Terrible, I do not recommend it, the treatment of the security people was an abuser who knocked a glass of ice out of my hands. Without saying a word. Like my wife, he was very aggressive to also take away the glass of ice. The heat of the place was terrible, you couldnt feel the air. Very bad organization.

Very good service, very friendly staff and a well decorated and clean room. Additionally, we added the Photo Booth service and it fulfilled what was agreed. The food was good but can be improved. Overall it was a good experience.

I was a guest, with guest This place was so, so, so cold in the month January at a wedding reception that took place for 3-4 hours plus. Older and younger people just the same was there and no heat what so ever. If I could rate the service honestly, It would be (0) zero but, this app only allows a 1star for even a review-how bias. Also, when I needed silverware one of their workers said there was no more so we used a plastic spoon at my table. Almost 15 minutes later I was given Silverware, a fork and knife by another staff member after complaining about the cold for the second time. If you decide this is the place test the heat or air when choosing your location. Trust me, Grand Venue has issues it looks nice on the outside but, it s just the surface. PS: The only heat they had was in the lobby, not in the reception hall. For your sake, see pic below next to my meal with a glass plate and plastic spoon. If a venue will do something like this and try and get away with it, you don t need them. #SOSREDWARNINGFLAG

An incredible experience, Alan and Erika made my wife and I have the wedding of our dreams. From the first time we went to see the room, the attention was incredible, and until the last minute of our party they were always attentive. Your security staff wow! Strong people, who provide confidence and security. Without a doubt the best decision to have our party in this place. If youre thinking, its not a party. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience with your loved ones, do not hesitate to contact them.

My experience with them was not at all good. First they wanted me to pay an extra $150 dollars in case I wanted a larger limo. The contract did not say that they charged extra for the size of the limo. My daughter was waiting for the moment when she and her companions would enjoy a comfortable ride in a limo that was as spacious as it should be, however that never happened, one of the ladies had to sit on the floor, the vehicle was so small that it was obviously not a limousine. Since they were so crowded, they didnt have a ride, they just took them to the mall so make sure they show them photos of the vehicles they use. Second, the photographer arrived late for the photo shoot, third, the photographer arrived late for mass on the day of the party. Punctuality is essential for an event because everything is scheduled for a certain time. Fourth, every princess deserves a princess chair, my daughter had to sit with her enormous dress in a normal chair, nothing like what they say. Fifth, they charge you more because they say that on the day of the party you dont have to worry about anything, the entertainer at my event couldnt even pronounce my name correctly, nothing was understood, therefore in the program we were lost and confused What he said make sure that the animator put it clearly, strongly and with courage. Make sure you ask to have access to the kitchen so you can see how much food you have and how much food is left over because many of my guests didnt come because they were sick with Covid and the food ran out. Finally, they gave me an unedited video. I have to edit it. They talk so much that they get you confused about why its good that they give you an unedited video of the entire party. The good thing is a nice, clean and spacious room. The lady who decorates has very good taste and it turned out beautiful. The room for the quinceañera to change into is very nice and well maintained.

Super delighted with all the services we had at our party, we had an excellent experience with the package that included everything, it was a beautiful thing not to worry about anything. Everything ready, food, music, cake and more!!!! I loved everything, good show with Erika, everything was super awesome! Thank you so much Erika and Alan!!!!
