Setting the bar beyond the reach of any other convenient store on planet Earth. The bathrooms were spotless and always well supplied before Covid. If you need a last minute gift or just want something new, they have it all. From baby supplies to retirement supplies. High end candles to low end Beaver swag. All kinds of unique items and a whole lot of necessities at normal store prices. Groceries, barbequed sandwiches and barbeques (hibachi size to truck size). You get the idea. Oh and they make a real effort to sell stuff made in Texas. I almost forgot, the pets rest area is just as clean and well supplied as those for the humans. 10/03/2024 Im going to lower my rating every month until there is a store opened or even confirmed to be built in the Oklahoma City metro. Going from 5 to 4. It hurts me more than it does you.

Saturday October 28, 2024. Went to get gas, and went to the restroom, and the toilets had mounds of paper on the floor, there were pee stains near toilet and bits of trash on floor, this was the ladies bathroom. The men s bathroom, husband says the stalls were all locked, he frequents a lot, his job does many deliveries in that area, he says doesn t matter what time he goes, the stalls are always locked

Expensive but they actually have some good things here. I ve been surprised by the quality of many things I ve had here and their selection is crazy for a gas station . Great customer service as well at this location. If you re a tourist visiting Texas you re probably going to want to check out a Buc-ee s. They also have a ton of gas pumps compared to any other gas station I ve been to. Corporate: We would give four stars if they paid their employees a better wage. It s more than competitors but it s still not a livable wage in 2024 unless moving back into your parents house is how you want to live your adult life.

It s ridiculous your company has one generic phone number that you can t even call location. We had a credit card that was left earlier and a reader and we cannot even call to make sure the credit card was saved.! That makes a lot of sense and there s no way to get any help via email whatsoever I guess you know you have a line of people no matter what but that really sucks if you need to call your place

Disappointed in the deli food on this visit 9/19/24. The turkey sandwich was stale and cold, with the bun being rock hard dry. The turkey was tough and rubbery. Same for the brisket sandwich bun at 1145am, it should all been fresh. This is my first time being having a poor experience with any Bucees location. Sampled some of the chicken salad and it was inedible. I love salt, but they had dumped so much salt into the chicken salad. I wanted to drive back and return it all but it was too inconvenient.

Buc-ee s carwash cracked my windshield in half. Notified carwash employees immediately. Carwash employee pulled the camera footage and verified the Buc-ees carwash cracked the windshield in half. All the paperwork was filled out on location on 8/16/24. I was told Buc-ees would replace the windshield due to the crash framing my truck.I was also provided a copy to email in which I did immediately. I was told I should receive a phone call from within 72 hours. It is now 9/11/24 and I have not received one phone call from Buc-ees. I have send six follow up emails and have not received one response. I have stopped by the store three times and talked to the General Manager Derrick and Alex. Derrick and Alex tell me they have no way to contact anyone at Buc-ees except the email address I was provided that no one responds too. How does a general manager have no way to contact corporate and provide any type of support.

My experience with bucees has been great up until today. I decided to cap off my birthday weekend with a fill up and a car wash, and the car wash destroyed the paint on my car. Attached are photos of my car where it has been damaged. When I looked up a phone number or an email to report this issue with I was brought to a website that would answer commonly asked questions, but didn t provide any real contact information. I submitted a complaint because the damage pretty much covers my entire car. Eagerly awaiting a reply to figure out what will be done to fix my car. I will update y all as I am updated. Enjoy my pictures, and be warned, the car wash might just destroy your cars paint as well.

I went to this bucees and i was going to purchase a 12 pack of beer my wife came and brought me a little teddy bear that my daughter wanted to buy and they asked for her ID so they said they couldn t sell me the beer if she did not have her IsWe are both over age and she still pregnant and still didn t want to sale the beer That s pathetic. So watch it if you come with your son that s under age you can t buy beer. Make sure you leave them in the car.

We have stopped at the store in Denton several times to gas up, which was not any cheaper than other stations around, and get a BBQ sandwich. This time we purchased the sliced beef sandwich and it was full of fat. Was already down the road are I would have turned around to take it back. From now on we will ask for a fresh made one with No Fat.

