Had the worse experience here. Rude lady working the drive thru at 7am on September 29th treated us awful! She spoke to us in a rude and aggressive tone. Once we got to the window, she tried charging me $4.50 per breakfast taco. I told her I was there the other day and it was 1.99 per taco. She continued to interrupt me and cut me off rudely and in an aggressive tone THIS IS WHAT IT IS, $4.50 per taco . I told my husband let s just leave, we did not deserve to be treated that way. On the app it says 1.99 per the breakfast taco. I will no longer spend my money at taco cabana if this is the behavior they condone towards paying customers.

The flautas fresh, are absolutely worth a stop through alone. My wife loves the cabana bowls. That said, I would avoid the nachos, while they have excellent bowls, and burritos they are sorely lacking in the nacho department.

Ordered food around 6:30 p.m., assuming things would be fresh due to rush hour. Everything tasted as if it had been there for days. The chips in the nachos were stale. Cheese sause was old and mediocre at best. The salsa bar was frozen over, and for the life of me something stringy was fire roasted salsa. Entrees I ordered were missing. Attempted to contact the store and greeted by an automated system that routes you to voicemail options that will probably never be checked. If you take my money after 5pm you should have customer service available after 5pm.

I ordered street tacos through the drive-thru. My suggestion: Ask if we want corn or flour tortillas. I always get flour but since they didnt ask which kind I prefer they gave me corn. The corn tortillas were falling apart so much that they couldnt hold the taco contents. Trash meal tonight but their service is getting better.

Food was mediocre, at best. My wifes carne asada street tacos had meat that was closer to jerky than to steak. My food was decent, but not worthvthe money or the wait to get it. Shredded chicken soft tacos, but the seasoning and sauce was unevenly applied. One end was flavorful, the other was bland. The cashier was rude. The service was slow. Food took FOREVER to be ready, and when it came out it wasnt good. Im sure other Taco Cabana stores are good, but this one wasnt.

Received an offer about 2 free tacos for my birthday and claimed them in the app for a mobile pickup. Waited in the parking for 15 mins since the scheduled time was in 15mins. Went in at the scheduled time to get my birthday tacos but they weren t made for big order put us behind, nobody s here to cook them mind you there s like 8 people standing around in the dirty kitchen. I asked the cashier if she could cancel my order so I can go to another location since I was on short time and she said yes she will. The order was never canceled.. I lost the reward to claim a simple 2 free tacos for my birthday which was one of the worsts days of my life (I ve been alive for a very long time). Those 2 birthday tacos would ve made my day, but now I m making this review which is kinda sad. This location has always had a thing for me. This last time I went for breakfast and it was bad. I ordered 2 breakfast taco combos and I mean it was busy; but even so I didnt mind the wait. But after waiting for my order, they bring out one correct breakfast taco and an incorrect one with no drinks. She comes back out again (mind you I had already said something about the drinks), she brings me the correct taco order and I give her back the wrong one and Im like okay but where are my drinks? She gets upset, to where she states she is the manager of the location and tells me next time I should tell her my order had drinks so I dont make her come back and forth. I dont like arguing so I was like okay (I mean I already had at this point). She comes back out with my drinks and then proceeds on to say, oh did they put cream and sugar for your coffee if not I can go and get some. This location is best to just go through drive thru. The food is hit or miss and the atmosphere if you go inside is dead. If you forget to order something you have to drive around again bc the window is on a timer and they dont want to mess up their the timing for how long a customer sits at the window. My go to order from Taco Cabana is 2 crispy beef tacos with salsa ranch and chips and queso. The restaurant and staff were fast and attentive although the tacos seemed crazily thrown together and the insides were lopsided. There is something about the tacos at all locations since the pandemic - they smell bad and the meat and shells are really poor quality and the good taste I used to love about them is gone. Not a reflection of the location since they cant help what corporate does as far as supply chain. The chips and queso were fine.

I love the Kickin Grande Nachos. It comes in a big box (a little bit smaller than a pizza box) and can be shared between two people. It s only $10 too! Talk about bang for your buck! This location never lets me down

Taco cabana it looks like is losing business every day,always missing somenthing, tortillas ,flautas,plates etc,used to be a great place to hang out,not no more.

The worst and most unprofessional management and customer service Every! A great example of why this location has a 3.4 Google Review Average! If I could give a minus 10 Google Review I would. I will never patronize this location again as long as this current manager is here!
