I liked the detail included in the premium service - high dusting for cobwebs, rail cleaning, razor scraping etc. They even did a little extra helping us clean a high ledge that had been neglected for a long time. Andy did an outstanding job on my old 1950s house. Windows that used to look fogged by calcium deposits or whatever: crystal clear. Old vines, moss and decades of other debris: gone. Windows that wouldnt close enough to lock: they all close and lock. Our experience with John and his team has been very good. The crew showed up a little early, which of course is better than late. They quickly started work without any delay or interference. Within about 3 1/2 hours, all windows and doors were cleaned. They even removed and cleaned our solar screens. But the real surprise was they also provided a removal of old tint film left from a previous owner. Of course this was an extra charge, but great work. I m considering a twice a year schedule for our home using North Dallas Window Cleaning.

I was able to get next-day service, and I am so impressed with the quality and professionalism. Mike (and the couple other people who joined him for training) did a fantastic job. Very friendly, efficient, and informative. Its an old house and the windows were filthy and also had a lot of paint residue from a recent repainting of the frames. They were able to add paint scraping for just a small additional fee. The overall price was far more reasonable than other companies I looked into. I highly recommend North Dallas Window Cleaning, and told my landlord to use them for his other properties!

It was great to hire one company that could clean windows, power wash and clean gutters all on the same day. The price was reasonable. Great experience with N. Dallas Window Cleaning and the team that was sent out. Feel like Im in one of those old Windex commercials where the bird flies into the window because they are so clean. Bird hit the glass same day, flew away just fine - but left the greatest splat mark. Can see the beak and wing clearly! Will defeintiely be using them again when I need my 2nd story windows cleaned in the future.