Let me tell you, Buc-ee s in Denton, TX is an absolute *MUST* stop if youre on the road. I LOVE Buc-ee s, and this location is no exception. From the moment we pulled in, it had everything I ve come to expect from the best convenience store on the planet. First off, Buc-ee s always nails it with the layout. Just like Walmart, you know exactly where everything is no matter which location you visit. That familiarity makes it so easy to get in, get what you need, and get out. But lets be honest you dont really want to get out of Buc-ee s too quickly because theres so much to take in! We needed ice, and guess what? Buc-ee s has the **lowest price on ice** you ll find anywhere! I m talking *seriously* cheap. Look at the pics. At $2.50 a bag (BIG BAG), it blows the competition out of the water compared to $4 at other places. That s just one small example of how Buc-ee s gets it right every single time. But let s talk about the real showstopper here: the restrooms. I don t care if you re traveling across town or across the country Buc-ee s has THE BEST restrooms, hands down. They re spacious, spotless, and private. You re not stuck in some cramped, sketchy stall like at other gas stations. Buccees is all the excitement that everyone says it will be. Theres barbecue sandwiches, fried potatoes, and other meat sandwiches. They also have beef jerky, pastries, and snack packs with ham and cheese. They also have a home section with decor, pauntings, kitchen items and stem ware. Theres also clothes for babies, women and men along with outdoor and camping items. Such a great place!

Buc-ees is an amazing, massive, fun travel stop. This is more than a gas station or truck stop. This is Buc-ees!!!! Cool merchandise, exclusive & delicious Buc-ees Beaver Nuggets, clothes, souvenirs, a diverse variety of items ranging from high-end name brands to basic. Hot, freshly cooked, barbecue, a wide selection homemade fudge in different flavors, homemade beef jerky, fuel, car wash, toys, shoes, western decor, patriotic items, basic travel needs, collectibles, and on a hood day you might see the mascot Buc-ee Beaver in the store! A destination place for travelers. Always busy, but always fast checkout. Employees are very friendly, and the cashiers are plentiful and abundant. If you are in the back of a line with 20 people ahead of you, it will take less than 3 minutes for you to checkout!!!! They are this good. Restrooms are massive. Never a line or wait for mens or womens room. Most convenience stores will fit inside the Buc-ees mens room. No joke.

I was here a bit earlier then 4 am when breakfast is supposedly supposed to be out. I was there at 3:25 the ppl at the bakery area were kind enough to give the kolaches as soon as they were ready. But for some reason in the sandwich area the African American Gentlemen felt the need to tell us to wait all the way tell not just 4 am on the dot but even after 5 minutes. Even tho the tacos were right there finished and prepared right next to him. He could of easily handed it to us and called it a customer service deed but no he hates his job and it shows with his facial expressions and actions to the point it looked like he was making his coworker uncomfortable cause he probably knew better and knew he could of just handed it to us. Then proceeded to mean mug and five faces. Like if you dont like your job nor your schedule then dont work there simple as that aint nobody stopping you. My spouse has wanted to go to a Buc ee s in Texas forever. So while visiting Frisco, we took the 1/2 hr drive to Denton, TX. OMG, unreal close to 100 fuel pumps, Ethanol & EV charging. Not to forgot numerous car wash stations. But the best is the store full of all our dreams, juicy brisket sandwiches, Beaver nuggets, counters of beef jerky, private label chips and candy, Kolaches. Numerous Amounts of merchandise including Buc ee s. You ve got to experience this awesome store.

As a northerner, this was my first-ever Buc-ees experience and it was so much more than I could imagine! The row of gas pumps was unlike anything I ve seen - a runway of gas pumps. Then upon walking into the gas station , I was immediately met with smells of sweet chocolate, a variety of beef jerky sticks, and different smoked-meat sandwiches! Beaver-branded merchandise everywhere with the cutest decor items and speciality art finds! What an experience!! I can t wait to travel back to TX for my next Buc-ees trip!

Traveling by myself can t leave my dog in the car and buying $100 in Gas and Bucees won t allow me to use the restroom cause I have a small dog with me that s stays in my hands the whole time. Ridiculous. Will no longer be using Bucees for any future business and I drive for a living. Shes literally tiny. Everything is overpriced to the excess. A simple ham and cheese sandwich is almost $9. A single chocolate chip cookie is almost $2 each and its not that good. And most importantly for older patriots. This place is so awesome. Buc-ee s is the best gas station and convenience store chain. It is truly amazing, the food is good, they got cheap gas and the Car Wash is one of the best Car Wash I ve ever been to. It would be great if they could open up more locations in Texas and everywhere possible in the states of California, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Tennessee, Virginia, New Mexico, and Arizona. I went to car wash and the code would not work I Presented the wash Attendant with receipt then the attendant asked me if I purchased the car wash today? On June 1st I was walking out of Buc-ees and as soon as I hit the outdoor pavement I slipped and fell. I did alot of damage by breaking a rib, slamming my head into the concrete and bruising my hand. The worst damage was an extremely dislocated knee. I had to stay in a Texas hospital for 13 days. As I laid on the ground the manager told us numerous times that if we needed anything please reach out. She got my name and phone number. At the time I thought this was a sweet gesture. I never had intentions on suing as I was outside in the rain. I did however assume based on the manager that they would reach out and check on me at the very least. What I received was a claim form to fill out which I did because I figured they needed to make a report of the incident. I then received a very dry letter that stated what happened was not the fault of Buc-ees. Although the email was valid never once did I ever hear a kind empathetic word from Buc-ees. No one ever reached out to check in as I laid literally across the street for 13 days. This large corporation does not care about its customers. They are only concerned with protecting themselves. This is really sad because before this I felt like Buc-ees was a joyful place.

