Rooms: Son sencillas, son limpias, algo anticuadas pero cómodas para dormir y descansar. Nearby activities: Encuentras de todo un poco pero el tráfico es pesado pues corre al lado el 35 internacional . Safety: Dentro de lo normal es seguro. Walkability: Puedes hacerlo solo dentro del todo el estacionamiento del hotel de ahí afuera es caminar con mucho cuidado por todo el tráfico que ahí. Food and drinks: El hotel ofrece desayuno gratis pero la verdad no eh ido ningún día al comedor a ver que ofrece, preferimos comer y beber fuera y si hay varios lugares donde beber y comer cerca . Noteworthy details: Lo único que no me gustó es qué el hotel cuenta con refrigeradores y microondas muy viejitos y en malas condiciones de ahí en adelante todo esta bien para pasar el rato de estancia y cuenta con alberca pero no la vi con confianza de meterme porque tengo mes y medio aquí y no eh visto que le cambien el agua o la cloren, al menos es lo que a mi me a tocado ver no se si este equivocada en éso y lo hagan cuando no esté en el hotel .

My friends and I recently stayed at this place and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special shout-out to the guy at the front desk, he made the check-in process really smooth and prompt . He was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed about the local area and ensuring that all my requests were promptly addressed. His friendly demeanor and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the pool access was very convenient as well and it was evident that the housekeeping staff took great pride in their work. I d like to start off by saying that initially everything was okay and even left a positive review when asked to. Not a big review kinda person but my experience has quickly gone down hill and I think weary travelers should know this before entertaining the idea of staying here. After some time staying here I could see that one individual was getting comfortable asking me for cigarettes and I have no problem sharing a smoke here or there but this quickly turned into an every night thing. It got so frequent that I was getting annoyed and just bought the guy a pack and left him some matches hoping he would leave me alone about it this was not the case. Last night he asked again and I obliged but when he followed me outside he asked me if I had Zelle. Felt like an odd question and I answered honestly yes most banks have Zelle At that point he asked me to Zelle him the money for the room, he would cancel my reservation and put me in a room, but not to say anything. Shocked about what was being asked of me, I politely declined, he backed off and I went to my room. Please keep in mind that just 25 miles away a tornado had just torn through Temple and there were a lot of people looking for a place to sleep that same night I watched him enter a room with guests and they immediately left This was after midnight and seemed amazingly shady This was none of my business so I just left it at that and wasn t going to say anything, until today . When I went to check in again this evening, this individual asked how my day was, nothing odd about that until I answered and was told that we were going to have a conversation and to take a seat It had been a long hot day at work and I wasn t really in the mood but I complied just trying to get a room. After watching 3 other people walk in, pay cash and get a room I got up and left the hotel and found a room somewhere else. I was and still am furious since I ve spent well over $1,000 in the last two weeks staying here and this was the hospitality and customer experience I m receiving. Needless to say I contacted Choice hotels and let them know the issue and filed a formal complaint. My wife was livid to say the least and called to get the managers info and was told he has my reservation waiting . Since then, he has called me 7 times and I have not answered I seriously hope they do not charge my card for this night. I will be making an appearance to meet with management soon so we can have a conversation about how morally corrupt this individual is. Hopefully not too many people have been taken advantage of by this person in a time of need after a natural disaster. This type of behavior cannot be tolerated in a place of business and it would be wise for them to take this complaint seriously.

This hotel, while inconspicuous is one of the best places that Ive stayed in Georgetown as far as service hospitality and cleanliness go. If you need a place to stay once or even on a regular basis nobody beats the rates here and even includes breakfast! Just checked in early without any glitches in my matrix. I would like to extend a big big thank you to all that work here at the hotel .. but an extra big thank you to Sai the front desk clerk .. Sai has been very helpful to me as a guest here.. and I m more than sure to others as well.. he s always smiling which is good in the hotel industry.. I have worked for some of the big names in the hotel industry . From Marriott to Hilton, Holiday Inn and Choice hotels.. it s all about customer service and customer loyalty. This hotel may be a fly on the wall in comparison to the bigger hotel in the area. But you wouldn t know that because of employees like Sai , housekeepers and maintenance tech.. I d rather stay here than anywhere else .. keep up the good work !!

Fellow Oklahomans going to the Two Step Inn Festival - KEEP DRIVING!! This website catfished us with such nice pictures, but the place is dirty, musty, and the front desk person was incompetent at refunds when we requested to cancel our stay after we arrived to such deplorable conditions. We understood we couldnt get a refund for the day we checked in, but we could for the following 2 days. However instead of refunding the money, they charged the card two extra times resulting in quite a financial mess due to it being a weekend and not being able to speak to anyone at the bank. I dont even know how this place is still in business unless its because of hookers and drug addicts (and unsuspecting travelers like we were). The lobby is dim and dirty, the ceramic on the tub was peeling, the toilet leaked at the base, the lights in the room didnt work, and there was dog food on the dirty floor. All other hotels were sold out for the night and we had no other choice but to stay, so we went to Walmart and bought our own towels, sheets and pillow cases, and bought bleach to clean everything and still opted to stand on towels while we showered. Camping in tents is cleaner than this place! There honestly isnt one nice thing I can say about this motel other than its close to San Gabriel Park, which is the reason we needed a place to stay.

