I come to this location the most as it s closest to my house but I always order the same thing. Orange chicken, teriyaki and super greens for my side. For some reason the past 2 weeks the super greens taste moldy and old. I don t even finish eating them bc I don t want food poisoning as I ve gotten from other restaurants in the past. Whomever is running this location should check on the veggies or freezer and see what s going on bc I know this isn t a normal/ regular issue.

This is my second time coming to this location and having to wait 20 plus minutes for food. Last time I came in there were literally no options of meat nothing looked fresh and everything looked picked over. Today, the same thing. I understand you all get busy however its not fair for the customer who is looking for fast food to have to wait 20 plus minutes for their food. If I wanted to wait I would have went to a restaurant. No apology was offered or anything. The food did not look fresh and the and when i finally got home I realized the rice was hard .

Panda Express 06-24-24 We ordered online with the Panda Express App. It was very easy to place our order. This is what we had: 1 Bowl - Kung Pao Chicken and Fried Rice. Family Meal: 2 Chow Mein, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Honey Sesame Chicken Breast, and Beijing Beef. 2 Chicken Egg Roll The food was ready when the app told us it would be. It was hot and fresh. The flavors were spot on Each one was its own unique taste. The only thing a little off was the chow mein noodles were a little dry. Added some soy sauce to them and they were fine. It s a good go to for Chinese fast food. We will be back. Sometimes with fast food it s a hit or miss. This time it was a good hit!

I had one of the best Panda E. experiences here! Ordering thru the AI was so simple, quick, and hassle free! PLUS the food was amazing and fresh. The girl who gave me the order was nice and hospitable. Whoever has/had issues with ordering thru the AI... This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had at this restaurant. Its bad enough that they had us talking to an AI to take our order, but the meal I ordered was bad. The Green Bean Chicken was 95% green beans (as seen in the photo). The broccoli in the second dish was mostly inedible stems. The rice was ok. Not going back if this is what they feel comfortable serving to people at these prices.

Paid extra for a premium entree- The firecracker shrimp- and both servings were mostly onions with 1 piece of shrimp in one bowl, 3 in the other. waited extra time- about 20 mins for super greens for 1/2 1/2 side- and still received only two pieces of broccoli in my bowl and so much white rice. Side was 80/20 not 50/50. Really horrible consistency and care. Super bummed.

Had a full on existential crisis cuz I stood there alone for several minutes, watching several servers walk by doing various things. Im fine with waiting but at least let me know Im waiting? And not invisible? Literally no one even spoke to me until I started begging someone to acknowledge me. Which probably makes me sound like a Karen but Ive never had an issue quite like this at a panda or anywhere else. Hi, be right with ya is literally all it takes to let a customer know you know they are there. Especially when so many employees are so close by and doing their own thing. Just let a customer know? Ya know? I suggest a retrain on some things but this is just not a location Im interested in coming back to. Hope someone else has a better time than I did. (Reading comprehension is important, Im not upset they were busy, Im upset I was outright ignored and had to beg an employee to notice me to tell me someone would be right with me. I can wait. I gave this 3 stars because of the inconsistency in quality this establishment provides. This could be a great fast food place every time but you can tell more often that the sauce isnt fresh or the chicken is dried up. This location is closer to home but refuse to go to this one again. Got two plates. Mine was fine but they can never keep string bean chicken on the line or have it fresh. I ordered a very simple order, 1 plate with fried rice, teriyaki chicken and beijing beef, a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken and a Dr Pepper. They forgot to give me my drink, I had to wait for them to come back to the window to ask about my drink. Then I got home and they forgot the sauce for my teriyaki chicken. I just wrote a long critique of my experience today so hopefully someday got it. But the 3 managers conducting business meeting during a very busy time is very unprofessional. They should rectifying the problems within the store instead of sitting talking loudly to a laptop and not doing anything. Very unprofessional. Oct 13 the worst visit. Got there about 4:45pm they were out of fried rice, chow mein and had about 1 scoop of orange chicken in the pan. We were told it would be 10 min for the chow mein and there were 3 people waiting inside for these items. We waited about 10 min and they brought out fried rice but still waiting on chow mein. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Their drive thru is laughable! An AI answered the box, after about 4-5mins, and couldnt understand anything I was saying. So it puts me on hold for a person. The person comes on, but she isnt even at the location! She mostly got the order correct when she repeated it, however nothing was showing on the screen. We get to the window, where I asked to confirm my order. Good thing I did, because they had it completely wrong. They had all the cooked food right there by the window, flies and everything going in and out. When we finally got our food, it was decent. Nothing like it normally is. I decided to give it a second chance, and this trip was worse. And I went in this time! Both times, I was at Panda Express for upwards of 30 minutes each time.