Buc-ees are always fun. This one in Denton TX was so great. We bought several items like: fudges, socks, necklace, chips, fresh jerky and of course brisket sammy. Everything was immaculate. There are over 180 gas pumps at this location!! Its huge!!! As many people pass through the doors, you would guess it to be messy or a little dirty but no sir, its very clean .

Buc-ees is the place to be. My one stop shop when traveling. Has great gas prices, food and snack options, clean restrooms with 5 baby changing stations, and unique buc-ees merchandise. The merchandise changes each season with plenty of options for everyone! I purchased a bathing suit for me and got the same color and style for my 1 year old! They also have a fudge station, cookies/pastries, and jerkey. Now they also offer car wash at certain locations that gives you a discount on gas if you select it while pumping your gas. Recommend ALWAYS!

Buc-ees is as much a gas station as it is a shopping experience. Its massive offering hundreds of edible products from candy to jerky. They also sell some pretty good freshly cooked BBQ, fresh baked cookies & sweet rolls, even fudge made in-store. They have a huge assortment of self-serve fountain drinks. They also sell a wide assortment of novelty gifts. It can be overwhelming for a first-timer. Theyre a bit over-priced but certainly not excessively. They have dozens of gas pumps so you can fill up both food and fuel. They work hard at keeping things moving - so any lines (eg checkout) will move quickly.

Definitely, Five s, for me!! I hadnt been in a couple of years, but while my sister was visiting me, I wanted her to see, what a Fun Place. She was like a kid in a Candy store! I Looooove going to Buc-ees!!!! Its one of My Favorite places!!!! I have to say, what makes the experience even more enjoyable, are the Smiles, Warmth, & Welcoming Greeting the Cashiers give, when you walk in and leave out. Thank you, Buc-ees!!

You ll have a typical Buc-ee s experience. There s so much to offer. Lots of everything you can imagine from drinks to sandwiches to snacks to desserts to home decor and clothes. I just wish that there were vegan hot dishes, but I didn t walk in expecting to see any. Haha!

I literally LOVE BUC-EE s!!! Especially the Denton one off I-35 because it s the first one I visited on a Road Trip with my friend who moved to Texas 3 yrs ago and then I followed last year. I just went back today for the first time and I got emotional lol Everyone is always so friendly who works there and it s ALWAYS CLEAN! I tried their Kettle Chips for the first time today on Memorial Day 2024 and they re DELICIOUS! I don t like Kettle Chips normally at all bcuz they re teeth breakers, but Buc-ee s brand is THE BEST! The restrooms are ALWAYS CLEAN!!

This place is like a department store! You can probably find everything you need or want, and some stuff you never knew you wanted or needed LOL someone told us to get their brisket sandwich and it was worth it! The prices are really good compared to most gift shops...even gas was cheaper than others we saw. I appreciated the cleanliness and the helpful attendants throughout the store. MORIAH, the cashier, was so helpful and patient with us while we grabbed a bunch of last minute stuff

Worked in Denton for 3 weeks. We visited almost daily for breakfast. The breakfast burrito is really good! It is convenient that you can full your mug of any size there for $1.79! The bathrooms are huge and always clean! The car wash is a great deal to add when you get gas! Also gas prices are the lowest in town!

Today we were returning from the field to our house and we stopped at Buc-ees. My children came with their shoes full of mud (today was a day of heavy rain) so as not to dirty the store. My son took off his shoes and inside the store a salesman chased him, impeding his personal space to get him out of there. It was humiliating treatment. I understand that there are dress policies, however there are ways of saying and treating people and the treatment of this store seems disrespectful to me.

Went there to get brisket for dinner paid 21.99 per pound. Ordered 2 pounds they put a little extra in so price tag was 45$. When everyone fixed there sandwiches and started eating we noticed tons of fat in every sandwich. Nobody could even finish because it was so fatty. I dont normally do reviews but for the amount I paid for brisket that barely had brisket meat and filled with chunks of fat was ridiculous. I will never buy their brisket again.