Cheap af, Cleanish but hot water pipe system is beyond archaic and takes several, long incredibly inconvenient minutes to even impersonate anything resembling warmth..Be prepared to let your wits and the water run for 30min+ IF youre hoping for hotish water! Do not stay here unless you have to. I was going to stay here for 2 nights but when I checked in I got to my room and it was completely over run by crickets. 20-30 all around the room. I went back to the office, said I cant stay here in this condition, they offered an alternative room which also had several crickets in the room. The office said its just the climate and thats just how it is there implying the problem is universal which was obviously bogus. I left, checked into another hotel down the way and had no cricket issues. Even without the cricket issue the place was extremely run down. No refund offered, nor given.

First, the front desk lied and said they provided Eggs and sausages for breakfast! They only provide cereal, milk, coffee and milk. The breakfast had only four tables and was a very small area. There were painters painting the breakfast area and it was only 8:30 am, and people wanting their breakfast or coffee had to eat while the painters were painting! The rooms are dirty and have not been swept. The sheets were stained. The hallway was not vacuumed and it smelled musty. Select another motel for your hard money earned.

As far as budget motels go this is the bottom of the barrel. The Continental breakfast consisted of warm milk and cereal with tang drink mix being labeled as orange juice. When I first entered my room I was knocked over by the smell of dirty socks. I dont know where theyre spending the money but its definitely not on the building or the landscape around it.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place was beyond disgusting! I could only make it 2 hours before I had to get out of there. I didnt even use the toilet, bc I didnt trust it was cleaned. There were bugs that I didnt notice until right before the 2 hour mark. The lady at the front didnt even bat an eye when I said it was too gross to stay in. Called the manager this morning for a refund, and he refused, saying I shouldve left within the first 30 min and asked for a different room. Be aware that they are independently owned, so corporate cant do a thing. I have never had an experience this terrible and gross, only to be disrespected by the OWNER. This may be the worst hotel weve ever stayed in. If we hadnt been in a hurry to get to an event we would have left as soon as we walked in the lobby. THEN..the room...old and run down, dirty, (enough that we didnt even shower). The towels were supposed to be white, I think. There were burns in the bedspread! AND the AC wouldnt get below 76. You would think with a reservation that they would at the very least turn on the AC in the room at check in time. There was a door in the room connected to another room with a peep hole. Shouldnt a connecting room have double doors without a peep hole?!? $180+ too!! I should have read the reviews instead of just looking at the rating. My thoughts...just dont!

The owner is extremely rude and when I checked out, I was only given half of the deposit I had been charged. According to the owner you have to pay a deposit every time you extend your stay. This hotel, what is the worst experience I ve ever had in a hotel. First I asked to see the room. It was really dark. It looked just ok, but I try to turn on the light and I really can t see anything, we book the hotel. My husband came into the room, figured out how to turn on the light and there was cockroaches on the floor. We returned to the front desk told the gentleman that we couldn t stay here we wanted to leave, we never spent the night this is all within 15 minutes! He wouldn t return my money to cancel the reservation. He was rude. I wouldn t recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy was horrible experience.

Pictures from online are misleading. Older single story hotel,parking lot rough shape, lots of activity outside in parking lot. LOUD all night. Didnt feel safe. Safety: Lots of people and activities in dark parking lot all night. LOUD residents guests visitors Noteworthy details: Room was good. Atmosphere and surrounding area is scary. It appears that people live there towards the back and that area was cluttered and the 2 times I exited the parking lot that direction, there were 4 or more men who stood up and appeared to get agitated that you are driving thru their area. Noise could have been controlled by property but wasnt. Lots of Spanish music and hollering all night.

Very rude service. There was communication/language barriers. We showed our confirmation number and they proceeded to try to get Jeremy Stark to run his card because they felt he hadnt paid. It was obvious by the confirmation number that he had paid.Then they said what about incidentals. We would have been okay on incidentals alone. But them acting like we hadnt paid anything seemed as though they were out to get additional money. They seemed to like to jip people. We called headquarters to request a refund and was refused. This inconvenienced us because we didnt get to use the room and had to find another place to stay for the night.

Its an old run down hotel but is very cheap. The room could have been cleaner, the floor had visible dried spills and there was a gap around each door which allowed dirt to blow in freely. The bed was comfortable and the microwave worked well and was clean but the refrigerator had a freezer compartment that was completely frozen over. The bathroom was clean but the towels were threadbare it had decent water pressure. Over all the staff were friendly and accommodating but wouldnt go out of their way for anyone. To be fair it is a rough crowd that stays here. The laundry facility has 1 washer and dryer and is located outdoors in the courtyard, it felt like an invitation for someone to steal laundry.