I spent 8 dollars on a bowl and expect it to be filled. This place is always a hit and a miss. If youre looking for great customer service at this Panda location, make sure to stop in when Marcia is working the front. Her warm smile and friendly attitude make all the difference in the dining experience. Unfortunately, not all the employees are as attentive as she is. Ive encountered some stingy, rude, indifferent, and classless employees who seem to be in a rush to serve the next customer. Despite the mixed customer service, I keep coming back to this location because the overall food quality is decent. However, I have noticed that some dishes seem to be over-saturated with sugars, which can be a bit overwhelming. As someone who spends at least $100 per month at this location, I can confidently say that Marcia is an asset to the business. Her positive energy and genuine interest in customer satisfaction make me feel welcomed and appreciated. I only wish that all the employees could match her level of service. Overall, the dining experience at this Panda location can be hit or miss depending on whos working the front. But if youre lucky enough to be greeted by Marcia, youre in for a treat. Ill keep coming back to see her warm smile, and I hope the other employees can learn a thing or two from her.

Ive been eating at this PE for years, but today it was so good! We got chow mein, broccoli beef, and honey walnut shrimp. Chow mein was absolutely delicious, broccoli beef was perfectly cooked and didnt have any gristle, and honey walnut shrimp had lots of walnuts! Every time I go here they are always out of like 4-5 different things. Either they have to cook (aren t cooked yet), out of stock, or they forget to put soy sauce in the bag after I ve asked twice. They have been out of soy sauce multiple times. I understand supply issues but it s constant. Anytime I go here, you can count on something not being there unfortunately.

Food was okay, fried rice seemed like it could be a little better and the portioning for the meat seemed smaller but I havent been to a Panda in a while so maybe they changed it up. But um...Why were there just broccoli stems in with my partners food instead of the actual broccoli heads? Who eats broccoli stems? Im sure your recipe doesnt call for you to keep them and serve them to your customers. Edit: Apparently the stems are a part of the dish for the angus beef. Its still a little strange that its just stems though. I also think the speaker in the drive thru needs some mantience work as I had to sort of yell to get my order taken.

Always been my favorite go to place and always love the food but little upset with my experience today with another customer saying what mine or not that caused even more confusion it was fixed. I went thru drive thru, ordered 2 bowls, asked if the rice and meat could be separated on 1 bowl. Was told yes when order was placed. Got to window, and order was not correct. When I asked about the 1 bowl , rice and meat separated, associate said there was nothing they could do??. Then another associate, possibly shift mgr, wore a black shirt, said to me, well, If you knew how to place an order ?? Really... poor customer service!!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered all my food plus some spring rolls. When I got to the window to pay and receive my food I was told I didn t ordered the rolls and that if I wanted spring rolls I had to either get back in line or come inside or otherwise she could not get what I ordered because she had a line of cars. I am 100% sure I specifically ordered the spring rolls because this is not the first time this happens. It s not my fault that the person taking my order either didn t hear me or did not pay attention, but like I said it s not the first time that this happens. I will make sure from now I go to a different panda that doesn t have incompetent employees.

Horrible customer service. We shouldnt have to listen about a friend on probation before you decide to take our order. Sink in the mens restroom is broke. So im sure they wash up pretty quick after using the restroom huh? Establishment wasnt very clean inside, and no manager to speak with.

They ran out of food at 9:30 pm and wouldn t make any more. They don t close until 10 pm. If it were later I would understand, but 30 minutes is a long time. And the lady wouldn t even talk to us at first she just kept shaking her head through the window.

I love Panda Express, but not this one. Black pepper chicken is my favorite and they said they dont carry it anymore. Thats the first time Ive ever heard of a franchise stopped carrying an item on the menu locally. The other Panda Express has it on their menu so Ill go there from now on.

My first time eating panda express. Everything was good but the 5th star was cut because the chow mein was bottom of the pan and there was not a great ratio of ingredients left. It was mostly cabbage. I would have gladly waited for a fresh batch but was not offered. Just took a while watching him scrape the last of it and then it didnt even fill the container. Otherwise good. Hopefully next time will be better.

First, we had a terrible time with drive-thru ordering with having to repeat ourselves several times, but that is understandable as that is not the employees fault. I dont blame the workers for that, but after getting home with the food I was shocked to discover the rice was severely undercooked. It was sticky, not brown as I ordered, and tasted disgusting. Ive attached a picture as evidence. This could put someone in jeopardy should they contract a foodborne illness, very disappointing.

Just bought some orange chicken and it only tasted like chicken it didnt even have that sweet sauce it normally has. I bout it for my kids after they got out of school and didnt notice till we got home. Really need to have someone check the food before they start serving it people dont have time to go back to the restaurant to return it. I tried calling multiple times but never answered the phone.

I want to like them but this store always struggled. They are always out of something, slow, and on my last visit they messed up the drinks with way way too much carbonation. I wanted a bowl with green veggies but didnt have it so I ordered a chicken egg roll. Well they gave me the wrong egg roll, that was to be my lunch but I had to go elsewhere b/c I ended up with nothing. I waited in the drive thru for sometime, so I thought about going in but inside the line was even longer. I just cant do it anymore. Sorry but Bye forever!
