No matter the occasion, theme, or audience, Sunago Bell is an amazing event space for all! This 100% woman run venue is well appointed in the middle of historical downtown Denton, on the 8th floor of the Former Wells Fargo Building. A spectacular panoramic view can be enjoyed by all from this Mid-Century designed venue offering sights, well beyond Denton s city limits. Groups of up to 200 can enjoy their customized, Event, Bar, and Hourly Packages with Prices ranging from a incredibly affordable Brunch Bar, to a more inclusive Gold Package; but no matter the package, you can be assured of receiving excellent service from Nick, one of their friendly bartenders, all under the watchful eyes of Kamryn, a Skillful Principal. Outside caterers, entertainment, and vendors are welcome, however they provide a variety of well researched local vendors for everything you might need, from photo booths to florals to make your experience easier, and more enjoyable. There s even a private suite on the 7th floor for those who need space for makeup artist and hairstylist on the day of your event. Parking can be a bit tricky, so be sure to pay attention to posted signage. We chose Sunago Bell to host my Dads celebration of life in August 2024. A full reception with food, music, slideshow, and bar. The beautiful venue was everything we could have asked for. Bobbie, Kamryn, and Maegan were extremely accommodating and helpful to us. They patiently answered all of our questions and guided us through the entire process. They reminded me at certain milestones before the event to have music ready, caterer picked, layout / linens selected, etc, just as an event coordinator should do. I really didnt have to worry about a thing. We hired one of the approved caterers for a beautiful and delicious charcuterie table, which was also a hit with everyone at the celebration. I highly recommend Sunago Bell for any event big or small.

As a wedding planner, I can confidently say they Sunago Bell was wonderful to work with. They are professional, timely, and attentive. They truly care that your event is flawless. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings of downtown Denton that provided the perfect backdrop. Sunago Bell was the perfect setting for my son s rehearsal dinner. Not only was the venue beautiful, the Sunago Bell team was very professional and helped guide us through each step of the planning process. Maegan, Bobbie, and Kamryn were great communicators and patient with all our questions along the way. Hope we have a reason to host another event here!

I had the pleasure of enjoying this venue during their Bridgerton themed ball. The amount of detail this venue placed into the decor was astonishing. Pink roses, candle holders, floral wall decor and more! A violinist and pianist filled the space with beautiful music which only enriched the elegance of this venue. The venue owners were very kind, attentive and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that everyone was having a good time. The bar staff was also very efficient, made delicious drinks, and kept the line moving smoothly. Lets also talk about the view! You get a mind blowingly enthralling view of the Square and surrounding areas. At sunset, this made for some lovely photo opportunities. Please, visit this venue when you get the chance. Youll definitely fall in love with it. A huge thank you to the venue owners and their team for creating such an unforgettable experience.

This place is seriously a dream come true!! I got married here and cannot recommend it enough! The space speaks for itself with modern vibes and the perfect view of Denton square, but what truly makes the magic happen is the incredible team!! Bobbie, Maegan, and Kamryn are all the most amazing crew I could have asked for to help me feel prepared and celebrated on my special day!! They were incredibly accommodating, super knowledgeable, and my total hype queens! When I tell you my day went PERFECTLY, it s because of this team!!! Sunago Bell was the location for my daughters graduation party in May of 2024. We definitely made the right choice selecting this venue. From the start of the event planning, the Sunago team was professional, prompt, and courteous. They answered questions quickly and were available anytime we needed assistance. The day of the event was very smooth and the party was incredible. I highly recommend this venue for any event!

We had our wedding there and I cannot begin to describe how perfect this venue is and the staff! Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Maegan, the event manager, was the most amazing person! The bridal suite was huge, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bar staff was exceptional! You really can t beat the views. Best place in Denton to get the vibe of the square and city!

After having hosted events in many different venues, I have only the highest praise for Bobbie and her exceptional staff at the Sunago Bell! They were engaged and invested in our event as if it was their own! They asked meaningful questions, made wonderful suggestions for how to capture the essence we wanted to convey through our event, and were simply delightful human beings to work with on all levels. Planning the event, the staff were clear about expectations and pricing, responded to questions quickly and effectively, and planned alongside us to create a truly memorable event. During the event, they were warm and professional, which can be a tough balance to strike at times, yet they accomplished it with such grace. Then following the event, they were so kind in their follow-up wanting to ensure that our event had met our expectations. Needless to say it met and surpassed our expectations, and we walked away with not only exceptional memories and photos, but also dear friends. I could not recommend them highly enough. Though I am from out of state, I would be tempted to hire Bobbie to run my own wedding simply for her personal touch and warm personality that infuses her space and her team. I wish them all the best, and should you be lucky enough to have an event done by The Sunago Bell, I would consider you in for a treat.

We recently held our daughter s wedding reception at Sunago Bell, and I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for an incredible place in Denton for your event. Bobbie Baldwin is a fantastic coordinator to work with. She thought of things that I hadn t considered, and her communication is quick and on-point. She is the person to entrust your event with. The bar staff was also incredible. The drinks were wonderful and priced as expected. It goes without saying that this venue has the BEST views of Denton County that you will not see anywhere else. Bonnie Baldwin and her team deserve more than a five star review. You will be so pleased if you choose Sunago Bell.

we rented Sunago Bell for my parents celebration of life. Bobbie made the process very easy and straight forward, during an otherwise very difficult time. Beautiful views of Denton and a big space for many guests to mingle. We used their projector, and had one of their preferred vendors make up a charcuterie board. A great experience overall!

The people I was with, rented out the top floor for a party. It was really cool. You can look over the city from all four directions. The mens restroom is an experience I suggest everybody take. LoL

Kristen was a delight to work with. She took the time to listen to the details and made arrangements in our favor. She really went out of her way to make sure our day was special. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Even if you do not have a lot of decor it is absolutely perfect in every way. Everyone loves great lighting for photos and the glass bulbs are exceptional for that. Lets not forget about the amazing view. You can see the courthouse like you ve never seen it before. I ve lived here all of my life and never had such a perfect view of Denton. We had a sunset wedding and it was absolutely stunning.

The views are amazing. You wont find a better spot in Denton for an event. However it is fairly basic and the elevate are slow. Out side of that you will have a fun time and will enjoy renting from here. Full bar, lots of room for what ever you need buy again, its all about the view.

Nice area for special events and meetings. Easy can fit up to 200 people. Has clean restrooms but limited parking. If you book an event they will provide some parking passes for guests. Bar already inside area so only need to hire bartender for your event. Definitely nice for events.
