered was excellent and really tasted great, the place was really clean even the bathroom. That surprised me because all the employees were men, I mean the ladies bathroom was clean. All these young men need to get a raise or at least get told that they all work really well together, it was Tuesday evening. My sister and I will be coming back.

This is the 2nd location that weve tried - good food, friendly service, great value. I got the combo burrito, and my husband got the Chilada - which is exactly like the old school Taco Bell Enchirito. Highly recommended

I came in and ordered a meal to go. Several customers came in after me and all received their food ahead of me. There were some employees having a grand time flirting and playing around. I asked what the deal was and the girl said she forgot about my order. Were just never giving this brand our money any longer. Each time we come here we get terrible service.

Came through the drive through at 7:08 on July 11th, 2023. The man who took my order made me feel like I was annoying him when I was having trouble understanding him, and he barely spoke a word to me at the window. He handed me my things silently and shut the window on me. I m not even asking for a smile or a pleasantry, but I felt like it wasn t a lot to ask to receive some sort of hello or here you go, that s all.

I went through the drive-thru today sometime around 6:20 PM. Maybe 6:30 PM. Saturday, July 8th. The guy who took my order and gave me my order was so friendly and genuinely nice! I love Taco CASA in Lancaster, Texas and Crandall, Texas. Came to this location June 9, 2023 8:20pm through the drive through. The male in the drive through took a good 5 minutes to talk to me in the box, never said, We ll be right with you, then at the window he didn t say a word, no greeting at all. Then, when I got home there was zero hot sauce. Guess I ll find another Taco Casa in Denton area to go to.

Was very impressed that they clean the tables with a new wipe rather than the same gross towel used on the table before. All the tables were kept clean. The food was fresh. The sweet tea tasted good and my Chiladas without a tortilla was worth ordering a second one. The staff was friendly and attentive and the cashier showed the same respect and attention to 2 boys that she did to me. No impatience. No heavy sighing. Great experience.

The food is consistently good here. The place is generally very clean. The workers are consistently grumpy, but will meet your needs. I dont blame the workers. Weve been coming here for years and seen crews come and go. That means they, as a group, are set up to have a bad time. Upper Management needs to appreciate them more, do some team building, or something.

Taco Casa is what Taco Bell used to be before Taco Bell changed their menus up in the 80 s. I love their food as it uses fresh ingredients and LOTS of fine shredded cheese, yum. When it comes to fast food, tacos, I believe Taco Casa reigns supreme.
