Tiffany has represented us for 4 years and has been successful in bringing down our property taxes and property tax valuation each year. We will continue with her services for as long as we own this house and land. For reference, the first year she was able to bring our property taxes down by 25%. We reached out to the Law Office of Tiffany L. Hamil, PLLC for assistance on disputing our property tax assessment; via this website https://dfwtaxadvisor.com/practice-areas/property-tax-protest/ We loved that it was just a flat fee no percentage base charge; as well as someone local to DFW versus some national for profit only company that we cant communicate well with. We are first time home owners, and know little to nothing about this process, however Tiffany Hamil and her team went above and beyond and communicating with us from the start with things that they needed and gave us a detailed run down of the process. They also answered all of our questions and really gave us a peace of mind from the start. We didnt have to show up to any hearing, Tiffany Hamil and her team took care of the rest. Next thing you know we get an email that they were able to reduce our tax assessment by nearly $170,000, a much more realistic number that we wished for but didnt think it would be possible. If you want to save time and money make a different choice. Took over 4 months to prepare two years of very simple tax returns. Then 2 weeks of phone calls with no return calls smh. Also, I had an initial consultation with Rachel and got passed on to Tiffany in the middle of the process. I finally asked for a revocation letter ( which i recieved almost immediately, secretary is great!) Looking like Im not going to be able to file last years on time. Very unprofessional, there are better options out there!
