I went by Take 5 Tuesday afternoon 9/25/24. Everything was great! I got an oil change and state inspection. I was only in the bay for maybe 15-20 mins. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be coming back.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and happy to assist me . They check all of the important fluids in my vehicle and even put the proper air in my tires. I recommend Take 5that is given . Than to everyone, youll be very satisfied with the service given. The price was just as satisfying. People raving about the veterans discount are bot accounts. If you call their call center the price for a duramaxfull synth is 103.99. The location just up charges whatever the discount associated is and you basically just pay full price and save maybe 48 cents if that check your receipts call the call center and check the prices.

HIGHLY recommended...First I go here for several good reasons. First:I do NOT trust anyone to even sit behind the steering wheel of my truck,let alone drive it into or out of a service bay!With Take 5,customer drives into & out of service bay & NEVER had to even get out of the vehicle!!! Second,25% Veterans discount off all services! Lastly,I LOVE the fact that as service member performs the service,ALL steps along the way are SHOUTED OUT TO CONFIRM COMPLETION of the tasks..I want confirmation that each step is completed correctly & I can hear every step along the way so when I pull out I dont have a nagging doubt that the drain plug wasnt tightened correctly! The team members all seem to be happy they are working & any questions or concerns I may have are addressed immediately...

I went for an inspection this time. Had to make 2 trips because one of the employees said they dont inspection when its raining. I asked him why because you always stayed inside your vehicle and they havent done a test drive break check in the previous 4 times Id been there. (2 different vehicles) He asked another guy who reluctant agreed with the new guy. On the second trip, I asked if they could do the inspection because it had just rained earlier and they said, no problem . Im aware that some shops do the driving test, but this isnt one. Ill add, when Ive had oil changes, theyve been excellent.

This is my second time using this business for an inspection and it will definitely be the last! Last year, the service was awesome. This time, it started off fine but the trouble began when I finally pulled into the bay. The guy took my mileage and entered it into the computer and then asked me to pop the hood. I was confused, but figured maybe something changed from last year, so I complied. He proceeded to use some tool to hold up the hood (safety reasons) and when he let it go, the tool fell and hit the edge of my car AGGGHHHH! He apologized and I understood it was an accident. The Manager comes over and gets down under my vehicle. I hear some noises and I tell the other guy I only wanted an inspection! He stepped over to the front of my car and said She only wants an inspection. I couldnt hear what the manager said but the kid came over and I asked if the manager had already started draining the oil and he said yes but hes having trouble putting the oil plug back. I asked if he had removed my K&N filter and he said No, I dont think so. After the total FUBAR, the kid is blaming the manager, the Manager is blaming the kid and ended my visit saying how its so hard to find good help these days...all while ignoring the fact that they both failed. Well, the next day I drive to work and at the end of the day I get a call from a coworker that there is fresh oil where I was parked and I should get it looked at. My hubby is a mechanic and I drove straight to him and sure enough, the oil plug is leaking and they DID change the filter!!! I went back to this place to speak to the manager, which I did, and all I got was an accusitory statement. He completely ignored my complaint and request for them to at least replace my K&N filter by announcing that he has 25 yrs of mechanic experience and how ironic it is that after my husband looks at it, I develop an oil leak. He smugly offered to look at my car and replace the oil plug, but frankly, after his statement and lack of accountability, integrity and respect for his customers, I refused any and all offers and would NEVER allow him near my vehicle or return to ANY Take 5 establishment again.

This was my first time here. They were very busy in total I was there for roughly 1-1.5 hours. I feel it was worth the wait! The staff was extremely nice and friendly. We were offered a cold bottle of water when we got there and before we left. The guys did their jobs very well and we even had a good laugh about a part they replaced for me. I m giving two stars because the staff is very friendly and polite. The reason I won t give anything higher is I have spent over 2 hours in line (I m in line as we speak) and I have watched 6 cars that were behind me go ahead. I needed a simple inspection and I was stuck behind one care FOREVER with cars behind me as well so I couldn t move. If you know a car is going to take a very long time and all I need is an inspection, then why not move me to a different lane? Hours for something that takes little to no time to do is ridiculous and a HUGE waste of my Friday time. So disappointing and frustrating.

Best oil change service. I pulled up. They offered me some water and gave me some price options. Checked the tire pressure and topped off wiper fluid as a no charge service. They showed me that the oil was topped off on the spot. My wifes car is a Nissan Sentra. They have a skid plate with about 50+ retainer clips. The service was polite, professional, and quick. Will use them from now on.

I usually service my car myself, I was past due on my oil change. When I saw Take 5 was open I pulled in. The guys were friendly but not very efficient. All three employees would change the cards oil. Before moving to the next car. I feel the prices were high. I know the price of oil are filters. Its around 60 dollars. Take 5 started at over 100 and then charged extra for over 5 quarts. I think it was 10$ a quarter. Its the same oil in the same bulk container. I dont see myself going back.

Guys were very thorough with the vehicle maintenance. Everyone seemed to know there job and made sure I had every opportunity to see and and decide what or if I needed anything else besides the oil change. They even went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal even with the 25% military discount. Pretty quick, but I was there a little longer than 5 minutes but it was worth it for the extra attention to detail they provided.

It seemed expensive but the service was great and convenient. The service guys were not pushy but suggestive in additional services I may want or need in the near future. I never take my truck to get an oil change, do it myself. Went here this time because of cold weather. I went to change my oil yesterday, the oil drain plug was WAY over tight and was not my original one.. Had to use a small cheater bar to loosen it, oil filter was over tight. Had to use a channel lock to get off. Will just save my money and stick to my own way.

Came in today around 1pm and was greeted from a guy that Im assuming was the manager bc of the way he walked up all cocky and how he acted towards my mom when he asked if she wanted a bottled water she hadnt heard what he said so he repeated himself but very very slow like she was dumb or something...then we were asked to pull up behind a car that was in front of us then that call pulled away and it was our turn for us then a car that was pulled in to the next bay and the guys started to work on that car so my mom asked what was the problem since she was in b4 that car.. the guy with an earring came and again said that that car had been wating b4 us and he stated that he was short handed and this establishment goes by first come first serve he then kept staring at my mom and I could tell he was angry with her so I said fine we understand and he just kept staring dead at my mom so I asked him If he thought that staring her down was supposed to scare her and he said You know what and slammed our hood and told us to leave he then motioned mom out of the bay and he then asked her are u trying to hit me with ur car!!! Never again and Ill be filing a complaint with corporate bc today was uncalled for!!! Also asked the guy what his name was and he declined to give it to me and he wasnt wearing a name on his shirt

Leaving a 1 star review due to price alone. I will say, the staff is very good at what they do, quite knowledgeable in their field. But the price is 2.5x higher than what youd normally pay. I usually pay about $85 (round about) for an oil change. I got charged $204 for the exact same service I get in Cuero. That...is unacceptable by any means. 204 was the price of the second best service plan they have. TL;DR - If you value your wallet, dont go here as they charge roughly 2 to 2.5 times more than normal.

Man, they do awesome job here!! They are really fast! They even give u a water before they start doing your oil change! And the best thing about this oil change ! U can come back and they give u a free top off ! If u need more oil!! And the workers were very friendly!

Only place Ill take my car to get an oil change. They have some great guys working here, I hope they are paid an appropriate wage because they do a great job. I wouldnt bother taking your car anywhere else in Victoria. They also help me maintain other things such as my cabin air filter, air in my tires, top offs, and they do Texas vehicle inspections.
