Some cashier woman has a superiority complex issue, extremely rude, so full of herself, hardly greets customers, acts like you owe her something and customers are the reason she is even getting paid, dirty store, unorganized, and I will spread word of mouth for others to avoid this store.

Just left this location while they are supposed to be open until 10pm two young girls have locked the door and won t let anyone in. As me and another customer stood outside she opened the door to tell us all they are closed after asking why her other coworker said because and when we all said we would be calling tomorrow to report them she says good call I will be asking for a manager tomorrow to report both of their smart mouths!!!!!

The cashiers are rude and talk amongst themselves. If you dont know them, persay, they wont acknowledge you. Even at check out. The cashier I had was not acknowledging the lady she was attending. Instead she was talking to her friends and coworkers so loudly. Something about tattoos. The lady who she was attending, i think she noticed and told the cashier to have a good day, keep in mind; the cashier was quiet. Not saying anything after the transaction. I think the lady was waiting for conformation that it went though. Well, the cashier said yeah, bless her heart. She couldnt even say you too. Then It was my turn and she did the same thing. NO surprise. Didnt even offer a receipt, I didnt even know the transaction was completed between her and I. She just stayed quiet. They need better training or better people. Our cashier had braids and glasses. Small and rude. I dont know her name, dont even have the reicept to check the name.

Dollar general on SADAU COURT in Denton,TX has terrible service. No one is ever at the front to check people out. They have ONE self check out that is ALWAYS BROKEN. I asked the manager why don t they put a bell out or something at the register so the employees would know if someone was waiting to be checked out or need help. The manager AMY TRENT is rude, she told me to bring a bell or use self check out. I usually use self check out (even with a long line) UNLESS I need something behind the counter. Which no one is ever at the front end of store. This is an everyday thing. I had to ask AMy several time for her name. I also asked for her SUPERVISORS name and she told me to look it up Store need to be closed or replaced with people who ACTUALLY wanna work! Bring back the old employees before AMY TRENT and the young workers they have now !

My wife accidentally left her wallet on the counter at checkout. We called back to see if they have seen our wallet and their manager aggressively said no and then he immediately hung up after. I called back 15 minutes later to see if they could check the cameras at least and yet again, an even more aggressive NO and an immediate hang up. All I m left to believe with this interaction is that the manager has taken the wallet or just doesn t want to do his job! P.s. there is never anyone at the register. You have to search the store for one. Also the organization is crazy, so add an extra 15 minutes to your visit at this location so that way you aren t behind schedule looking for the trash bags next to the dvd s!

The store has smelled like open sewage for months, the prices listed on products are NOT the prices you pay (They are almost always significantly higher) the turnover for staff is extremely high. And the employees I do see, are never anywhere near the checkout doing their job. They are hiding away from customers. The cash register up front is almost always closed, youre asked to do self-checkout instead. Which is fine, unless you want to buy beer and need to do an ID check.

Filthy dirty understaffed and will overcharge you avoid this store was overcharged $350 when i questioned the price and tried to show that the price was incorect coke 6 pk bottles $450 charged $ 5.25 monster 3 for $6.00 charged 3 for7.00 i ask for manager when a women with no nametag shows up and i show her the issue she threatened to call the police if i didnt leave the store i was polite as I could be she instructed me to never come back in her store again refused to give me her name called customer service surprise recorded message these store are a disease what a terrible company.

This store could be way better if there were staff that was genuinely cared. The 2305 Colorado store is high business, low quality staff . The Hispanic guy on edge, very unprofessional and his disposition towards me was edgy and argumentative. He wasn t even wearing a name tag . The other woman was working alone with the line going down the aisle; if you watch him on camera, he would turn his head as though he was avoiding the front end. And when I approached to make him aware of the line becoming long, he snap at me, accuse me of yelling when I was merely just making him aware that the front end needed more assistance. This could be a really great store.

I had a mobile order and they decided to cancel it! I lost some of my coupons that I used, dont bother with a mobile order. I also sent an email to DG because this is not the first time, besides the empty store. * You take the time to list Creat a mobile order, and you see what you need, then it shows up and they cancel it... No, this makes me really mad

Anytime I go into this Dollar Store I am always greeted with a smile and someone always asks me if they can help me. Items are neatly placed and easy to locate. The store is neat and clean and has a really good atmosphere. Preparing for this soon to be bad weather I chose to shop here instead of our local Kroger and found everything I needed and more.

I would shop at this store every time I needed some last-minute item. Over the years its gotten worse and worse. There is like only one employee that is nice. Its always so cluttered there. They recently changed the set up in the store, which was definitely better. They are just too lazy to stock the shelfs, or they just cant keep up with it, I guess. None of this really mattered to me before until I bought some gift cards from here and the cashier didnt even activate it. UGH. So be careful, DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM HERE! Anyway, when I came back to ask them to activate it, they asked for a receipt, which I forgot to bring but I offered to show my bank statement and they could have checked yesterdays footage, since we knew exactly when we got there. (I knew going in, they could have said no.) It was just the way they handled the situation. The night manager especially, He is a middle-aged Hispanic man, that was grumpy! I am not a confrontational person; I was completely nice and understanding and I just know I will not be coming here again!

I have been the Biggest of Fans of Dollar General for so many, many years! But the young attendant, Ashanti was beyond EXCEPTIONAL! She handled shoppers at her register very politely while also stocking the shelves between the purcheses. Great Job Ashanti!

Havent give sonic a 5 stars in a long time, Im a tough sell because I used to work at a sonic, and alot of sonic s now just dont bring that SONIC TYPE hospitality that they used to strive for. BUT the car hop at this Sonic was great, nice good personality and did what sonic car hops are supposed to do. And the food was exactly the order we ordered. That hasnt happened in a long time at a sonic.

Best Dollar general around. Great selection and fantastic customer service! Im in the Dallas/Irving area and I travel here when I need to go to a DG! Another thing I love is they are very helpful but not to the point to where you are feeling watched on your every move. That alone makes my drive worth it! Trust. You wont be disappointed!!

For a quick in and out Dollar General is worth the stop. Saves you the maze and Walmarts crowds. Everyday items like paper products, drinks, limited grocery... coffee, sugar, snacks, are reasonably to super low prices. Heath and beauty supplies are ample. Add to that lots of cheap stuff from toys to clothing if youre super tight on a budget.