******BED BUGS***** I woke up this morning covered in bed bug bites. When we arrived, the floor was so filthy we were sticking to it! I went to the office to ask for a mop and cleaner. She couldnt locate a mop, so I used towels. When I was done the towels were black. The pool is a mosquito heaven with about 5 inches of nasty water. The ice machine was gross.

Dont believe these bad reviews. Its not the Marriott, but its clean, quiet and definitely the cheapest in the area. If you pay the $20.00 deposit in cash, you get it back at checkout with no questions asked. Ground floor rooms with both outside and inside doors available. Washer and dryer available. I drive trucks and just stayed here Saturday and Sunday night. Will definitely stay again if Im in the area and need/want a room.

We went in and the clerk finally came out ..I tried to give him our booking information and he wouldnt even take it..he proceeded to tell me the room we had reserved was not available. We just left! I am currently disputing the charge of the room!

First he tried to charge me 50% over market value. Then, as Im walking away he calls me back & says oh I made a mistake. When I come back he gives me a fair price. So I go ahead & rent the 3 rooms. He gives me a receipt that says balance due the amount of the rental. I say whats this? You just took the money off my card. So he gives me another bunch of malarkey. By now Im quite irate. He gives me another batch of papers, which have no relevant information. I tell him to just give my money back & Ill go somewhere else. He says he cant. So I ask him for his name. He refused to give it. I call the police & go outside & wait. He comes out & gives me a paper reading zero balance. This also seems meaningless. I had a zero balance all along after I paid! I left before police arrived. Will go back tomorrow with more responsible staff & try to resolve this.

Stayed at the Georgetown roadway, the place is pretty run down, pool is empty, no breakfast to speak of coffee and some bulk cereal is it. My room was well worn, I would not bother staying there again

They charged me an extra 20 dollars, I called in to ask why the man said it would be automatically refunded when I check out I told him I already checked out he proceeded to repeat himself interrupting me saying the same statement that it will automatically refunded when I check out as if I didn t just tell him I already checked out. I then asked what city are you in? He refused to answer that he then proceeded to say no when did you stay? When did you stay? He then refused to give me his name and told me to call his manager at 9 am. Then hung up. I swear conversation went just like that

Its one of the few economy and budget priced hotels near Baylor. The owners and management are very friendly and take care of the property well. Its not fancy, but they do keep it clean and presentable, and its a convenient location. If you just need a bed and clean place to stay while in Waco its a great place. If youre looking for fancy though youd probably need to pay 30 or $40 a night more at a higher end hotel. This one takes care of my needs very well. And I return every time I come back to the area on business. It has doors that open directly to the parking lot, and I like being able to park my car right outside the room.

This place is trash non smoking room smelled like cigarettes... everything was grimey and the bed covers was full of holes and stiff like they got the blanket from a dog kennel. It was literally like a homeless shelter. I was there for about 1 min and requested a refund.... they denied it. I rented through hotels.com and they said they would do something about it.... they did nothing. I was traveling from out of state and a 2 star hotel should not look like a homeless shelter... the room was 102

Room had cockroaches, stains on the sheets, paint peeling off the walls and the light socket was a fire just waiting to happen. Tried to receive a refund and was denied by Jimmy the manager. Sat on the phone with customer relations some guy named Aaron from El Salvador for choice motels their chain and was ran through the wringer just to get my money. They tried to offer me a $40 check which I informed them to shove where the sun doesnt shine. The disrespect from this motel staff trying to tell me Im lying even tho I have photographic proof is absurd. Will never return and I suggest people avoid this place like it has the plague.

Bed Bugs in 105! Its the cheapest place around usually and for good reason. Those expecting a sparkling clean experience, central air conditioning or pool / spa services will be extremely disappointed. There is air-conditioning but they are basically like window units. Set your expectations low and you might actually not totally hate your time here. For smokers, this is one of the few places that still has smoking rooms available.

The sheets on the bed were stained and the room was quite dirty. I requested new sheets and was given them to put on the bed, but when I opened them up there were stains that looked even more disgusting than the first. Id include pictures, but I dont know how to do that in my review. I requested an immediate cancelation and full refund, which I received without any argument, but then had to find somewhere else to stay. The pool is closed for the season in case you think thats important. I do NOT recommend this place.

Great price for the rooms, everything in our hotel worked, no issues with bugs, clean room. It has the bare essentials, pretty much exactly what we needed for our situation-a bed, a shower, a fridge, wifi. Nothing fancy or flashy, but a good price for what you get. Parking was a bit of an issue, but with restaurants nearby it made for some extra parking.

Entirely dissatisfied with this establishment and with choice hotels. Very unresponsive. I had a mix up with my booking and tried to call them to resolve the issue. They would not pick up so I was unable to cancel my booking. I was then charged for the booking and they would not refund me. Very disappointed with the manager s lack of help in the situation.
