Hubby and I came in today hungry for burgers and were pleasantly suprised! Hadnt eaten here before and Im super picky. The grilled onions and patty were delicious and we both left a clean plate. Our waitress was very friendly. Good experience all around. We will be back.

I was really excited to order here. A friend from work said their food was amazing. Ordered food to go today. The fried pickles have very little batter on them and are soggy. The chicken sandwich is dry and I asked for no avocado because I m allergic to it and they still put avocado on my sandwich. The fries are soft and have no salt I don t recommend this place at all.

This Boomer Jacks is small, quaint. We have stopped here twice. Once after the casino, and once before going to the casino. Both times we have had great service, and they are so friendly. We had plain bone-in wings, with buffalo sauce at the side, cheddar fries fully loaded. I ordered a spicy jalapeno margarita, it was awesome.

The family loves this place. They have some of the best if not the best skillet queso, fried pickles, and wings! Service is always on point even on a busy NFL Sunday, food comes out fast and it always tastes great! Anytime the family is Denton our kiddo specifically asks to eat there.

I come here every weekend as my one and only usual. I get the same thing everytime. The food is usually really good. The service is also, mostly. The atmosphere is simple and cute. Only thing is they seem to have issues with anything to do with sauce. I ALWAYS order the spicy burger, sauce on the side. Sometimes the waitress tells me they cant do this. (Ive been doing it weekly for two months) sometimes they charge me for it. (Even though it comes with the burger cost) or like today, they charged me for the extra I bought, forgot to give it to me, and when I asked for it they gave me a tiny squirt in the bottom of a sauce cup for an entire burger. I pay .70, almost a dollar for this mayo. I expect to get more than a squirt. I do love this place and will continue my weekend frequency, but only the four stars because they cant seem to get customer service completely down.

Ive ordered on uber eats several times for boomerjacks. Tonights order was very disappointing. The banana pudding was full of expired bananas. The catfish was gray in color and had a fishy taste to it. And the pork chops, which are normally juicy and flavorful, are dry and hard. Probably my 1st issue with Boomerjacks, but definitely review worthy. It would seem the quality of Food has gone down at this location.

Just what i didnot expected in service. I came for my lunch. I purchased habenaro wings on the menu. Sweet potato fries and celery and carrots with blue cheese dressing ... Didnot get Sweet potatoe fries nor did the bartender offered me something to drink. She was so busy with the crowd/ group she didnt bother to touch basis with me since i decided to stay. I got her attention only after someone else delivered my food to me tha t i saw in the window waiting for almost 5 min. Again catering to the large table. No attention to me. Please remember to check in on the customer after delivering food to see if there is amything i needed. Wanted the wings to have some fire. Totol let down. More sweet than fire. Made Midwestern style instead of cajun. Food was cooked well just wanted heat. Didnt need the extra dollars spent on bread to cool tougne. The atmosphere is awesome. Dont think it a bad place at all. Jus think i fell through the cracks. So it a meah for me over all.

I wish I had a better experience here cause I m a server as well. Our server (brown hair, female, short stature) rarely checked on us and never made the effort to refill our drinks. Then when ANOTHER guest at my table made it known, the server then looked at me and proceeded to respond only to me and said you re a server and I m sure you know how busy we get so I m sure you d understand . As a server, I m also aware that there is no excuse for NEVER checking on a table and just an apology would have made all the difference. I hope this was just a bad day situation.

1st time visit. Lots of TVs with different sports on them. They had a good selection of music but it wasnt so loud that you couldnt have a conversation. Dude, what? This food is incredible. Ordered grubhub, the onion rings stayed crisp for the drive and even had a few little fried Jalapeños in there- cant complain about that! Ranch is quite obviously made in house which is the best. The steak was cooked perfect, seasoned even better, we also got mozzarella planks and they were pretty good too, Ive definitely had worse. Its the steak and onion rings for me, this is my new go to.

I think this place is excellent. We ordered the skillet queso and it was great. What I wasnt expecting was their salsa being so damn good. Its made from scratch. I had the Triple B burger, it was beef, bacon, and brisket. The bun was almost pretzel like and I think it made the burger. One of the best burgers I have had in a long time. The fries are hand cut too.

Sat at the door for over 10 minutes, an hour before closing and we had to seat ourselves.. when we finally did the waitress didn t even notice us until we flagged her down. First let me say, I love your food! However, today wasn t a pleasant dining experience.Burgers were overdone, when we told the waitress they were not cooked how we ordered them she started to get an attitude with us. And then brought back burgers that had been fixed. But your waitress (Chloe) checked on us one time during our dining experience. She was sitting in the back of the restaurant on her phone the entire time. My friend had to call her over 3 times when we needed assistance. Because of this we did not tip the waitress. She simply was not doing her job. When we paid our bill she saw the ticket and saw there was no tip, she walked to the back of the restaurant to what I m assuming is the manager and was yelling that we were mad, and that we did not tip her. Loud enough we heard her at the front of the restaurant. The entire restaurant saw and heard what she was saying about me and my friend in a VERY unprofessional manner. I went to back of the restaurant to explain to her why we did not tip her. she started yelling at me, that the tip is how she makes her money. And I wanted her to understand that if you don t do your job you do not get a tip. She was very disrespectful, and said that respect is earned and not given and the manager of the store was right next to me the whole time as well. Chloe was a terrible waitress and extremely unprofessional. She gave your establishment a very bad look today in front of all the other customers in the restaurant yelling and arguing with me about her tip. I respect the work waitresses do, but I do not respect a waitress who spends the entire time sitting down, on her phone instead of tending to the customers, Or cleaning the establishment. Chloe was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I am 69 years old, I have been in the restaurant business for 37 years. And I have never encountered a waitress with such a poor attitude and poor work ethic and that had the audacity to embarrass customers because of her poor service.

I havent been to this establishment in person, but ordered food from here via door dash this evening. The food delivered was absolute garbage. The food came doggy, cold, and undercooked. If restaurants want to stay relevant and use food delivery services for additional business, they need to learn that the food they deliver needs to be properly cooked and packaged to be delivered fresh and hot. I have been using delivery services for a few years and I can honestly say that his was one of the worst attempts from any restaurant I have used through the services. There is zero chance I would even give this place another attempt either in person or through delivery. Do yourself a favor and choose another place.

Everytime I come in this place it is freezing cold. I am told it is because the cooks need to keep it cool for them. I went in tonight and even though the place advertises that it is open til 12:00 am I was told that the kitchen shuts down at 11:30 pm. How about if your kitchen shuts down at 11:30 pm you change your hours indicating the business closes at 11:30 pm?????????????

I tried the southwest egg rolls and banana pudding from here and OMG they were sooo delicious, I m obsessed. But I was very disappointed with the Nashville chicken sandwich, it was so bland, no salt whatsoever. It just tasted like chicken covered in paprika. Looks delicious but very tasteless. Got to see my favorite cute red headed bartender he always has an awesome attitude, friendly, always smiling. The food was fantastic Brisket nachos, grilled chicken/bell peppers/fries covered with cheese queso. I love the NEW LOOK of the place, the new bigger bar counter and bar area looks great everything wasVery clean. Thanks for a great job

I love this place. It has a sports bar theme. I ordered the Applewood smoked bacon burger, let me tell you it was delicious, the bacon was so crispy. My husband had the chicken fried steak which had a crispy battered crust and the portion was a good size. Our server was attentive and we would go again
