I hate to even write this review as this has been a staple in our neighborhood. My wife and colleagues have been coming here for years, its right across the street from our home, we can walk over anytime and for the most part have really enjoyed this Cigar Lounge. Tonight I brought my wife and 4 others who also frequent this lounge but unfortunately for us All this will be the last time we come! THE ONLY saving grace of this evening was the cigar concierge Salim, this guy has Always greeted us every time we come especially this past year and we come frequently, always attentive, the best customer service, very accommodating and making sure we have what we need, cigar recommendations, replaces our ashtray when full, find additional seats for us when needed as we usually bring 4-5 others when we come in as we did this evening, offers us water along with our cocktails and the first to shake our hands and thank us for always stopping in. Tonight was no exception, Salim took great care of us. The problem we have is that you all have lost Two other great employees Jasmin and Caleb who also knew their patrons by name and very familiar with the drinks we like and knew how to control the crowds in the lounge. The past few times within the last 6 months we have walked up to the front door and then left, people smoking cigars were congregated outside smoking with their car doors open listening to loud music pretty around 10 pm, the patrons inside lets say the quality has dropped considerably. Tonight was the last straw, we couldnt hear each other talk, the crowd inside was extremely Loud, yelling, carrying on like they were in a night club, they were like this for a few hours and to the point we told Salim this was uncalled for, rude and inconsiderate for the other patrons and we just plainly couldnt talk to each other, we couldnt hear ourselves speaking. This is suppose to be a cigar lounge where one should be able to light up a nice premium stick, enjoy a good conversation with drink, classy and polished., this is not that place anymore! This is far from what Montecristco use to be in the past years. Jasmine has left, Caleb left and the only person who seems to give a damn is Salim. Who actually manages this place? The people who were here tonight were very immature and carrying on as if they were the only people inside and very rude. Unfortunatly this has not been the first time we have experienced this here and for that we have all decided this would be the last time we come. Salim, thank you for always treating us well and being so respectful!

Nice Cigar lounge with live music on certain days of the week. Free parking lot. Cocktails were pretty good. Has CAVA and Tom thumb near by if you want to eat somewhere. Comfortable seats and adequate sound level to still conversate with others. Nice for cigar smokers. Not a place for families. Update. Still great place to enjoy live jazz entertainment and the cigars are inexpensive and has various tastes now.

I enjoy this place... great alcohol selection, good variety of cigars & Jona and Resha are great bartenders. Today was my first day I was not pleased with my visit. I was sitting by cigar counter and heard the new lady manager, I believe her name is Ashley talking bad about an employee to another employee. I recently visited Casa de Montecristo Cigar Lounge and was highly impressed by their extensive variety of cigars, catering to both novices and aficionados. Higher end cigars- no cheapies here. Knowledge cigar salesman. Open warehouse style seating area. Even though it wasnt busy (15ppl total)the place got really loud. Not a good place to relax. Visited twice with my colleague. The selection of cigars and whiskey is exceptional. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. A few of my friends & I visited this establishment for the first time looking to enjoy cigars and have a few drinks. The environment was amazing walked in with my bag housing my own cigar cutter and my favorite liter ready to adore the humidor. Upon seeing my bag, I was quickly told by a tall Caucasian gentleman that this establishment prefers that I purchase cigars there. Huge fan of the Casa chains but for this specific location, I really wish they d do something about the amount of dogs people bring in here. Not everyone likes dogs and some people have allergies to them. I visited today and there were 3 dogs. One pet owner had their dog sitting in a chair which is totally unsanitary and the other 2 were on a the floor. However, customers didn t realize they were there and were stepping over them. I thought this was a cigar lounge. Not a doggy lounge.

I came in today for the first time and I was impressed with the selection of cigars & the ventilation was great! The vibe was very classy, I will be back. I give this place 5 stars because of the obeisance and the great service from my bartender Resha... I was in town for the weekend and my friends and I decided to get out and vibe. This was the perfect spot, so trust me when I say ask for Resha when you visit. It will be well worth your asking, she very accommodating and attentive to our orders. I m not from Dallas and went here with my uncle after lunch and before my flight home to LA. I haven t had a cigar in a while and forgot how awesome it is to sit back and relax with a cigar and whiskey. Not only is this place awesome - the people running it were 100/100. From the bartender to the swagged out gentlemen recommending the cigars for us. Everyone was friendly and you could tell they enjoyed working there. Just such an awesome time. Might make another Californian move to Texas. It will be an automatic stop each time I come back to visit.

Great place to have a cigar and a drink. their bar is very nice; it has lots of whiskey selections but it is lacking in tequila and rum selections. The humidor is stocked with all of your favorites from Padrons to of course montecristos. The humidity in the humidor is perfect so every cigar will smoke great! the atmosphere is fantastic and there is a wide selection of very comfortable chairs and couches. the only gripe I have about this place is that the ventilation system is not as good as other places so the air can get too thick if it starts to get busy. If they solve that then I would just hang out there all day.

We visited this cigar lounge while traveling to Dallas. It s a really nice place, the people and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to cigars!

Managed to spend 4 minutes passed closing time in humidor, would not let me check out. Said come back tomorrow. If I could have made it tomorrow, I d have waited until tomorrow instead of racing across the metroplex to give you my business when there where closer tobacconists. Best of luck, won t be coming back again.

Not the best experience at the bar. Bartender seemed clearly aggravated when asking for an additional drink. Really felt like it was an inconvenience for him making the drinks. He was clearly concerned about the other patrons at the bar. None the less tipped him anyway. Cant say that I will be back anytime soon. Clearly the bar staff need customer service training.