None of the air machines were working. We asked to let the manager know when we walked in. As we paid, we were just told it was odd that they were out of order, and its actually a 3rd party who does that. I really was just saying for a big establishment, not impressed. I did not like that with my paid car wash the vacuum was timed. The apparel selection is very slim. The toasted pecans were more of hard burnt sugar than pecans. And the bathrooms were dirty. Not sure about this location, and maybe we visited during an off day. But for our visit today, it was not a good one.

This place is huge and has the best BBQ brisket sandwiches, and youve got to try the bohemian garlic beef jerky! This store is also amazingly clean with the amount of traffic going in and out. I was very surprised at the cleanliness throughout. I drove 3½ hours just to visit and will say it was definitely worth it.

Chase, one of the managers at this location has been following me throughout the store every single time I walk in. I ve been going to this buccees for 4 years now and the last 2 years I ve had to deal with creepy behavior from this manager. I m literally just a customer wanting a burrito, that s all. Just want my burrito. But having Chase follow me to every register (and yes I switch just to see if he follows me, and he does) has made me stop going. I m so tired of the staring and following and quite literally yelling at me to have a nice day when I ignore him. I don t know what his deal is, but I m fed up. Being hawked the second I walk in, bumping cashiers out of the way so HE can ring me up is insane. Bro please just leave me alone. I just want to get my burrito in peace.

My husband and I walked up to the register he had two bottles of margaritas in his hand I had 4 sticks of Fattys Beef Jerky he places the bottles on the counter and instead of paying separately I decided to place mine on the counter as well. Young girl that is ringing up the stuff asked to see his ID well he gives it to her, she asked to see my ID I asked why I m not purchasing any alcohol she says because I am with him. Well I hand her my Card wallet see through and she looks at my ID then says no take it out I asked her was it necessary I m not purchasing alcohol and I didn t even touch it. So she has an attitude and is rude says yes anyone that is with him when he purchases alcohol I will ID them (well we look every bit of 40) so I tell him to hand me the keys because I am frustrated at this point and I ll go to the car. I stopped in the lobby on my way out to talk to a young lady ask her the policy she informed me as long as I didn t touch alcohol and was not trying to purchase should have been fine. Well I turn around see if my husband is done checking out he s talking to a young man in a white shirt I assume he s the manager I walk up he s informing him she s the cashier she can do whatever she wants if she doesn t want to sell alcohol to you she doesn t have to do I tell my husband let s go! We we re driving from Houston had just stopped in Bucees in Madisonville enjoyed our snacks and food and decided let s stop in Denton get more snacks, and drinks before we make the drive back to Oklahoma. Well it was a very frustrating experience and the experience was little bit racist once we got to the register. All the times that I have stopped and we go quite a bit atleast 3-4x in a month and my husband has picked up same two bottles carried them to the register and I have some kind of snacks in my hand we place them on the counter separately we were never treated this way and both asked for ID and both ID would need to be scanned for the alcohol to be sold to us

Wow this buc-ees has a car wash w/ vacuum stalls hands down absolutely best car wash Ive ever been too! I say it is perfectly done seems like it washes rinses and washes it again lol it went through three sets of those big spin towel brush things and then wax and even a spot free rinse! And the blowers wow there must have been like 15 to 20 of them blowing my car at the end!! Good job buc-ee!! The only recommendation I would say is up the vacuum time to 10 to 12 mins please it make it able to do the whole van/car if your the only one vacuuming lol I recommend you bring a friend to help and/or have all your Mats and wires and ect out of the way to make the 8 minute s used efficiently

Brother got kicked out of the parking lot for loitering. He drives 12 hours every day from OKC to Houston and stops here frequently to rest in between work days on the road. He had his head on a pillow with his seat reclined in a parking space with his car lights off, and apparently, that was too much for the friendly beaver to handle. He totaled his car shortly after and had serious injuries. Were looking at our options now. Will never come here again, thought this was supposed to be a friendly Rest Stop gas station type of deal, guess only if you dont plan on staying more than an hour youre fine. P.S. Ive seen multiple people camping and/or living in their car parked in the back by the pond. Guess you have to fit a certain profile to be allowed to rest here. Go somewhere else!!!

Always the best stop for the restrooms. Not so many choices for food if you don t eat animal products. But they do have fruit. Also they did carry plant based milk choices for their coffee, but discontinued that. Doesn t make sense to stop offering a plant based substitute in 2024. Staff is always pleasant!
